This Taco Bell sits just off of 24 on Hillsboro Boulevard in Manchester, and has become a consistent spot for a quick snack when heading up or down the highway. The corner it sits at also has a stop light, so that can make getting in and out fairly easy, or difficult...honestly just depends on when you catch the light! For the most part, this is your standard Taco Bell location. I usually grab a quesadilla and soft taco, never had any issues with the order being wrong. On occasion I will grab a sweet tea and that can be a crapshoot as to how sweet or unsweet it may actually be. Service is okay. I have gone inside and been through the drive thru. I tend to get friendlier and more efficient service when I hit the drive thru. The dining room and restrooms are well kept and clean. Just got drive thru tonight on 5/11/26 and it was the best food and service I've ever gotten from this location or any other Taco Bell. The line went quickly even with several cars in front of me. The food was made and packed wonderfully and actually had a good amount of filling in everything ordered, not the empty shells and tortillas I've come to expect. Great job by these current employees. I ordered the discovery luxe box and received 2 empty tacos had barely any meat, had no lettuce, cheese or anything. I went back to see if they could fix it they just gave me a salsa cup with cheese and tomatoes and said that's all they can do! read more

Open for drive thru only. Employee working the window was wearing a mask and gave us our food in a tray for minimal human exposure. The line went really fast. Prices are fair. Parking lot clean. I live in Nashville, but worked all day in Manchester. I was ready to eat. Stopped at Bojangles first, but they were out of everything I wanted. So, it really added insult to injury when I pulled up to the Taco Bell drive thru speaker, and they said they were closed. It was 8:45pm, though their hours said they were open until 1am. That's it. That's the complaint. Please figure out a way to do business, as that is your sole purpose for existing. read more

I have had the opportunity to eat at this Taco Bell a few times and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly the place is clean and the food is good. I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bell's in my day and this is hands down the best of the lot. It is also super convenient being right of the highway. If you are down with the fourth meal then hit it up. No, I didn't go thru the drive thru either, I went inside. When I told them I was missing a 5 Layer I got a very faint "sorry". How hard is it to count to 9, make sure there are 9 items in the bag. I ate here yesterday and the food was total garbage. Not even edible. I ordered a burrito and it was just full of nacho cheese, sauce and more sauce all wrapped up in a stale tortilla. First off your Taco Bell is the cleanest store in town, and we usually have a great experience. My wife and I enjoy your store at least twice weekly. Im sorry to say that this time It was not a good experience. As Covid is still here in the south more so than other more populated states. The Sonic just a mile or so down the road closed three times this year because of deep cleaning To disinfect the facility. As my wife and I walked in the store it was not busy at all. Your cashier Michelle was pleasant as she should be. We chatted about the Covid problem and the closure Of sonic due to cleaning. I just came out and asked her did she get her vaccination yet? She said no. I was Wondering why. Told her we had our shots and even took a trip to California two weeks ago. Seen a Angels game the first game of the season. Clean and right off the interstate on our way back to Florida. We were there at lunch time which is the best time at Taco bell. Lots of vegan friendly options We stop at Taco Bells all over the country because there are several items on their menu that are vegan friendly, from Fresco Bean burritos to bean tostadas etc. They even have a vegetarian certified menu!! We ordered the Fresco Bean burritos and the spicy potato taco HOLD the cheese HOLD the chipotle sauce for extra vegan goodness. Unlike some Taco Bells where they under fill or clump all of one ingredient on one side of a burrito, this one was uniform and a "good"/normal portion size. For the price, there is no better fast food vegan option. Beans are high in fiber and protein and no cholesterol, so I am always happy when food on the road is this easy. What really made this place great is the cashier, Lisa B., was SO HELPFUL. I buy 10 fresco bean burritos because they get eaten by the family over the day and she helped look up prices since the 10 box special is not on display but is available. Slow for a fast food place. Maybe this was just a particularly busy time at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon but each car took an average of 5 minutes to move forward in the line. So 6 cars ahead = 30 minute wait. Will avoid next time I need something quick to grab and go. read more
