Not too bad, my food was hot and correct alright it didn't take a while. Which I understand the manager said they were understaffed. The lobby was nice and clean and warm which was refreshing on the night of a snow storm. They did their best with the crew they had. My only thought was pay attention to portions when it's busy, if I pay extra for sour cream I should get it on my tacos. And not have to ask for it again. If there is an up charge for nachos and cheese as a side. I should get a full container of cheese and chips. Not a teaspoon of cheese and a bunch of broken ones. Went and tried the new chicken nuggets and got the fire ranch and bell sauce for dipping! The nuggets were cooked perfectly and had a nice crunch. I would recommend the nuggets. this was the best taco bell experience i've ever had. the woman at the drive through window was so pleasant. she was very polite. my chips, when received, were very warm and crunchy. my tacos were clearly packaged with love and care. my gordita crunch was phenomenal. the baja blast made cry tears of joy. the food was quickly made, but delicious. this experience made me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. i love this taco bell. if you get the pleasure of coming here, it is truly a blessing. read more

The people on day shift are fucking stupid. I was the only car there and my whole order is completely fucked. Obviously the people don't know how to read or do anything right because firstly none of my food was wrapped properly so sauce and shit spilt in the bag, then I was missing cinnamon twists, and once I get home I have tomatoes on all of my tacos that I said no tomatoes on. Is it even worth reviewing Taco Bell? Not really. But for what little it's worth, y'all better know they have a very strict water policy. After making a purchase, I asked for the largest cup of water they had. The girl at the speaker who had an attitude purposely gave me the smallest cup and told me No, you can't have a larger one. This is the dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever seen. There were cockroaches roaming the lobby while I was eating my food. Not something you'd like to see while eating. I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like! The very last time I ate here I found a dead moth in my food and figured yuck, not their fault though. But after seeing the cockroaches, it is their fault. That place is so dirty and I will not be eating there again after finding all the dead bugs and cockroaches there. No thank you! Been going to this location for years now. Not sure why it has quite a few bad reviews. I have been in the restaurant and through the drive-thru. The location is always pretty clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I always get my order pretty fast and it is the way I ordered it. For the menu, it seems like there is a new menu item every two weeks. It helps keep your options fresh and new. But, they always seem to take off items that are great (for example, Nacho Fries) =-( read more
