I was on my way home from being discharged from the hospital. I got a cravings box and was missing my cheesy fiesta potatoes. the add ons in my burrito were missing, and there were onions in my cheese quesadilla. The manager yelled to the entire kitchen that she packed my potatoes and she knows they were in the box. There wasn't even a box in my bag, maybe she was mistaken for my nacho dip? Then she yelled at me and my boyfriend how she'd give us replacement potatoes but she knew for a fact she already gave them to us. It wasn't a problem until she started screaming at her staff and then us, making everyone uncomfortable. For something that costs less than $3 I cannot comprehend why someone would get this defensive over something like this when in reality she wasn't even correct about the situation. I went to this location after I was refused service at another location. Feel free to read my other review if you feel so inclined. I was told that I was wrong about the drink I ordered after I was given the wrong size. I ordered the cherry freeze drink and it was obviously the raspberry cherry mixed freezer drink. When I asked about this I was told that's how they make them... obviously the girl at the front did not want to remake the drinks and gave me attitude for even asking. I also got to experience complimentary diarrhea the next day which is always a pleasant part of the taco bell experience. When my wife and I got to the front door I remarked how dirty the glass doors were. Little did I know, this is the dirtiest, most dilapidated, Taco Bell I've ever been in in my life. This building really could use a facelift. Came here for the $5 Double Cheesy Gordita advertised on television. When I ordered my food, I was told by the cashier that this Taco Bell is not a "participating restaurant," so the meal cost $5.99 ($6.41 after tax). My wife's order was made sub par and had to be remade. Went to the men's bathroom and the urinal was out of order and full of piss. If you like sticky floors and tacos this is your place! I've been going to Fuzzy's Tacos for about a month now and the atmosphere is night and day from Taco Bell. But if you are getting anything with beef, dare I say Taco Bell is better?? I do. You know what your going to get from Taco Bell and like me, if you go sober that's your call. I will say beef tacos from here are better than the ones from Fuzzy's HANDS DOWN. But I could have done without the sticky floors, counters, and drink station. I got the $5 for $5 deal and it was the best value ever. Came with a regular crunchy taco, na ho cheese Doritos locos taco, value quesadilla, beefy Fritos burrito, and a small drink. Drive-through is very quick, staff is dealing with additional help measures well. Food came out correct and staff was very nice.

The one time they were actually taking orders the food wasn't half bad (for a Taco Bell) but that's about where the good news stops. The customer service is non existent and for the third time in the past two weeks I have been greeted at the drive through box with three different excuses as to why they weren't taking orders. The systems down seemingly 90% of the time and the most recent excuse was they could not take orders due to "short staff" which would make more sense if I also hadn't seen no less than three employees sitting inside and another parking and walking in. I never seen such disgusting behavior towards man who was working Door Dash and was simply trying to pick up the order in a timely manner. I order tacos for myself and co-works and drove back to work to consume some delicious cheap "Mexican" after the first bite I noticed something strange. There was no meat....no freaking meat... And calmly told them of the mistake and they refused to return my money or replace the tacos or even take them back and put the rest of the ingredients in the taco... Okay, I realize I'm giving 4 stars to a fast food place. And I realize it's a taco bell. But despite previous reviews I have really never had a bad experience here. This is the most convenient taco bell for me to get to, and I love my tacos, so I frequent this location when I need something fast and spicy. The staff have always been incredibly friendly, and the food has always been spot on. Is their drive thru the fastest? No. But my food has always been fresh. And, at the end of the day, I think we can all appreciate opening up a Crunchwrap that isn't just thrown together and meat-less.
