This Taco Bell is located in fast food row right off the beltway on Nursery Road in Linthicum. I always ask myself why anyone would eat at a Taco Bell, but sometimes you just need that salty fatty meat food they sell, I guess. They have recently redone this place and now everything is a very austere grey, and the the menu above the counter is even more confusing than it was before (but that seems to be a theme among fast food places these days.) Thought I would give it another shot since they burned down the old one and this was a brand new building....they got my order wrong and 1 out of the same drinks wrong. I'm pretty sure steak costs more than the chicken I received in my tacos. And I mean I ordered 2 of the same drinks. C'mon man. Also the line took forever. When I pulled up I could see 2 cars ahead of me. 1 finished ordering and 1 ordering. I get up to mine after about 10-15 minutes and while I was waiting, my friend and I decide to get a little baked. It took me 10 minutes to order 2 meals and before you judge me, no one was behind us. The point is, I pull around the corner to get to the window and the car in front of me is still waiting for their order. That's almost a half hour in the drive thru for the wrong god damned order and that didn't include the 10 minutes I had to wait for my food after I finally got to the window. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I have had some good experiences here in the past, however I cannot rate higher than that because of the experience I've had tonight. Around 11 PM I came through the drive through. I ordered three crispy tacos and one order of nachos with cheese. My total came to $5.73 (or 5.79...can't remember, but not really important) - anyway, I get to the window and he repeats the total and says "do you have any ones you can give me?" I said "I have four ones and a twenty with exact change." Of course this workers drawer can't be a dollar short, no big deal, so I give him the $20.73. He leaves the drive-thru window wide open and exclaims "I don't know why every single person is coming through here ordering little ****, like five dollars worth of food than paying with a twenty..." and goes on complaining for at least like three minutes (which is a lot of time in a drive thru). He keeps rambling on and complaining like it's my problem that his drawer doesn't have ones. He gives me a $10 bill and five ones back, so I guess he didn't have fives either. Either way, it was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I've been working in customer service and restaurants since I was old enough to work, and I give good service so I expect it when I go out. That is not what I receive at this location. I recently had an experience at this Taco Bell where I witnessed a lot of verbal abuse toward some of the employees towards their fellow employees. I see that they have alot of minor children probably trying to experience a first time job. The older crowd needs to be supportive and positive not degrading and threatening.
