I would out zero stars if I could. I come here all the time because it is the closest Taco Bell but I ak done with this B.S. everytime I go here. They always give me some shit. Like today, some idiots were far from the drive thru entrance, we thought they were just ordering on their phones because it didn't look like they were ready to go in yet. So, we went in front. There was plenty of space because they were so far. When we got in the drive thru, one car was revving hella and the other was honking. Then a worker came out and said that we had to go through the entire drive through but weren't gonna take our order. They didn't even listen when we said the other two cars weren't even in line. So we just backed up (because they were still hella far away) and we went to the back of the line. Overall I would recommend you just go to Eureka for Taco Bell rather that this dumb place. If I could give this -7 stars, I would. These kids have no idea what they are doing. It seems to me, when someone orders and sends a ticket to the kitchen, they should make the order and make it right........We waited for 1.5 hrs for them to make the order and all of the crunchy stuff (tacos, crunch wrap, etc...) were soggy and tasted like they were made an hour ago. Went to this taco bell last night and they messed up my friend's orders. They also refused to make my friends food because he had a "racist name". After being told that is his REAL GOVERNMENT NAME she asked to see ID. Then told him his ID wasn't real. It was also sooo nasty in there. Good and sauce all over the floor. Had a very awful experience at this Taco Bell tonight while door dashing. I frequently DoorDash at this location on a daily basis and never had an issue. I always show the utmost respect and patience for the individuals in there. I've never had a bad experience until tonight, the manager met me at the door after knocking then waited for five/ten minutes and waiting for a response or a friendly hey the lobby is closed, go ahead and use the drive thru line. With multiple staff, seeing me knocking and signaling that I have a question. Finally, I was met at the door by a manager. I was threatened to be punched in the face if I didn't gtfoh by a grown man. And then yelled at because they were short staffed tonight. With DoorDash, they have a rule that you have to go inside until after 10 PM. So I was curious as to what was happening and I needed to pee, as I am a Dasher working out of my car. The woman who "served" my friends and I last night refused to serve my friend because his name was "racist"??? His birth name (which he did not choose and was a family name) happens to be the same as a historical figure but the spelling isn't even the same?? When we all informed her that that was in fact his LEGAL name, she said "no it's not", and then demanded to see his ID (which I'm not sure is even legal). When he showed her his ID, she STILL refused and said that it "wasn't real"?? Finally, she caved and ended up giving him his food and a half assed apology. My true rating for this Taco Bell is 3 1/2 stars, but I'm choosing to rate it 4 stars because my 4-star experiences outweigh my 3-star experiences. There is a bit of variability with the quality of the food, but my food has come out just right in my past few orders. The employees here have always been kind and helpful - especially those who work the drive-thru. The bad thing about the drive-thru, however, is the insane wait to order and get your food. The parking lot is not facilitative of the line that forms out of the drive-thru, and I've seen some dine-in customers get boxed into their parking stalls. If dining in, try to park on the side of the lot nearest to the building. My average wait time between ordering and getting my food when dining in is about 8 minutes, and the average time I spend in the drive-thru (line, getting to the ordering station, and getting my food) is about 15 minutes. The interior of this Taco Bell is nostalgia central, and I honestly hope they don't change that. If they do, they might as well revamp the whole thing and make the drive-thru situation better. While the interior is clean, the bareness and obvious wear-and-tear of the dining area makes it appear a little shabby. Overall, this Taco Bell gets the job done, and provides a good service to the community. I come here a lot and I've never been absolutely delighted, but I've never been absolutely disappointed either. I'll be here again soon! read more

I'll start by saying that the place looks very clean, the drive through is quite a squeeze though! Tonight my boyfriend and I came in expecting it to be quick and efficient service since it was pretty slow and they didn't have many customers. We placed our order and once we got up to the window to pay the girl recited our order back to us. We told her that we also ordered a steak quesadilla and she slammed the window shut. When she came back, she handed us the bag of food and we started to drive away. I looked inside the bag and not only is the steak quesadilla missing but the large nacho fries I ordered were half full, and all the tacos were broken and sloppily thrown together. Waited for an hour in the drive-thru. The food is fine, for a Taco Bell, it's just that they have wait times are longer than a sit down restaurant. I've never spent as much gas on getting some late night tacos before, stopping and starting my truck to move it five feet, even. Twelve cars were in line at 11 pm. I didn't leave that line until 11:58. If I could have gotten out of line and driven off, I would have. I thought maybe I'd be there a bit longer than normal for the drive thru, but I only imagined it would take twenty to thirty minutes at the most, even short staffed as they were. If this place wants to stay in business, I'd recommend they treat their customers with more urgency. When I worked at Wendy's they had 7 seconds to build a sandwich, and it was easy. I worked two grills (dine-in and drive-thru) at once and the fryer, plus the pressure cooker for chicken. A customer never spent more than five minutes waiting for food. When I worked at McDonald's, we never let a customer sit for more than two minutes, so I know how fast turn around times are for other fast food places. I could have gone grocery shopping and bought and cooked the food in the time I spent in the line. They (the management) can't control their pricing, but this kind of slow turnover can be rectified, and every time I've been there it's been worse and worse waiting. Bottom line: I was so mad, that I'm never going back, it just no longer worth it, without convenience the extra cost (time, money, and gas) is not justifiable. I used to like Taco Bell, but if I'm going both to pay sit down prices for a three tacos and a drink, (price hikes) and to wait sit down times, then I'll just go to an authentic place from now on. read more

I have not spent much time in a Taco Bell restaurant before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. My immediate reaction was that the interior could use some updating. Everything was a very pale pink or blue. It was very clean, nonetheless. It seemed very sanitary. I ordered the bean and cheese burrito. The guy at the counter, Michael, was super nice and thoughtful. He suggested adding onions and red sauce for no extra charge, so I did that. He was very kind and helpful to the rest of my party. My friend even suggested calling the manager when we got home to commend Michael for being so friendly and nice. Our food came out really quickly, like within five minutes for four of us. The bean and cheese burrito was meh. Not for a lack of effort, I'm sure, but because it's made with mediocre ingredients. The beans weren't very flavorful. I added the verde sauce packets in my burrito, but I wish I had added the medium hot sauce. The verde had little to no kick in it. The quesedillas tasted like something I could make at home. Not too special. My friend really enjoyed his Chalupa and his Volcano taco. I give this place two stars because the food was not great, yet the service was speedy. read more
