It should be zero Stars for the lack of service I receive. I see all these lovely photos here on Yelp of their nacho fries but here's my photo. The container wasn't even halfway filled up! Also ordered a Mexican pizza as you can see from my photo it was a complete mess and should never have been served in the first place. All the top being on top were switched to the box as you can see because the box was completely smushed. Ordered Dorito local tacos and basically received Doritos Locos taco salad because the taco shells were completely smashed as well. Ordered a drink as well and the only thing I can tell them is they really need to clean their drink machine. $50 order and most of it went straight into the trash. read more

Lady at drive through needs to be told she's getting paid to take food orders. She acts like it's a burden for her when someone orders food.

Went in tonight ordered number one that is 3 taco's Supremes with a drink they were not taco Supremes. It was the regular Tacos ordered three extra tacos and a burrito. The tacos for the number one were not supreme, and they were all soggy informed her that I did not want nacho cheese on my burrito and she proceeds to say I thought you said you wanted everything, no ma'am and it turned out they hadn't even made it. It was not in the bag. They don't look very enthusiastic to be working there. Customer service was not that great. Will definitely be going back to the one on Marshall. Great customer service and my food is always done correctly and they always have a friendly smile but not this location. Stay away. read more

There were barely any customers there and they were literally rude to each of them including me. They lost my order. Then when I finally got it the packaging had condiments smeared inside and out. The workers gave me the wrong order and I was unaware. I sat down and opened it and they realized they gave me the wrong order. They then proceeded to scream and cuss my name and call me a scum. I did an online order and staff rude. Food cold, gave me about 50 sauce packs and no napkins! I was told the freeze machine was not working and I needed to choose something else without given the options they had. I ordered potato bowls and no utensils were put in bag, either. Was dining in, and the lady's debit card in front of me was declined. He had her redo it without the pin. The same thing happened to my card, but I opted to pay cash instead of rerunning it. Then, I tried to get a soft drink, but the mix was off, so I dumped it out and got tea. After that, they lost my order and served several people who came in after me. Went to this Taco Bell location today. Went inside to order and eat. Placed my order, was then told it would take 30 minutes for my order because they were so busy. I can't say I've ever been told it would take 30 minutes for my order at a fast food restaurant. Had to leave, because I was on my lunch break. Went here to get spicy potato soft tacos with no cheese or chipotle sauce and add tomatoes which is something I always get from Taco Bell and just makes it (potatoes lettuce and tomatoes) which seems super simple, the cashier kind of had an attitude for some reason. I got my meal back with no lettuce on any of them so I asked for lettuce and they said they would remake them, I get them back with hairs and lint in the bag with the tacos like wtf seriously? To say this place sucks would be an understatement. It's taking well over 30 minutes to get my food, at an empty restaurant AFTER I had to bring back my order because it was all wrong. The guy needed me to walk him through my order slowly because it was "too complicated." How complicated is no meat, no cheese, add pico and rice. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Extremely slow service, with several staff roaming around. Took 5 minutes just to put in our small order (2 people). We let that slide, maybe the girl was new. Then when our food arrived it was missing an item for my husband. So I asked for it and waited. After standing up there while a few other groups placed their orders, I asked again. I was told the lady who went to make it had forgotten the bun in some machine and burned it and had to start over. So at least 10 minutes later when I could sit down to eat my cantina bowl, I found very few beans in it, and the worst part rice wasn't fully cooked. It crunched when I chewed it. We are on a long road trip and in a rush to get to our lodging facility so I didn't complain for them to remake it. We didn't have another 30 minutes for our not-so-fast food. So I just choked it down. I don't expect high quality food when I eat at places like this, but I expect it to be reasonably quick (I get faster authentic Mexican at sit-downs in Southern California) and the food should be at least acceptable. Neither of my very low expectations were met here. I think the group behind us was complaining as we left. read more
