The restaurant was not busy, but she was usually nowhere to be found. The chips were REALLY stale. We asked for fresh chips, but they just came back with more stale chips. Our entrees arrived BEFORE our appetizers. Our server had given the wrong ceviche order to the kitchen. When they did bring out our apps, it seemed like the fish had not had enough time to "cook" in the acid. A lot of it was still really raw. We took it home and ate it later, and it was much better. We also ordered the Mexican street corn, which had the SMALLEST kernels of corn on it that I've ever seen or eaten. I was especially disappointed about that because I'd been craving it all day. For entrees, my boyfriend ordered the steak super burrito, and was reasonably happy. It is a MASSIVE burrito. I ordered the nacho cheese burrito. I got a Tamarindo Margarita and to eat the Enchiladas Poblanas (chicken enchiladas with mole sauce, queso fresco, raw onions) with the normal side of refried beans and rice, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guac. The last time I had it the sauce was kinda bland but this gave such a nice sweet and earthy flavor. Truckers eat at weird times and also need breakfast all day. Nurses finishing graveyard shifts still need breakfast all day.
