I sat in the drive-through at Taco Bell for 30 minutes and was completely trapped in the lane, so I couldn't even leave if I wanted to. For fast food, that kind of wait is ridiculous--especially for food that isn't exactly worth that long of a wait in the first place. When I finally got my order, it wasn't even complete. I had to get my sleeping toddler out of the car to go inside because there was no way I was getting back in that drive-through line again. When I walked in, there wasn't even anyone else inside, yet not a single employee acknowledged me for at least 60-90 seconds. A simple "Hi, we'll be with you in a moment" goes a long way. There were several young employees working, but there was zero sense of urgency or hustle. Overall just a really frustrating experience. Doesn't even deserve one star. read more

After receiving my order I realized that I did not get everything that I ordered. That very frustrating considering I paid for the whole order and didn't receive everything. To start I absolutely love taco bell. It is one of my favorite fast food places. However, the last 4-5 times I've gone the drive through service has been lacking. The first and second time I wrote it off as a bad day, but the consistency in messed up orders has now been an every time thing. Things keep getting forgotten and modifications missed. I'm not the type to change a bunch on my order, but I can't stand tomatoes so I always asked for none. The past few times there has been tomatoes on everything. My extra cheese has been forgotten as well which wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't like $.70. Overall, I still love Taco Bell, but the messed up orders are very inconvenient. read more

Really awful service. Ordered inside using one of the kiosks. 10 minutes later I was still waiting for my order as I watched car after car go by with their food in the drive thru. I had to shout from the counter to get anyone's attention and the employee who finally turned around said "I'm working the drive thru." They should close the dining room and just be a drive thru restaurant if this is how they provide service to those dining in. read more

Default location since it is right across the street from work and beats driving through downtown for food. Employees are friendly but that's about all they have going for them. They show their pickup and order metrics at the drive through window. The metrics are always in the red. Slow service and seemingly always incorrect orders. The food is the same as any taco bell, but typically you get distracted teenagers serving you which leads to them getting your order wrong EVERY TIME! My family and I have gone there over 30 times throughout the extent of our memories and we have kept note that they have only gotten our order right once. Once.
