At times you will see the cook running to the produce section of the market to get fresh veggies for the dish you just ordered. It is great. And, the variety of hot sauces they make will blow you away! They do about 6 different sauces, only some of them are presented on a given day. On occasion, they are all available. There is some drawback here... Sometimes the wait is longer than desired. At times this is completely reasonable as the place gets packed like sardines.
