Bad customer service waited an hour for my food and still didn't get it waited 10 minutes for a refund don't not go.

What happened to Taco Bell? I was served a lettuce filled chalupa shell with a hint of chicken.

This is the second time they added sauce after I said no sauce !!! I'm Mexican this ain't real food fr!! Service is always terrible late at night!!! Honestly made me cry TWICE! Wait an hour in line for two supreme crunch wraps with the literally nothing in it the majority of it was lettuce and sour cream, two tacos, which was the only thing worth purchasing two loaded jalapeño steak fries, which are well over five dollars and had maybe eight fries in it and a 12 pack of cinnamon buns and I only got 11 I used to work at Taco Bell and this is absolutely outrageous when eating the supreme crunch wraps eight out of 10 of the taste was the wrap itself self And on top of that, the lady had to recount my money six times which was $35.00 a 20 2 5s 3 ones a dollar in quarters and a dollar coin for the love of God do not spend your money here read more

This place HAS TO SHUT DOWN!!!! It's so ridiculous how the health inspector lets this "restaurant" continue to operate. This is by far the most disgusting most unprofessional Taco Bell I have ever visited. I'm a local since 2016 and I have given this place more than it's fair share of opportunities to prove me wrong. Nothing favors the restaurant at all. The employees are nothing of mindless drones just waiting for their check. They clearly don't care about the food and management is nonexistent. I've had so much hair in my food that I could make a wig out of it. The burritos were so cold that it was more like plaster instead of a tortilla. This place is just straight nasty. Just bought taco burrito package. I had look at pictures which showed the beefy burrito as all beef. Mine was all beans. No beef. I called and he said it is five layers I said there was no beef in my first one. I also stated I won't be back. read more

Below average Taco Bell. We waited a very long time in drive thru without an apology, the employee was very curt and not friendly at all. We were not offered any sauces, there were no napkins in our bag, and when we got ready to eat the food, half the order was missing. read more

The food was terrible. The taco supremes had soggy shells and looked like they had been sitting around all day. Only ordered 3 taco supremes and 2 burrito supremes and they couldn't even get that order right. It was really a disappointment and we will not be returning. read more

What garbage I just got from this place! It was completely inedible!!! The bag that my food came in was soaked through by the time I got it home (5min). They glopped watery lettuce and tomatoes on my gorditas so much so that it leaked through not just the wrappers they were in but the whole damn bag! The food was ruined and a total trashy mess! Updating. I gave it a second chance and its OK! Just your average Taco Bell. However, they do have stale flour tortillas...I'm not sure why! ...... I was not sure if I was in an hospital ER waiting room or a Taco bell line? In general, I am a pretty patient and low-maintenance person. We went inside to ask for carry out. However, it took MORE THAN 16 minutes for a few tacos! After getting to our hotel (we were on a business trip) the tortilla was STALE and I am not sure WHO folded this burrito but they should not be assigned to that station! The ingredients were spilling out everywhere!! I ended up trashing my meal and trying a different place. Now don't get me wrong.. I LOVE taco bell... but this is the worst I have EVER been to in my life! I am only giving it the second star because the Cashier (Sam) was a very nice person. I think Taco Bell Management should revisit this location and focus on the wait times and other factors on 06/21/16 around 5:30pm. read more

And ALOT. They treat me nicely with respect every time. They always ask me what i want and make sure it's right. I always get the right order and the works are terrific. So I was in town for a funeral and got to town late so we went to go to the drive through and we got to the location at 11PM. We looked online and it said open until 1am. They were inside and told us they decided to close early. This is not how you run a business. I would select 0 stars if it was a possibility. read more

If I could give a 0 stars I would. Every time my family goes there the order is wrong and food is cold. Tonight I got a 12 pack of tacos and a bean burrito, only to get home and find the tacos have no lettuce, amd the bean burrito magically turned into a burrito supreme that was ice cold. Called the manager to be told that they are out of lettuce in the store and tell every customer this before they order...LIES!! I love Taco Bell food, BUT this location has the SLOWEST food preparation time of ANY Taco Bell that I've ever been to (and I've been to dozens)! Don't ever go there if you don't have at least 25-30 minutes of time just to wait for your food to be prepared! Don't go there if you're in a hurry. You'll be there for at least 45-50 minutes. Oh yeah, they have a worker there who wants to "High-Five" everyone at the cash register. I don't really want to touch his hands & he shouldn't really want to touch everyone else's either? Tonight, I went through the drive through only expecting to get a normal, delicious airheads blue raspberry slushie; little did I know I would get much more. When I approached the drive through speaker, I was greeted with a casual "one moment please", to which of course I nicely replied "It's okay sir, take your time." Once he came back by saying "okay, what can I get you? "I simply replied "all I want is a large Airheads Slushie, please." This is where things go from normal, to phenomenal. I hear the man on the speaker ask me a question I never thought I would be asked. He said "The lady who is making the drink wants to know if she can make it 'pretty'" I then hear a overly-excited girl in the back ground saying that she can "add a lot of colors to it." I, was intrigued. Wanting to know more, I replied "Absolutely. Go ahead, as long as you don't charge me extra." Of course I said that jokingly, but they were both ecstatic I said yes. I approached the window, where I saw it. A slushie that looked like the milky way itself. A beautiful mix of reds, and blues, and purples. I ask the woman her name, and she replied Amber. I then said it was beautiful, and said that every time I go, I will ask for my drink to be made "pretty". Thank you, Taco Bell. 10/10 read more
