I pre ordered on the app and still took 45 minutes to pick up in the drive thru. The portions are all wrong, I mean great you gave me more toppings but it made everything soggy and a mess. The food was cold also... I got the wrong drink then what I ordered as well... Taco Bell needs a complete corporate reset at this location. Everyone on staff needs retraining from the store being unsanitary to the food being serviced completely wrong.. where are the managers getting this place in line?! Well that aren't on the store that's for sure... Avoid this place unless it improves internally it's doomed. read more

Awful. The person working talked to my husband about how they were busy all day because people got their welfare checks and spent them all there. Then we brought our food home (mind you I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell since 2021 because I got a rancid taco salad bowl and the store did nothing about it) and his chips for his nachos...were rancid! Disgusting on all levels. If I could leave 0 stars, I would! read more

If I could give it lower than one star I would. I am very unimpressed with this Taco Bell, so far that this is the first yelp review I have ever left. We went inside and was told it was closed so we went through the drive thru. When we ordered, the worker had no idea what our item we wanted was so we had to do an online order. One person in my party paid for drinks, the other for the food. We tried getting both orders at once. The cherry on top was the that the drive thru was 8 cars long. When waiting in line in the drive thru, we were treated with an unpleasant sewer smell. Overall very unimpressed with this Taco Bell and will be taking my money other places. read more

It was the night of homecoming, my friends and I were hoping for food to fill out tummies that was lacking of the nutrients taco bell could provide to a group of teenage girls. We had difficulties through doordash that led us to wait 3 hours for food that never ended up at our palace. When the doordash service center called to see what the problem was no one was there to here our cry for help, i think it is very important to have a safe place that will answer the phone in a need of nutrition. Unfortunately this taco bell was not the right place to fulfill our hunger and we're not sure if it will ever be with this terrible service that we encountered tonight. Do to our lack of taco bell we had to endure the struggle of the midnight hunger all alone. We were so hungry we were fighting and a pinky nail was lost(A brave a mexican solider was lost. we're hoping this is not a form of racism, she just wanted to be in touch with her roots and that simply couldn't be done because of the terrible staff) So you see in the end a war of hunger and resilience was lost by a homemade chicken nugget that gave us salmonella and therefore was your fault. I hope this review reaches the audience intended. Good luck with Beyonce. read more

Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru tonight picking up a DoorDash order. The guy in front of me handed his food and drink back to the worker multiple times. Overall just ridiculous, and the employees could use a LOT of training read more

I've lived in this neighborhood for a year and me and my family have gone here to get food. There was a time where they completely disregarded my order and put guac and sour cream in a quesadilla instead of a grilled STEAK cheese burrito. But, I moved on and haven't been back since until now. I went there a day ago and spent $40 on food. I ordered on the screen and nothing said it was out of anything we go and check out and I pay. I go and get a Baja blast and it's all out and I go tell the lady working she says it's been out for two hours. My friend paid for a large freeze and got a small instead. I paid extra for a Baja blast and they didn't want to give me a refund. As well, I bite into my food and it's beef when I asked for a grilled steak burrito and are food was burnt read more

Horrible ! Worst location in the entire fox valley area. Every time I go they either say something like "sorry we're actually closed right now" at 10am!! Or they prepare the worst food imaginable. Sloppy service. Sloppy place overall read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could. My service was terrible. I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before going in and asking to cancel my mobile order. When I went inside, they told me they were not able to do it, and were extremely rude. They told me I needed to do it in the app. But the app was not showing my order, so I was not able to do it. So i was forced to wait for the order so I didn't have to pay for food I didn't get. In total, I waited for over 40 minutes - becuase they locked the doors and people couldn't go in, when I tried to do that a second time read more

Who has a 45 min wait for fast food And runs out of protein. This place is a joke save your time and drive to Appleton!! read more

Horrible service been here since 9:25pm with 4 other cars in drive thru and no one responded to any of the customers and we put in an online order. There were multiple workers in the building who saw and acknowledged the other customers including us. Very poor customer service we had to cancel our order and we had two kids to feed. Very disappointed tonight. If I could give zero stars I would. Went to Culver's across the street and we are watching workers leave rn and it's 9:53pm this is ridiculous. Thank god Culver's offered to make us food although they were closing. read more

Very poor service. I went through the drive thru and they never gave me my full order. I went in and since they did not give me a receipt, They refused to give me my food because they claimed I could not "prove" I was telling the truth. This happened on multiple occasions and honestly I would never go here again. read more

I couldn't find a clean table in the place, & whichever rude lead man was negatively critiquing a new excellent staff person (who was working the window)/telling her to waste less time by not offering customers xyz) would better spend his time cleaning up the trashed dining room. I heard her tell him twice that she was trained by someone else to do it that way, & he kept telling her she was wasting time. Not cool, & probably embarrassing to the woman on top of it. read more

The waiter started barking at me and I felt very scared. Then when I asked for a chicken cheeseburger, they said they didn't have any. I was so baffled read more

Worst service, don't go here waste of your time they most likely won't have enough staff to even take your order

Service is horrible. Never have people working during their "open" hours and when they do they either can't make your order or take an hour to do it, Wish I could give zero stars tbh. read more

Order from here if you love your food tasting like straight shit. I've ordered multiple times from this TacoBell and I've always been disappointed. I'm now commuting the extra 15 minutes to go to another location. read more

This place lacks just about everything, the inside lobby is never open, the staff is lazy and complains every time when the inside is actually open. The food is fine but the service and chances of actually getting food is 1/10 read more

