Great vegan value. Easy to customize and make delicious vegan food for cheap. Good value in the app too. I wish they had a check in deal for reviewers, they could find a way maybe. I usually get the $1.50 burrito. I added some guac this time it was worth it. Employees actually came and gave me my food, which is a level of customer service I appreciate. Thank you! read more

They got my very complicated order correct, the whole staff was working hard. Food was great and I was very impressed. read more

Put in an order from the app, showed up a few minutes later to pick up in drive thru. Staff members were friendly and gave quick service. Food was delicious, drink wasn't overloaded on ice. read more

I LOVE the mini taco salad!!! I hope this is continued. Actually, I loved the regular taco salad Taco Bell carried pre-covid. The shell is crunchy, not oily tasting, filled with options of your choice. The service was great! My order correct. Aly is an amazing manager who is such an asset to this establishment. She is courteous, kind, exudes professionalism, goes above and beyond to make you feel heard, appreciated. We've used the delivery service and have had great service. read more

This Taco Bell is everything you crave on that drunken night and you just want unhealthy quick food! I have yet to have a messed up order. Customer service is always well above what I have experienced with other Taco Bell's. They've accommodated every complicated order I've rolled up to the window with. You know the menu. Only here, they can actually make it. read more

Taco Bell - It's a Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Hurricane, Utah

It's Taco Bell. For me that means a Lux Box which at $7.00 is a decent value, (since it's two meals worth for me.)

Corporate needs to come down and check on what's going on. Burritos and tacos have no filling in them except lettuce and rice!

This Taco Bell was clean and our food was neat and served quickly. Not sure why it doesn't have a higher review, but it's honestly one of the better Taco Bell's I've been to. Good job to the folks that work here. read more

This location STINKS (for a nicer word) BIG TIME! I thought after they remodeled they would be better but nope. Not even close. Bad enough you can't even rely on them to have what you want when you order, they are never opened when their time says they will be. So aggravating when you are running late and want to get kid's breakfast before dropping them off at school. Only to have no one answer in the drive through and then frantically figure out what you are going to do to feed your kids before their long day! read more

Apple Maps said they were open so we stopped by after the rodeo. Turns out only drive through was open, we had a trailer so that wasn't an option. The employee did not help us problem solve and offered zero alternatives to our situation. I don't understand why he couldn't have taken our order in person as we were speaking to us face to face. Worst Customer service of any fast food place. read more

lets talk about taco bell. So the service was HORRIBLE. not to mention the drink we got. we got a freeze drink and then refilled it with the mango freeze tea and there was BUGS and MOLD in it. 0/10 ambiance and this place SUCKS!! DO NOT GO!! horrible and BUGS IN DRINKS! 0 stars if i could vote 0. dont go here unless you want to drink ants and flies. read more

Ive managed in customer service for over 10 years. This place needs to be shut down. Avoid at all costs. A week ago we waited 30 minutes in the lobby for like 3 things. We found out they lost our order. But the manager Vanessa had no problem making out with her boyfriend while we waited. I called 1800TacoBell and submitted a complaint and was promised a call back from the GM. Well that never happened. Instead we got a generic apology letter with a coupon. I didn't want compensation just someone to hold accountability. Regardless my wife used the coupon today and that same manager refused to honor it! I mean really?? The coupon said "1 Free Item" they insisted it was only for a taco. Pretty pathetic that you don't even honor the coupons you send out to apologize for a bad experience. Seriously get new jobs, all of you. If you don't want to work in customer then don't! Ive been promised a call back from a GM again. Doubt that happens. No accountability. Shameful. read more

goodness first of all girl made me repeat myself like 10 times. I asked for a lot of hot sauce and i check my bag... there's 3 hot sauces. i ask for more and she gives me 3 more? girl pls i need atleast 10 so run me my sauces. read more

Two words of advice: just don't. Drive the 18 minutes to Del Taco in Washington. I don't even know where to start. There's the time I spent 38 minutes in the drive thru waiting for food that never came and finally got a refund without any word of apology. Or the time I wanted 17 minutes in the drive thru to be given someone else's order. Or the time I waited 9 minutes to be told they were... Wait for it... Out of lettuce and could I think of something else I wanted on my tacos. No. Really. That question was asked of me tonight. So yeah... read more

asked for a bunch of hot sauce on and only got a single packet of sauce, thanks guys i really appreciate it

I visit this Taco Bell regularly. Its a guarantee that if you go through the drive thru you will not be given napkins, straws, and sauce. Probably all 3 will be missing. My visit tonight was no different I received no napkins and no sauce. I asked before leaving did I get my sauce and was told yes. I get down the road and shocker no napkins and no sauce. When I called the store they said come back. Are you kidding.... Well at least a got the straw this time. read more

