Ordered food, missing an item, easy order, June 14th, 2026 12:30am. Whichever lady was worried about talking to the customer picking up my order more than making sure my food was right! She deserves no praise. I can't stand an employee who talks at the expense of the customer quality. You're the worst. Ambiance? Like every other Taco Bell, dirty, dark, and very poor service. This location gets bonus points for the crack head hanging out inside after lobby hours! read more

they forgot my fiesta potato the only thing i was looking forward to, i am very very upset.

I made a mistake and they helped me catch it, this definitely made my morning because if i had received what i ordered on the app myself i wouldn't have liked it. These workers were so kind and helpful I would definitely recommend this taco bell their customer service is excellent!! i've been going here constantly for almost a year and they've never messed up my order :) read more

The service was pretty slow, took longer than expected. Food was not too bad, but was not exactly the right order.

I have a love-hate relationship with Taco Bell. I love when the food is prepared fresh, it's hot, it actually has the right portions, and it's edible. The hate part of the relationship is about 90% of the time because the food is prepared wrong, it's someone else's order altogether, it's cold, there's barely any meat, or it looks like slop. I have to routinely call because there's three tiny pieces of steak when I paid almost $2 more for the steak verus ground beef, they forgot something in the order, they put tomatoes on the tacos when I said several times "No tomatoes," the food is cold 30 seconds after I pick it up, or they put chicken instead of steak or put ground beef AND steak when I said "steak only." This last pickup was the straw that broke the camel's back. I picked up one of the new dipping tacos. Took it home and opened it up to see some slop in the wrapper that looked like a truck ran over the bag and then backed up and ran over it again! (see posted pictures). The only thing missing is the tire tracks. Maybe they're there if you look close enough. It was really sad because I watched YouTube reviews about this new item and I was pretty stoked about trying it. Honestly, the taste was pretty good, but I shouldn't have to eat a taco with a fork, nor would I even want to. I truly wish they'd get some kind of consistency going with their restaurants. Other fast food chains do it. Don't know why they can't. read more

The kids wanted Taco Bell, Taco Bell it was. This place had horrible reviews, but our visit went splendidly. We all got the food we ordered for the price on the menu (woohoo for the Mexican Pizza return--loved that I was allowed to customize the cheese as "easy"). It was quick, hot, and ready to eat. The store was clean, the employees were attentive and paid attention to details. We used the kiosk to order our food and we left with full tummies. No complaints! read more

This is my favorite taco bell location (in my area). It's the crew that is so great. The store is always clean, the food is fresh, the cinnamon twist always have enough cinnamon sugar on them, and the staff are incredibly nice. I have yet to meet some crew member that has an attitude or isn't helpful. read more

This is the best taco bell ever. Everything was fresh and the sauce to ingredient ratio was perfect.

They don't close till 3am , posted times everywhere confirmed this. They decided to shut the grills off and not serve food when I went through the drive through at 12:15, completely rude and clearly not late enough to say they are closing. Doesn't deserve business read more

The wait time was long to order our food came out on a timely manner. This Taco Bell has the machine to order yourself on but is you are paying cash it's pointless they don't start your order till you pay at the register. So what's the point ? ‍What can I say it's fast food and it's Taco Bell read more

Wondering how this place stays so dirty. It looks like every surface was wiped down with a dirty towel. Not one diner in the restaurant but the dining room is trashed. read more

Used to be the best Taco Bell in the area, now I understand a lot of items on the menu are no longer available but I was unaware the item we wanted was now only available through the mobile app, however when I asked the person taking our order for a moment and informed her the person I was ordering for only eats that one item off the menu the employees proceeded to talk bad about me while I was paying for the food. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and cheese wasn't even melted. :( read more

they will serve you cold food and most importantly chicken. Witch can get people sick ! I went through at 1 am . Got home from a 5 minute trip and my chipotle chiken wraps where drenched in chipotle sauce and the cheese was lightly melted :) don't go here read more

We work at Dairy Queen and we wanted to get a bite to eat. So we first went to the one on thompson and they closed at at 11 because they were understaffed. So we went to the one on Emerson and there was a long line. When she took our order she was kind and we were patient with her. At the window she asked us if we wanted sauce even when we forgot. When we got our food it was hot. Overall even though it looked like it was understaffed it doesn't matter because the food was hot and delicious and she was nice... great job..12 at night read more

I came to the drive through and they didn't have anything apparently and they said come back in 5 minutes so I did. Then they said 10 minutes. So I did then they told me their food wasn't up to temp. Then after 15 more minutes they told me they were refusing service. My application is in. I'd love to be a night manager here cause this staff sucks. I'm currently still in the drive through. read more

