There was a very short drive thru line when we pulled up, we ordered right away. Two chicken quesadillas and a potato bowl. We ordered over 30 minutes ago and we're still stuck in line with two more cars still in front of us. I don't even know how it's possible to be this slow. I can see how people get stuck here for an hour. Edit: we finally got our food after 42 minutes. We paid $0.70 to have sour cream added to the chicken quesadilla which of course they didn't add. Visited at 10 pm on a Friday night thinking a couple tacos would hit the spot. Only good news is the food was decent, nothing special. Got in drive thru line at 9:55. Got our food at 10:30. The line at this location is always slow but somehow this crew found a way to make it worse. As I wound my way to the window I observed different employees fiddling with trash cans. When arriving at the window the guy taking payment would take the payment and proceed to stand there doing nothing until someone handed him the order. He then got our napkins and sauce to put in the bag instead of having them ready to go. So we can blame Covid, bad system, uncaring or ineffective employees, short staff, solar eclipses but it still comes back to management. We sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes and when finally got to the order speaker the girl taking our order didn't even know her own menu. She had no idea what we were ordering. I wanted a large fry and she said they were out of the boxes for large fries. . And when we finally got our order everything was wrong. My lady ordered a taco and it had cinnamon on it. I ordered two meximelts and the tortillas were stale. Beefy nachos that had a huge lump of refried beans that was cold. Ordered a large freeze drink and I got a small one about 3/4 full. read more

If someone told me this was the worst Taco Bell location on the planet I would believe it without hesitation. It is such a shame that DoorDash uses this location because they are terrible and have been for decades. Orders are always wrong, food is never thoroughly heated (they are known for their nasty cold quesadillas with cold, still shredded cheese), if you want chips you will just get a bag of a bunch of broken stale chips, they NEVER have Baja Blast freezes. It's your standard Taco Bell. Your staff is friendly and doing their best. But I'm assuming it's a corporate issue where they don't pay their employees enough because I've been in line for an hour with only maybe 8 cars in front of me. They're severely understaffed. Just go to the Olive Garden next door. It's not the same type of food, obviously, but you'll be in, served, and out faster than you would be at the Taco Bell. I usually purchase a meal from Taco Bell (at least once a week). The majority of the time my meal is not correct. As a vegetarian, I request to have any beef replaced with black beans. Most of the time I am charged 30 cents extra because of this. I don't understand why I have to pay extra just because I am a vegetarian. I went to this particular location tonight as a convenient meal after work. I ordered Burrito Supreme without beef, substituting black beans (for which I was charged an $0.30). I also ordered a couple other items, with which I ordered a drink. The workers were very slow with production of my food and, as I observed while waiting in the Drive Thru, the orders before mine. After I paid and received my meal, the young man said "Good night." and closed the window. It wasn't until I was down the road that I realized I did not get my drink, for which I paid $2.19. For me, this is the last time I will be eating Taco Bell. I am done. And I will be sure to share my experience. read more

It was late on a Sunday evening when I stopped here. Got my normal: 2 Chicken Gorditas Supreme. Verdict: Well done! Moist, flavorful chunks of chicken. Perfect amount of sour cream ( sometimes they schlep it on too much). Cheese, tomato, lettuce - all equally good. This was my first stop here, thus I can't complain. Every time I come to this Taco Bell they mess up at least one item with my order forcing me to return to the restaurant. Rarely ever receive straws, the correct sauce packets or tacos that aren't shattered. The line for the drive through extends all the way out to a four way stop causing traffic. All right...I've had it! Twenty-five to thirty minutes in line tonight to get my four beverages. Waited in line behind three vehicles that took an average of 8 to ten minutes a piece. CLEARLY, THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE GONE IN TO THE RESTAURANT FOR THEIR ORDERS. But, NOOOOOOOOOO! And this is the only fast food restaurant in America with a drive-up that has a "corporate" policy of NOT asking its drive-up customers to drive around and wait on their order. REALLY? We're used to, as drive-up customers, being asked to "pull forward" especially if our order violates the definition of fast food and as a common courtesy to the others behind us at the drive-up. That's it! I have had this happen one too many times; the first of which was to wait on some idiot who ordered 14 taco supremes at the drive-up. AlI I got was, "sorry". Talk about a "green" restaurant, NOT, with all the gasoline burned while waiting in line. And once your in line, you cant get out! Who owns this stinking franchise anyway? read more