Rounded our total up when we asked not to, whatever it was 68 cents. Didn't give us any sauce when we asked for it. But my burritos slapped so. 3 stars read more

I almost didnt go here because of the low rating but i decided to give it a chance and was not disappointed. I received the correct order and was given plenty of sauce. My food was ready in a few minutes and was still hot when i got home. Cant really ask for anything else from taco bell. read more

The only reason I visit this Taco Bell is because it is very close to my house. The food is just O.K. The drive thru has always been very slow. They have messed up our orders about 65% of the time. Good luck trying to tell them what you ACTUALLY ordered, they will only argue with you about it. Aside from location, I am really not sure why I give them my business. read more

It's Taco Bell. But after being turned away .... before closing from China Buffet we came here. And they were very professional and accommodating despite my terrible attitude from the last place. Thank you. Spring break is trying to kill me. read more

Best service I have ever had at a Taco Bell. Food was just as always expected, but the service and cleanliness of this Taco Bell the day we went was amazing. read more

This is my place to just Treat myself for cheap. I know what it sounds like... weird. it's not the most glamorous spot but the Nacho Supreme & Cinnamon Twists will keep you coming back! Open late and right near to Hurricane highSchool. read more

First of all, this Taco Bell closes at 10pm which is really early. Where I'm from, Taco Bell closes at 2am. So we showed up at 9:51pm and order a bunch of bean burritos but the guy on the mic says they ran out of beans!? How does that happen?! This is supposed to be Taco Bell!!! I think they had beans but they just didn't want to open up a new can or something. How hard is it to heat up some beans?? We backed up out of the drive thru and rolled over to the Taco Bell on 600 street in St. George, which was much better. They close at 1am. Like I said, Taco Bell is supposed to close at 2am, but 1am is close enough. See my other review for that location. read more

Worst service ive had from a fast food place. Waited more then an hour then they started making our food.

I love other taco bell places, but there has never been a time this location has gotten my order right, if your any type of a picky eater, don't eat hear read more

We were greeted right away and kindly, they gave us stickers, we got our food quick and it was all correct. Even gave us extra sauce and silverware read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell I've been in. We waited 10(!) minutes for a MINI QUESADILLA! And you could probably make a taco out of the food that was laying on the tables and floor. read more

Despite of regular request and ordering correctly they mess up our order every time. We are vegetarian so we order everything with beans-still this is third consecutive time when they deliver us wrong thing- instead of vegetarian power burrito they delivered chicken burrito. They keep apologizing (without meaning it), but do not train their staff or do not fix their mistake. You lost one regular customer Taco Bell. read more

This has to the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. They have more employees than customers and the can't get a small order out in under 15 min. It was entertaining listening to the worker on break discuss with her boyfriend how they were going to start a Nazi Rally in Hurricane Ut. read more

About half our order was missing including 4 tacos. No sauce or napkins either (asked for lots of sauce). Called back for a refund, and their solution was to return to the restaurant as they can only do refunds in person. Avoid this dump. read more

Well. They've done it again. Either they got someone new or their workers are stoned out of their minds. Everything said no tomato on the receipt, yet there is tomato everywhere. Red little assholes all over my food. And not only that, it was if I had said "extra tomato." Making my meal completely inedible. read more

The waitress that waited on us was super nice. But that was the best and only thing. The drive thru employe washed her hands in the water on the drink station. The other drive Thur employe wiped tables and rails and trays with the same cloth. read more

I found this place to be very good. The food came quickly and it was exactly as we ordered.

Don't eat here if you can help it. I'm new to the area and after my third visit, I'm done. This store cheats you on the meat and even the cheese. My burrito supreme had literally 3 teaspoons of meat and was room temperature. I've never complained about anyone on line but I stopped here after a 125 mile drive from a camping trip and I just wanted a decent meal. I was going to complain but the kids working there, though courteous enough, are always loud and joking around and I knew any complaint was a waste of my time. Go somewhere else if you expect to have a fair amount of meat or cheese in your food and served reasonably hot. This has never happened at other Taco Bells I've been to. Maybe the manager here is collecting by cheating customers? read more

Let's be honest, I love Taco Bell. But tonight I was sorely disappointed. My wife and I visited this location and the service was slow, extremely rude workers, they forgot my wife's only food order, and they put the tostada on it's side so all the toppings spilled off. I mean, come on, you had one job. Two stars because it they gave us the food they missed politely and free. read more

Alright #tacobell you seriously screwed up this time we go thru your line 30 minutes till closing expecting to get dinner and your out of meat? Seiously? Then you say it takes 30 minutes to cook? Really? Not the first time you've screwed up but now managers will know can't wait to make some phone calls tomorrow :) jokes on you p.s. getting rid of my Verde sauce really pissed me off. read more
