The workers seem to always be busy talking with each other to acknowledge the customer at the drive through.. still don't understand how Taco Bell JUST announced chicken nuggets but when I ordered I was told they were discontinued!! Discontinued or don't feel like making them? Got home and the fries were soggy. night shift crew 7:30pm 9/17/25 fantastic!!!! they were really busy with walk ins drive thru & door dash. You could see the stress. they stayed on track and make our order better than expected. I don't ever leave reviews for food especially fast food. but this was 15/10!!!! very very good. we are on vacation I wish I could bring this crew back to my local Taco Bell. We went in for a quick lunch for the first time here at this location. Inside was very clean as was the restroom.. The front cashier greeted us upon entering and once at the counter he was very friendly and professional. I have a pet peeve about things like this because it's important in the line of customer service. Our food was served hot not that I've ever been to a Taco Bell and was served cold food ( is that even possible at a Taco Bell .. LoL). Now onto what I see to be a problem.... when going through the drive thru you really have to be clear and concise when you state your order. It seems that a few times going through the drive thru either the equipment isn't working properly (microphone/head piece) or whoever is taking the order isn't listening. Our orders via drive thru has been disasters on a few occasions such Drinks wrong , part of the order missing or it has the condiments on it that you stated you didn't want. Also , in the mornings the coffee is in my opinion horrible and I've tried it several mornings thinking it was just a bad batch . So, I'd pass on of joe here As always it is certainly cheap eating and you get your money's worth. Hopefully with what I see to be some issues will change soon. Most of my family are vegetarians and they have a large vegetarian menu. The food is quickly made and the customer service is always good.

Very clean, very friendly. Even got a welcome from the line. Order was made fast. Got it home and the nacho box was horrible. Beans and meat thrown on top in a ball and stuck to the top of the box. Being stuck to the top, could have been my fault, but the way it was made, I wasent amused at all. read more

If I could rate this place no stars I would. Apparently, they have a problem answering the phone or even taking customer complaints seriously. This is the second time now, that we have received our food with an absolute shortage of ingredients. The special for example; double beef cheesy Gordita crunch....you would expect double meat. Nope, nearly empty! Additionally, something so incredibly simple as a hard shell taco lacking just about everything that makes it a taco as well as a broken shell. Sitting on the beach one day with a friend that drove up from Wilmington to hang out and we decided to do a little beach drinking but wanted to have a delicious lunch first. The staff is extremely lazy. They constantly lock the doors to keep the lobby close because they are too lazy to clean the lobby. Google says they open at 8AM. I was sitting where you place your order at, at 10:05AM and no one took my order so i moved up to the last window and no one came. They were walking around and looked over at me and still, no one came to the window. I finally got out of my car and knocked on the window and roughly 5 minutes later a lady came to the window saying they open in 5 minutes so i had to pull back around. My Taco Bell! Hoped over there around 9 p.m. and received fast service. Took them a minute to make my order, so they told me to park around the front. No more than three minutes later did I have my entire order and I was on my way. Superb! I ordered a Double Chalupa box and a taco salad for my mom (she loved it), as well as a 12-taco box for the rest of the week. The food was prepared perfectly. No complaints here. My only true issue was with my Baja Blast. For some reason, it tasted moldy. It had this bizarre bitter aftertaste that I'm not used to. I'm upset they're not serving Dr. Pepper anymore. I don't know if it's a company-wide thing or just this Taco Bell. Just let me know how they justify serving Cherry Pepsi instead? They don't even taste the same! read more

This Taco Bell had to be some of the worst service from employees I've received in a long time. 1. I was greeted by the guy on the other end of the speaker with a "welcome to Taco Bell YO" What can I get for you. 2. Upon paying for my order I was asked to pull around, so I kindly asked to have mild sauce with my order. I pull around to only find no sauce or receipt in the bag when he brought the order out 3. I asked the employee if he could get me sauce and waited but to no avail he never returned. I go in and get it myself. 4. When I got home, now we find the piss poor quality of food that was rendered from this location. It's fast food, I get it, but this place is shit show since they lost any kind of resemblance of management. They are out of lettuce four out of seven nights of the week and who knows what else. I live in this area and I've been to this location probably, 10-15 times and about every time minus once or twice I've had stuff missing in the bag from what I ordered. So heads up, check you're bag before you leave the drive thru. And I've had some issues with rude employees and managers also, I'm not one to normally complain about that, since it is a fast food joint.. but you still need to learn courtesies if you are wanting you're location to stand out. read more

Stopped carrying Dr. Pepper and replaced it with Cherry Pepsi. Not even close to the same thing lol. But that's just my silly complaint. On a less silly note, I was there about 5 min ago. I came through the drive through,Ordered my food,Then immediately was asked to pull around to the front and they would bring my food out to me. I asked if I could stay because there was no one else there, and I promised to move up if another customer arrived. The chubby girl working the window said no, that I was on a timer. I inquired as to what that meant. She said Customers cars are timed to see how long it takes the workers to prepare the food. So I asked her if she wanted me to move my car so it "looked" like I got my food faster than I actually did. She just nodded, rolled her eyes and walked away.
