Husband eggs Benedict. His only criticism was the hashbrowns could've been a little more crispy, but I maintain he should've asked for that

Sooo excited to have a nice brunch place on Riverside! We are big BCFR fans and Hideout fans so I was exited to see this location opening. They did a complete overhaul of the interior, and it now looks bright, clean, and chic. The menu is vast, with something that would appeal to any taste preferences. Even though they were a new restaurant, and very busy, the food came out very timely and hot. They had fresh squeezed OJ! My omelette was well cooked, and they had the first hollandaise that I have perhaps ever liked. I loved the fruit cup, as well as the lemon blueberry pancakes. My only criticism is that I would've loved a little bit more lemon flavor. My hubby was very happy with his eggs Benedict. He wished for crispier hashbrowns, but I maintain he should've asked for crispy hashbrowns. Can't wait to come back and try some of the breakfast cocktails and explore the rest of the menu! What a welcome addition to the area!

My life feels complete now that I've had this raspberry Creme brûlée donut! I also loved the hot honey Benedict that preceded it. Beautiful place, great service, I can't wait to go back and try more menu items.

Food was amazing! Our server was fantastic. A little on the pricey side, but worth it!

I spent $54 on breakfast/brunch that was mediocre.

Ambiance: Literally the best part of the restaurant. It's beautiful, new, and clean. Parking sucks. Good luck if you come at peak time. Food: I can only speak to what I got. It was mediocre. My chicken fried chicken was tender. Gravy was meh. Scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes were the sides. I've had better pancakes at Cracker Barrel. My food came to the table lukewarm. My friends got omelets. They said their food was good. Portions were standard sized. At Jessica's in Roscoe, I've had portions big enough to eat again once or twice at home. Service: Our waitress was friendly and offered suggestions to us as first time guests. The hostess also greeted us nicely and said goodbye to us on the way out. The lady manager, however, pretty much ruined our experience. She could have chosen to ask us kindly to finish up and leave. Since she chose to be passive aggressive about it, I will not be returning. Point being....its just breakfast/brunch food. You can find a plethora of places in the 815 that have just as good if not better versions of eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and waffles.

It is a BEAUTIFUL restaurant. The ambiance is so bright and inviting. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The problem is the food is just mid. They attempt to make it upscale, but it's simply average and lacking in flavor. I understand they are trying to make everyone happy, but they're playing it safe by not taking any risk at all. I hope they play with their menu and I'll try again. Side note: The espresso martini was tasty.

I have a confession, I've already been here three times and they've only been open like a week and a half. The place definitely had a nice makeover and brightened things up compared to the previous businesses that were in this location. Very cute spot for brunch. The service has been great, especially for being open such a short amount of time so far, everyone has been super attentive. On my second visit, we were notified that the kitchen was slightly backed up so we appreciated that we knew we were going to be waiting a little longer. On our third visit, we had a large party and the food came out quick. I have not been disappointed in any item that we have ordered yet. Down south benedict, fresh squeezed, orange juice, loaded, bloody Mary, Barbacoa chilaquiles, LP avocado toast. The sonoma breakfast sandwich was more on the basic side, the avocado was not ripe enough, but the upgrade to the maple sweet potatoes was amazing. Kids love the Mickey Mouse pancakes. They should make a menu and add specialty coffees/lattes too! Will probably be back too many more times than I can count.

Excellent service, love the food and the esthetic of the whole place. Highly recommend checking out this place!

I was also on the phone with my bank wanting to stop in for one drink. after about 15 minutes of nonsense and the bartender screenshot in a pic off my phone showing that in fact, my money was taken off my credit card, I said can I at least get a beer for all the hassle she said let me ask my manager. This manager ACTUALLY SAID NO!!! as if I was trying to pull some sort of con! This is CUSTOMER SERVICE 101!!! My advice to anybody that visits this establishment is to pay cash! What is that old saying about people that had a great experience ?? they tell two or three friends! And if you've had a bad experience, you tell like 50 people! Unreal! It's actually a joke to me! I will run my mouth to everything I know! In fact, I already have and they were like oh my God that's totally pathetic that they wouldn't give you a beer! So I'm playing a machine drinking water! Real classy Trop Club! Now, I would like to add that the bartender gave the manager or owner my phone number and she was supposed to call me the next day. That never happened.! so I left them a message on their messenger FB and still nothing the day after that! I don't know if it's the manager or the owner that gives zero fuqs , but all I have to say is good luck in your future endeavors! When I ran retail establishments in the past I would do anything to make that customer happy in the realm of my authority! I'm more than sure one measly beer wouldn't have put them out of business!

The vibe was fun and energetic. It was upscale without being pretentious. Our server Alyssa was so very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu which I really appreciated. She recommended the sourdough focaccia and ahi poke for appetizers and they did not disappoint! For our entrees we ordered the filet. We ordered it medium but it came out medium rare but I didn't mind. Butter soft. The Thai cod was very flavorful; the heat was perfect, not overbearing. The cocktails were some of the best we have tasted. We ordered the bourbon drink and the psyche. Wow! No wonder the bartender won a prestigious award. The cost for two starters, 4 cocktails and 2 entrees was rather hefty but worth the money IMHO... our celebration was perfect... so thanks, Crave!

Because of of restaurant week the place was crowded but I take that as a good sign. It gave us a chance to meet with Angela and her daughter Eva who were both working hard. Eva was giving out free drink samples to those waiting for a table. We had reservations but did not mind waiting. I don't drink but my girlfriend tried the "El Sanch" cocktail and proclaimed it as her new local favorite. The appetizers and entrees where excellent. We had the: Truffle fries, Sourdough Focaccia, Wagyu burger, champagne risotto, Arugula salad, and the Death of Chocolate cake to end a great meal with great service. Our waitress, Kaitlyn was terrific. Both Angela and Eva were great hosts and made us feel welcome as new diners to Crave. We plan on going back regularly. Eric & Katrina

We really enjoy the bar area and its ambiance but hope to also experience the dining room as well. We started off with the Dip of the day which was a Miso Ranch dip served with fresh made tortilla chips. This was phenomenal and my only complaint is there wasn't more! We also both ordered a drink off of their happy hour menu. I ordered the old Fashioned and my wife ordered their margarita. Both were excellent. I also ordered the VIEUX CARRÉ based on our Server's recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed that. Such knowledgeable staff makes a big difference. For our main course, I got their Mushroom Pot Pie and my wife ordered the Ora King Salmon. Both dishes blew us away. Neither of us expected to be so full after our meals, their serving sizes were very generous! I wanted to highlight the mushroom pot pie, as a vegetarian, Fine dining usually does not cater to vegetarians. So having options at a place this nice was such a welcomed surprise. The greens included with the Pot Pie really stole the show, The most perfectly cooked and seasoned greens I have ever had. Chef Nick Risseeuw came over and checked on how we were doing and after hearing me rave about his pot pie offered two of his desserts on the house. We got a pistachio orange dessert and a Malt ball ice cream that was his interpretation of whopper candy as an ice cream. Both were DIVINE! Thank you again Nick for your generosity, it was a perfect way to end a perfect meal. I also wanted to highlight the staff as they played an essential role in our unbelievable experience. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and prompt. We will definitely return soon and cannot wait to see what is in store for their upcoming menu