So I was downtown and my loved one was working and mentioned that he craved a 4th meal around 2am. What do I do? Run to the nearest Taco Bell (meridian and 24th) - CLOSED. So I drove over to the one on Indiana Avenue by IUPUI and the hospitals - CLOSED at 2am, it was 2:14am, I just missed them the guy behind the window said. So, I googled 'late night taco bell Indianapolis' and found one on Emerson that i thought was close and called them. SCORE! They close at 3am! Well it was on SOUTH Emerson.... sucks it would take me a good 20 minutes to get there. They were so nice on the phone I decided to give them my business. I get to the drive thru and a lady asked me what I needed. Well not a fan of taco bell myself, I ordered the 4th meal thinking it was something on the menu. They got a good laugh as they explained it wasn't a real menu item. They must have recognized my voice because the gentleman i was on the phone with very politely asked me what ingredients my loved one likes and they would recommend some things and custom make it for me. I was floored. I typically don't get this fabulous service at nicer restaurants and definitely NEVER at a Taco Bell considering the one at 24th and Meridian is in the running for the WORSE Taco bell in the nation. So I went with their recommendations got a whole bag of stuff for only $6 and went on my way. The lady said come back and let us know what he thinks of it. I probably won't do that as it's kind of a drive...but, Thinking back, I'm still amazed. I wish I knew their names because I would defintely call Taco bell headquarters and let them know these people made my night! Just a note, the 5 stars are NOT for my opinion of the food as I only ate the cinnamon twists, but mostly for the service that I received. read more

This is my go to taco bell, but after today I will never be back. The drive thru was beyond rude. The man at the window made a comment on how I looked because I just woke up, and once he closed the window a girl and him were laughing. I didnt ask for an uncomfortable comment with my food, very uncalled for. I wont be back ever read more

Magnolia W was extremely rude. Had an attitude when I asked for a minute at the drive through. Poor customer service. Told her how our experience was not pleasant & said that "I'm sorry, I'm doing multiple things rn."& slammed the drive through window. Doesn't excuse her attitude nor being rude. How can a work place allow such a unprofessional worker. read more

This used to be the Taco Bell to go to. I placed a $60 + order for tacos. Asked for no sour cream and no tomatoes on 6 tacos. All 36 tacos had sour cream and 1 had no tomatoes. The entire order was cold. Probably will not go back to this Taco Bell. read more

I would love, love, love it if for once, just once, I don't maybe more, but I could start with once, they would put my entire order in the bag. We live close, we eat there a lot, and the food is good but the drive thru always forgets at least one thing. They look at us funny for sitting there and checking our bag before we drive off, but if we don't, we will get home and something will be missing. I get tired of paying for food that I don't receive. I am at the point where I am going to drive a little further out of my way, just to get all of the food I ordered. Perhaps if they didn't ask me fifty times if I want sauce, they could concentrate on what I do want. read more

Not only did we wait in the drive thru for 27 min but we went to place our order and they are out of beef, grilled chicken, and the other chicken. Sorry I don't want lettuce on a tortilla. The employee working the window had an attitude and needs to be on a PIP. Just a poorly ran franchise. read more

I didn't ask for free shit but didn't like her attitude nor the service or stale ass tacos read more

I was looking for something fishy. Salted chud or something. They didnt have anything. Not even fried cod. I got a bean burrito.

This Taco Bell is awful and they don't give you ANY meat on your tacos or burritos and when you ask for taco sauce for a large order they give you 7packets not to mention I had to ask her 3times for more ! The rude woman in drivethur with her big mole on her neck was rude and didn't wanna help me out. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to ANYONE!!!! I ordered $30 in food to get home with hardly and meat on anything I ordered except my children's cheesy roll ups I was better of going to Kroger's and making homemade tacos myself ! read more

These folks rock! I eat lunch here probably 2-3 times weekly, and they never fail to satisfy. I wish they could visit other locations and show them the REAL way a chicken power bowl is supposed to look. Today I received a favor from the drive-up window attendant that I shall not forget! Weeks ago I left my purse at this location and it was put in the safe until I returned an hour later. Good food, good people, service oriented! read more

i would give no stars if possible. there was dark long strands of hair all through my quesadilla, honestly disgusting.

Sent my husband to get our family some food, he had the whole list with him. Well before he pulls off he notices a burrito and his drink were missing. So he goes back in to get it. Well when he gets home there was also a chalupa missing. I called back up there and talked to a manager and they said to have him come back and they'd give it to him. He shouldn't have had to go back if they had it correct the first time. Not only this Taco Bell in beech grove was horrible but a few other of the fast food places around here suck. read more

Let me just start out by saying that I LOVE Taco Bell.. It's probably my favorite fast food restaurant and I go to Taco Bell frequently. I recently got a job around the area so I decided to dine in at this Taco Bell. To start off, the cashier was extremely rude and you could tell she wasn't happy to be working. So they call my name for my order, and it's the wrong food. Which is no big deal, mistakes happen. When I tell the cashier, she starts arguing with me and tell me that's what I ordered, when it wasn't at all. So they finally remake my order and it's still missing an item. So I tell the manager and she said that she would make it. As I'm standing there waiting for my last item, I hear the manager call the cashier to her and she begins scolding her in front of everyone in the restaurant about not ringing things up correctly. When the cashier comes out, she then gives me a ridiculously (uncalled for) look and goes around pushing chairs in aggressively and slamming trays down. As I start eating, I notice they STILL did not make my food correctly but by then I just gave up. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any Taco Bell and I will not be going back. read more
