They told me I could only pick up one mobile order at a time and in order to get the other one I would have to pull around again, which I've never encountered at any of the Taco Bell's I've been to throughout multiple states. The drive thru line was extremely slow for whatever reason. I cancelled the second order and placed it for in store pickup. My friend went inside to get the pickup order, and a worker told her that it was placed under drive through so it would be quicker to go there. We get in the drive thru line again and are told that this order isn't showing up and it was placed for pickup. After going inside a second time, we finally got the order. This whole ordeal took way too long and was entirely unnecessary. Extremely disappointed and would NOT recommend visiting this location. read more

Workers were friendly but I had a really hard time eating my food after witnessing their lack of food safety. I watched one employee (with the same pair of gloves) touch my drink, the payment screen, his mouth, and then my food. Another employee with gloves on was handling his phone and then packing food. The "food" was so poorly prepared that had it been my money I would have sat in front of this crap hole until they returned it. Half the ingredients were missing, the Mexican pizza had one quarter sized spot in the middle with cheese....It was as if someone intentionally wanted to sabotage this sh*t. There is nothing that ticks me off more than waiting a long time for fast food. Listen, I love Taco Bell food, okay? But if it's going to take you FORTY MINUTES to make my order, then there are a lot of other choices I would gladly wait for. Last Friday, I placed an online order for immediately pickup. I got text AND email notifications saying it would be ready in ten minutes. Silly me, I actually showed up ten minutes later. And had to wait over thirty more. Even the Grub Hub guy next to me at the counter was saying he is there for 30 minutes EVERY TIME. Why is it that the Taco Bell locations in Willow Street and Elizabethtown can get my food ready on time and these guys can't? Get it together! I can't take it anymore. Heading back into town, we wanted someone quick. Downloaded the app and punched in the order, and arrived at the store with the expected ready time of 8:19pm. I'm now writing this at 8:54pm and our food is just now being fired. In that time, an employee on the clock has come off he grill to chat up his girlfriend about getting off at 9pm sharp; another has been more focused on her time clock errors for 13 minutes than getting back to work, the manager(?), whom was the only one working both the window and counter more concerned about hiding in the office and drinking than catching up on orders.... Turns out when we inquired around 8:45, they weren't aware of the mobile order even though the app showed it as having been received and in progress... Then when the order was up, time clock girl yells "mobile order!" We inquire if it's ours. "It's the only one." (This is after all of the other previous orders had been called by name.) Yeah. This is THE SLOWEST Taco Bell I have EVER been to. I've visited numerous times--always the same. Doesn't matter if I go in or to the drive thru. If there are more than 2 other orders you are going to be waiting 15 minutes or longer. I've wound up waiting 30+ minutes on several occasions--and I am never really sure why. And they seem to have PLENTY of staff--maybe too many! There are always 2-3 people on each side of the prep line--one for drive thru, other for in house--plus people to work counter and window. I've not had any serious issues with the food...the ONLY reason I go back is because it's the only Taco Bell near me....ugh. read more

Let me start by saying that Taco Bell is comfort food for me. I love it, I really do enjoy Taco Bell food. This place is absolute garbage. Drive through times are routinely 20-30 minutes. The whole staff moves in slow motion. The staff don't seem to know how to make most of the items either. I will occasionally have interesting additions to my burritos. We've had lettuce, we've had sour cream in there... all kinds of crap. My favorites are the ones where the beans are so cold that the damn shredded cheese in there doesn't even melt. If you complain, they can't imagine what the problem with cold refried beans is. The worst part though is that they **ROUTINELY** short me on drive through orders. I mean in 5 times that I visit, I can expect 3-4 of them to be shorted on SOMETHING. I ordered a Nachos Belgrande meal today, and they *TRIED* to just give me a taco. A single taco and my drink. HOLY CRAP the Nachos are the MAIN PART OF THE MEAL. I've called and complained to corporate a NUMBER of times. They say, "Oh sorry, here's coupons" every time, but nothing is ever done. The management of this Taco Bell Aarsand and Company clearly don't care. Stay away. If you have an hour to burn, by all means hit them up for some "fast" food. I love Taco Bell. It's just one of those guilty pleasures. Sometimes you just get in the mood for a taco supreme or a mexican pizza, and that Taco Bell flavor is just what el doctor ordered. But this review is not a rating of how much I enjoy Taco Bell's food. This review is dedicated to their drive thru window exclusively. If you're in a hurry to get a taco at this location, do not use the drive thru. Let's start with the ordering menu that speaks at you. This is your first step in an agonizing experience. When you are asked if you want to be helped, be prepared to hear what sounds like a house party going on in the background. And of course, the place is run by 16 year-olds, so they're most likely doing all sorts of slap-happy things in there. If you are lucky, they will get your order correct the first time they repeat it back to you. If you're lucky. Then begins the wait. I don't know if they're throwing banana cream pies at each other in there and whipping each other with mops or having soda fountain water balloon fights or what, but there must be a carnival of zany distractions in that fun house, because it sure doesn't seem like they're putting tacos together. If they were, you'd probably have your food within 2-3 minutes. It usually takes closer to 10-15 minutes to get to the window where you finally get your food. Of course, this is the only Taco Bell within a reasonable driving distance to our house, so when we get that craving, we really don't have a choice unless we want to drive 30 minutes outside of town and deal with all sorts of traffic. Of course, whenever we go inside, it's usually pretty fast. So, I don't know if it's just coincidence that we always get the super long wait in the drive thru, and the short wait inside, or what. Perhaps the drive thru orders are put together in a vast underground cavern by malnourished, nearsighted, handicapped unicorns and delivered to the window on the backs of slow-moving, unintelligent gremlins, while 16 year-old gangstas fire off their nines in celebration to some hedonistic taco sauce-drenched ritual.
