Been to this location about 4 times. Every time they have made our order in a timely fashion and more importantly; it's always been correct. Food is your atypical Taco Bell faire. Taco Bell has improved their menu and while the cost has gone up a bit the quality has improved by leaps and bounds. The staff here is pleasant and try to get your order done as fast as possible. Nice dine in that is pretty clean. Downside is trying to get out onto Route 53 especially if you're trying to make a left turn hoping that next vehicle will be the one nice enough to let you go. read more

I have never left a negative review for a restaurant ever in my life, but this experience was too absolutely horrible to be left unsaid. We order delivery in the mobile app from this location, and once the order is delivered there are 3 of the 8 items missing. I decide to call the restaurant because three items were missing and I wanted to try to see if there was a solution as to getting the missing items delivered. Spoiler alert, the lady that answered the phone is completely incompetent. I explain the situation and she asks for the order number. I give her the order number, and she proceeds to repeat something that is not at all what I told her. She finally finds our order name after 5 MINUTES of me repeating myself and her not listening. Then she says "you can come pick it up now" and I say "no, we ordered delivery for a reason we cannot pick it up." And then she goes "oh, but you can come pick it up". I repeat myself again and say that won't be happening. This back and forth goes on for another 5 minutes before I hang up because I realize that everyone is most likely drunk or high. You could hear cackling and slurred words in the background. I make it a priority to treat customer service workers with kindness because I worked customer service in the past and completely understand how hard it is. Food is fast and mostly right. And when it's wrong it's still Taco Bell. Biggest complaint is missing sour cream on tacos, but I get the taco fast and it tastes good without the sour cream too. If they gave out lots of consistent sour cream as ordered this place would be perfect. I just had the most friendly server in the drive through! Monday at noon I wish I got her name. She politely asked me to hold because it was very busy. But it was very clean and inviting with not a dirty table or piece of garbage in sight. In fact, the staff is very on point about cleaning (both inside the dining room and outside the building). Bathroom: Very clean, inviting, and well lit. Staff: The cashier was friendly and our food was prepared very quickly. It was also very hot and fresh.