Every time we go here there is some sort of issue, whether it's out of all kinds of items, messing up orders, rude customer service, or telling us they are only taking 3 item orders. I don't know how many times we have left the drive through without purchasing something because of this. read more

Free advice for the two women gossiping at the window - customers come first! How about greeting someone and not turning your back on them. Giving correct change and a receipt? Take a break from your conversation long enough so the customer can ask a question. Completely rude - and both of you are old enough to know better.....pretty sure this will fall on deaf ears but I had to document the blatant ignorance. The tacos had only traces of meat and the nacho cheese container was half full. But I have 76 packets of taco sauce..... read more

From beginning to end it took us 50 min to get our food & still got the order wrong. They got it wrong 3x. I demanded a refund after 3rd time. I got an excuse that things got messed up there, ok but you screwed my order up 3x. I'll never come back to this restaurant. And after looking at multiple reviews, it looks like you should be closed. Would have given you 0 stars if allowed to. read more

Food was good (for taco bell expectations ofc lol) and we got it fast. Service was friendly. I honestly just wanted to leave a review of a good experience because I remembered that this one had pretty negative reviews. The reason I took a star off is because the bathrooms and floors could have been a little cleaner (floor in the kitchen area looked pretty dirty and they weren't too busy) but other than that it was a good TB experience. read more

The open/close times listed are wrong. They close at 1am Mon-Thursday. My husband and I have had every single order at this and the E College Ave location incorrect for the last year. We get terrible, insincere apologies, and when I ask for corporate's number, they tell me there isn't one. Absolute garbage. Southern Bell shouldn't have franchises if this is how they run them. read more

The lady gave me exactly what I wanted I asked for easy beef and she gave me easy beef for once while other places don't do that and it's annoying. If I ask for easy beef give me easy beef!!!! Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Highly recommend read more

Most of the time, you end up waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. They've gotten a bit better with their speed but still needs work. I ordered 1 cinnamon twists, 1 nacho with extra cheese, 2 mini quesadillas NO chipotle sauce. I got 2 nachos, no extra cheese, no cinnamon twists, and 2 burritos instead of my mini quesadillas. Like why do they even take your order if they just give you what they want instead of what you ordered. read more

Lady who took our order was very rude. Cheesy fiesta potatoes were burnt and very small portion. Daughter received a spicy cheese quesadilla. Beef tacos barely had any toppings on them as well as beef. I would travel further for a different Taco Bell next time. Very disappointed. read more

This is the worst Taco bell i've ever been to. Employees are not friendly at all, the food takes so long to receive in drive through or lobby. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for anything from them. Always messing up orders. Gone more than once and the lobby was LOCKED up during regular business hours. Amazing anyone still goes here. read more

first off our cheese quesadilla was burnt and had no cheese, our order came incomplete and the employees were rude. Would 100% not recommend

3/1/18 Around 6pm, I Ordered 3 black bean burritos al Fresca at little chute drive thru. Passenger's order was correct. Paid cash. After driving a few blocks away, found that mine were covered in cheese & had No Pico. I'm a vegan. Found that I Wasn't given receipt in the to go bag. Called store. I was Told to ask for a manager & it would be remade. Drove back to store. Calmly explained to cashier. They Said they would call Manager & that they couldn't take the burritos back. I gave the burritos to a dining room couple. Waited 30 min. Staff not working came in to buy food. He investigated. Then was told that store had no black beans & that there was no manager in site. I calmly Asked for my money back. Waited another 20 min. Store Staff talked to Manager on Phone. Staff said he could remake burritos in 45 min & tripple the order. Respectfully declined, stated that I had been waiting, had plans that I needed to leave for & asked for my money back to go elsewhere to buy food. Staff said that a Manager needed to be there for till refund. He said the Manager was sick & that I could come back tomorrow. Explained that I make most of my meals at home, that I had given the benefit of the doubt each time, that the last 4 visits over the last year were made incorrectly & that I wouldn't be back. I left my name & number. Wished Staff a good day. Departed around 7pm. Tried submitting this review on Taco Bell website. Tried many forms of time input variations but continued to get errors stopping submission. Still havnt heard from a manager or given my money back. Taco Bell, there is much room for improvement. It's 8/17. Stopped back 5 times. There hasn't been a manager in in any of these visits during day hours. No one has contacted me. read more

They ran out of beef and chicken. Beef and chicken. The main ingredients in 80% of their menu. That was on one occasion. On a separate occasion, we waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. The drive thru which is supposed to be the fast option. We will not be visiting this location again. Get your shit together TBell. Enough is enough. read more

Waited at the drive-thru menu from 8:30am for 15 minutes with no response on the intercom to take my order I drove to the window and I saw no one in the area of the counter. The lobby was closed at this time. But the lights were on and two cars in parking lot that are normally here, were there. The worse fast food service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant, or the lack of service. read more

Five cars in the drive through no other cars in the parking lot. I said hi to the cashier, cashier did not say hi back they said. just so you know we're on a 15-minute wait and we're out of nachos and fries kind of abruptly very rude scowl on their face. so basically just telling me no we don't want your business right now go away. Apparently I have to pick a star to post this review but personally they don't deserve one at all!! They have no idea what they are doing once again!!!!! WOW!! This is the worst Taco Bell someone could possibly go to! They are ridiculously slow! Sat in the drive thru for a half hour and it wasn't even busy! The lobby was closed for some reason so since order was messed up which it always is we couldn't go in and get it fixed! All these kids they have working here are clueless! Will not go here again I will travel far if I want Taco Bell. Didn't even want to give them 1 star read more

Service was super slow in the drive thru, took 20 minutes to get our food. Not coming here again.
