Apple Maps said they were open so we stopped by after the rodeo. Turns out only drive through was open, we had a trailer so that wasn't an option. The employee did not help us problem solve and offered zero alternatives to our situation. I don't understand why he couldn't have taken our order in person as we were speaking to us face to face. Ive managed in customer service for over 10 years. This place needs to be shut down. Avoid at all costs. A week ago we waited 30 minutes in the lobby for like 3 things. We found out they lost our order. But the manager Vanessa had no problem making out with her boyfriend while we waited. I called 1800TacoBell and submitted a complaint and was promised a call back from the GM. Well that never happened. Instead we got a generic apology letter with a coupon. I didn't want compensation just someone to hold accountability. Regardless my wife used the coupon today and that same manager refused to honor it! I mean really?? The coupon said "1 Free Item" they insisted it was only for a taco. Pretty pathetic that you don't even honor the coupons you send out to apologize for a bad experience. I visit this Taco Bell regularly. Its a guarantee that if you go through the drive thru you will not be given napkins, straws, and sauce. Probably all 3 will be missing. The only reason I visit this Taco Bell is because it is very close to my house. The food is just O.K. The drive thru has always been very slow. They have messed up our orders about 65% of the time. First of all, this Taco Bell closes at 10pm which is really early. Where I'm from, Taco Bell closes at 2am. So we showed up at 9:51pm and order a bunch of bean burritos but the guy on the mic says they ran out of beans!? How does that happen?! This is supposed to be Taco Bell!!! I think they had beans but they just didn't want to open up a new can or something. How hard is it to heat up some beans?? We backed up out of the drive thru and rolled over to the Taco Bell on 600 street in St. George, which was much better. They close at 1am. Don't eat here if you can help it. I'm new to the area and after my third visit, I'm done. This store cheats you on the meat and even the cheese. My burrito supreme had literally 3 teaspoons of meat and was room temperature. I've never complained about anyone on line but I stopped here after a 125 mile drive from a camping trip and I just wanted a decent meal. I was going to complain but the kids working there, though courteous enough, are always loud and joking around and I knew any complaint was a waste of my time. Go somewhere else if you expect to have a fair amount of meat or cheese in your food and served reasonably hot. This has never happened at other Taco Bells I've been to.
