Ordered online through the App and they neglected to include an item ordered and paid for. So that is $5 down the drain for that item. Sadly this isn't the first time. Out of the last 4 visits they have only given me my full order 1 time and that time it was only two items. It would seem they can't handle orders that include more than 2 items without leaving things out. I believe in giving places chances to prove themselves. But I think it's safe to say that this location needs some work. It is not ok to completely omit item(s) from a customers order. It really is unacceptable. It's just stealing from your customers. 3/4 times is not just a mistake its more of an indication of their particular stores poor standard of service. Moral of the story. Though a far cry from real Mexican cuisine, Taco Bell is able to associate itself anyways through the implementation of the word "Taco" in its brand name "Taco Bell", obviously Tacos are a popular globalized delicacy with its roots in traditional Mexican food. On February 31, 2021, I arrived at Taco Bell on Highway 6 at exactly 4:13pm, a meticulously planned time to be early enough to avoid Houston rush hour and, most importantly, Taco Bell Bowel Intolerance sufferers that crowd outside the bathroom doors after dinner time. I walked up to the cashier. Today, I decided to be wild and ordered a Crunchwrap supreme instead of a chalupa supreme in addition to the cheesy FIESTA potatoes and exactly TWO Cinnabon delights, emphasis on the delight. Exactly 14 mins and 17 secs later, my food was ready. Since I am not an uncultured maniac, I had to wait 2 hours and 33 mins until 6 clock to eat at the proper dinner time. I counted all 1,214.5 grey tiles on the floor until then. Recounted 0 times because I am perfect. When 6:00 dinner time arrived, I carefully opened the contents of my Crunchwrap supreme. I examined it and then took a bite. All of a sudden the heavens sang Jesus Take the Wheel by the country queen Carrie Underwood, oddly specific but truly enlightening. The tender, warm, moist, and seasoned beef oozed out from the top layer of the Crunchwrap to perfectly complement the creaminess of the sour cream, sweetness of the tomatoes, and freshness of the lettuce below. The soft flour tortilla encompassed these elements to avoid messy consumption of said Crunchwrap supreme. If the crunch of this crunchwrap were actually prevalent though, pigs could fly. therefore, 4.20 stars. The potatoes were seasoned to perfection. The Cinnabon delights were warm and crunchy. The outside was coated in cinnamon, each particle spaced apart 3 millimeters from another, perfection. When I bit into the sphere, I was enlightened by the sweetness within. Like a feral cat that had become socialized to humans, or a human who'd been hurt by the world and built up a cement wall around them (figuratively obviously), the inside was somewhat sweet. The cinnamon particles outside danced with the sugary cream that was encompassed by the crunchy exterior. I watched it happen, they performed Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky...Hope pulsed through the crown of my hairline down to my soul wherever it's was located in my body... and I felt euphoric. I felt like I had eaten here before.. like it was deja vu... mostly because I had eaten here last week at 4:12 pm... Soon the Taco Bell Bowel Intolerance sufferers began to line outside the bathroom doors. I knew it was time... time to go home before things got problematic... I went home that day lucky enough to discover i'd been spared of Taco Bell bowel intolerance this time... toilet happy... plumbers, relived... hotel not trivago... because there isn't a Taco Bell within 5 miles of their locations ... When I arrived back home I discovered that they had used shredded cheese instead of the nacho cheese. I came in to order to be told I only can order on a kiosk when it was for employees who refused to take my order. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was present. However another employee came to speak with me. The employee went on State and I don't know why people think we are lying about the kiosk. The employee was very rude very disrespectful. The employee went on to dig for my receipt that was never given to me out of the trash can. I stated I would prefer not to have something out of the trash can. The employee immediately went to handle the food without washing her hands. I stated the employee did not wash your hand and I walked out the door. They also have a new Fresco Menu for those people trying to watch what they eat. I love the new Fresco Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco! It is my favorite.
