Straight from the airport we needed a late night snack. I've been to a lot of fast food places and honestly, customer service is always on the downfall.. NOT Today! Patricia was our drive-through attendant. Not only was she patient, she was genuinely sincere, and very nice in her greeting. We had to let her know because it's strange to come across someone actually happy to have/do their job. Food was.. If I could put 0 stars I would. Door dashed a Crunchwrap and the whole thing was ripped and deformed. Steak overcooked. It wasn't edible at all. So try at your own risk. And when I asked for a refund. They said they can't do anything about that after I complained to door dash. But door dash didn't do anything. read more

This might be the worst Taco Bell in America. The food is rarely fresh and most of the time the portions are awful. They also can't seem to keep Baja blast available, or they are too lazy to change it when the syrup bag runs out. I'd like to start of by saying the vegetables did not look fresh at all. The blonde guy that was closing rolled his eyes when I walked in then ran and closed the gate. I got there at 7:40. He said we are closing at 8. I got my food and drink and went to sat down. And he yelled at me and my brother and said we are closed. Mind you at this point it is 7:45. 15 minutes is plenty of time to eat before they closed. I was planning on eating then doing some last minute storm prep shopping but now I have to sit in my car wet and eat my food. Will not be eating at this establishment again. Tonight was the second time in a row, within a month, that our order was missing items. We were charged for the items but did not receive them. I placed a large order ($50+) twice this week, and twice the employee was rude to my sons who picked up the order. Today she made a snippy comment about our "ridiculously large order" in front of other employees and customers and acted exasperated. Hello -- my "ridiculously large order" pays your wages. I was pretty mad, so I called the restaurant asking to speak to the manager. At first, I was told everyone was busy. So I said I would call back. I called back after about 20 minutes, and I told the manager what happened. So she actually put the girl on the phone who made the comment, which took me aback a bit, and not knowing what else to do at that point, I told the girl the same thing. I told her she should appreciate those orders as they pay her wages. She wouldn't have a job if it weren't for customers. She lied and said she said, "Really large order," and tried to explain her comments. And apparently their managers need some training in customer service. You don't hand the phone to the employee so the customer has to now repeat everything they said to the employee, as if the employee would do anything about it anyway -- a good manager would handle the situation. All I wanted was an apology and never received one. My sons rightly pointed out that that's why the drive-thru line across the street from this particular Taco Bell is wrapped around the dumpster every day -- CFA knows how to treat their customers. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I've been eating at this taco Bell for over 2 years and just recently started having issues. I have to repeat my order several times in the drive thru for them to get it right. That's if they even take it. If you go past 11:30 at night they say their "card reader" is down and they can only take cash. This has happened to me now atleast 5 times. Ever since they put in the ordering kiosks you don't get greeted at the door when you go inside and noone offers any help. As someone that frequents tbell, this place sucks. read more

Other than the last few times I've been to this Taco Bell, the customer service was great and the food was great too. The last few times I've gone, I have been very disappointed in my food. I'm not expecting amazing burritos and absolutely no mess ups ( because accidents happen ). I do expect the majority of my order to be correct and to have a decent amount of filling. The two pictures are just of two of the eight bean burritos with no cheese that I had ordered tonight. Maybe four of them were with no cheese even though I had ordered eight of them without cheese. I don't want to be upset about this but I spent about 17 dollars on these burritos and the majority of them had very little filling and most of them had cheese. I live about thirty minutes away and this is the closest Taco Bell near me. I won't be going back to order more because that is too far for me to drive again. I just hope they do better than they did tonight. read more

Customer service is all that matters. We all know that Taco Bell is the best drunk food there is. Missing 2 items out of 5 is not a good average for a non-busy fast food restaurant. Step it up and take some pride in doing your job correctly, do better. read more

We are traveling and just stopped in this Taco Bell for a quick bathroom break and a snack. The two guys working the front were exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were spotless. This taco Bell is supposed to be open until 1am, but every single time I come thru, the lights are on but no one is home. I even phoned the store to see if someone was around. Sometimes if you holler at the speaker someone will respond, but tonight no dice. I wasn't surprised since the driver before us speed off. I wonder about the cars that pulled up behind us. read more
