There was no professionalism, no greeting -- just attitude. I understand tech can mess up, but that's no excuse for being disrespectful. Blaine's behavior made the whole experience uncomfortable, and I left feeling frustrated. If this is how customers are treated when things don't go perfectly, I won't be coming back. Management needs to address this. Not trying to start any trouble, but I felt like I needed to speak up about my experience. I'm only 17, and honestly, I wasn't even planning to write a review -- but the way I was treated just didn't sit right with me. This happened on Tuesday at the drive-thru and Thankfully, a girl with green hair who was also working at the drive-thru apologized for his behavior when she handed me my food.
