My very aad & depressed cheesy Gordita crunch
    K M.

Food tasted great but was super messy. My taco salad bowl was a taco salad crumble :( and my CHEEEESY Gordita crunch was not very cheesy, I cried when I saw it...so little cheese..I'm still shaking. If you visit this Taco Bell and you're a cheese lovin' Ho like me make sure you ask for EXTRAAAA CHEESE. Amen.

Horrible. Dirty, food poorly prepared. I'll never come back. I've been in other Taco Bell's that were much better than this.

Lowest priced colon cleanse in town. Come for the Nacho fries, stay because of the toilets.

It's taco bell, it's consistent. Always warm, fast, and open late late when you're tired and don't want to cook.

    Rio Burritos - Chicken Taco

Yes. Cheese? Also yes. Portion control? Absolutely not. And honestly? Respect. The Birria Tacos (aka post-workout happiness) These tacos are CRISPY. Like audible crunch. Golden, juicy, stuffed with slow-cooked beef that tastes like it's been marinating in flavor since 1997. And the consommé??? You dip it and suddenly you understand why people fall in love too fast. Served with: Mexican rice (carb loading but make it elite) Refried beans with melted cheese (fiber... we're calling it balance) A lime wedge for aesthetic health Would I eat this after leg day? Yes. Would I eat this before leg day? Also yes. The Smothered Burrito (aka the villain arc meal) It comes out sizzling like it's announcing its presence. Completely drowned in melted cheese. Sauce everywhere. Zero shame. You cut into it and it's just layers of juicy meat, sauce, and chaos. This is not a "cute little lunch." This is a "cancel your plans and commit" situation. Foodie Influencer Notes: Portions are HUGE (shareable but do you really want to?) Flavor is bold, rich, and comforting Not watered down, not bland, not pretending to be healthy This is real, messy, satisfying food Gym Girl Verdict: Is it high protein? Yes. Is it high calorie? Also yes. Is life about balance? Absolutely. You can meal prep chicken and rice all week... but sometimes you need birria dipped in consommé while telling yourself "this is for muscle growth." Final Rating: 9/10 - would absolutely earn this on the StairMaster again.

So, if you have a group I am sure they can accommodate. The margarita tasted a little like Mt Dew, so I guess you would say on the sweeter side. The chips were good tasted home made, and the salsa was also good, I have had better for my personal taste but it was still yummy. We had a chicken con polo (sp?) and it was good, again not our favorite in the area but still delicious and a generous portion. Staff was pleasant and I believe a manager or owner stopped by to see how we were doing which I felt was a nice touch. Good place to visit but not our regular Taco Tuesday venue.

Really, driving the distance is more than worth it. Yesterday, I happened to be on the right side of town and went back to Eva's. It's a small building but that's one of the things I like the most about it. It's comfortable and friendly. The server's name was Marili and she was great. She anticipated when I needed anything and never made me feel like I was asking too much. There was a high school(?) aged kid that was very attentive and courteous and helped the servers fill drinks, take plates, and check up on tables. I ended up tipping him as well because he definitely deserved it. The owner was a consistent presence, also making sure everyone was happy and everything was in order. This is a small, family owned business and it definitely feels like it by the way they treat and know their customers. If that wasn't enough of a reason to support this place, the food was probably the best Mexican food I've had. As soon as I sat down, I ordered a cherry coke and a small queso to go with the chips. The chips were thick (but not overly so) and had a really good crunch to them, and the queso was definitely worth the buy. Their menu is very extensive and there are so many different dishes that I haven't seen at other restaurants. I don't usually get appetizers at Mexican restaurants for some reason, but I wanted to try something new. To start, I ordered the Mini Chimis (Two fried chimis stuffed with chicken, beans, and cheese and served with a homemade dressing.) The dressing was something like a coleslaw, sweet and tangy, and I could have probably drank the stuff it was so good. The chimis were cut in half and served over a shredded lettuce bed and were cooked perfectly. had to move the plate to the back of the table so I would not just eat all of it right then and there and not be able to eat any of the chicken fajitas I had ordered for an entree. The chicken fajitas came out sizzling and had more and better flavor than other fajitas I've had. The tortillas were so fluffy and tasty as well I actually ordered another side of them to go! The fajitas are served with the usual rice, beans, and lettuce mix and topped with a fresh homemade guacamole. When the owner stopped by, I asked him if they made the guacamole in house and he said that yes, they actually made everything fresh there. You can definitely taste the quality and care put into everything. At the end, the total was $42.80, and I will still probably get 4-5 more meals out of the leftovers because of the generous amount they serve. This is the kind of place that once you go once, you'll probably have a hard time staying away from so keep that in mind before you make that decision. I couldn't think of one bad thing to say even if I wanted to. 10/10
