Placed an online order pulled up and saw the drive through was incredibly long so I parked my car to go inside, I was not able to talk to anyone for 20 mins, when I finally got ahold of someone and tried to explain that I placed an order and had selected drive through and was trying to check in I was cut off and said we will get to you when we get to you so I waited another ten minutes. I tried to ask about my meal again and was told there is no order in the system for Dayton, a manager finally came up was able to find it and blamed it on me for coming inside and not going through the drive through, nobody apologized once for the confusion, I then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for them to slowly make my meal while ten other orders went out. Dear TacoBell, I tried to come in at 8:03 and the door was still locked, then at 8:10 they unlocked the door and told us they don't open until 8:15 even though they're supposed to open at 8AM. They had no food down and I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my food. I'm very upset with the service that I got today, this was slow-food not fast-food. We ordered the Retro Chili Cheese Burrito's, 4 of them. They used to cost $.49, now they are $3.49! And they used to have chili and cheese in them that you could wear all down your shirt because it was hot and gooey and would run out of the flour tortilla. The picture online shows for the new price it's really full and maybe worth at least more then the $.49 used to buy. The 4 burrito's we got were DRY FLOUR TORTILLAS with almost NO CHILI AT ALL! ALL 4 of them! And that was with them now costing $3.49 EACH! You know it's really nice to bring back the old things that we loved but you have to bring them back at least like they used to be, especially when you want to raise the price so crazy high. Even when Taco Bell removed them from the menu they were under $2. So now to double the price and removed 75% of the Chili and cheese it's just another rip off like the taco's that are either empty or all lettuce. Been to this location 2 separate times. Both disappointed with the layout an atmosphere. I felt as though I walked into a shoebox that happens to sell this "attempt at Mexican food". After my meal I felt as though it was sticking to the inside of my ribs. Hard to choke down but certainly not hard to get out the next day if you know what I mean. I discussed sigh a few employees their thoughts on this location and they were the same as mine. Why was it built here and when will it be replaced with something more cultured?
