He gave me no time to review my order, I asked for a Mountain Dew Baja blast, he asked if I wanted it as a freeze I said no, yet he still gave me a freeze. Incompetent! Incompetent! Incompetent! Rarely do I turn to YELP, but, I am sick of this Taco Bell. The last several times I went through their drive thru something is wrong about the order or it is missing. Three times I have ordered items and asked for no ground beef or no meat and I am very clear and I get home and there it is, meat on or in the product. Today I got home and an item was actually not in the bag at all. They ask that you confirm what is on the screen after you order. When it is correct I say yes but I guess how they actually make the food and what they put in it is different than what is on the screen that I verified. I come here when I need a quick fix for Mexican food. Service is a little slow but the food is usually hot and fresh. The drive thru is always easy to use here. I tried their new Cantina menu on Sunday and I was surprised at the quality and flavor of their Cantina bowl and burritos. The price for Cantina bowls/burritos start at 4.79 which is pricey for Taco Bell but may be their best offering currently. They only start serving the Cantina menu at 11:00AM so it's not available for breakfast. I had the Cantina veggie burrito and the tortilla was nicely grilled and crunchy. I was amazed by the great burst of flavors from the cilantro sauce and guacamole. The Cantina steak bowl had lots of steak and a good amount beans, lettuce, salsa, and cilantro rice and was extremely hot. I think Chipotle bowls are bigger and more complex in flavor but I have to say that for about five dollars, the Cantina bowls can't be beat for a fast and healthy meal! read more

Only way to eat here is if you have a car cus the dining room is always closed for some stupid reason which contradicts what the giant sign on top of the restraunt says "come dine in" . Staff is clearly run by kids not paid enough because theres a tip jar at the drive through. This Taco Bell is a complete joke! My husband and I are literally in the drive thru right now. It's 9:54am and they have no breakfast menu up. When we asked if they served breakfast the lady said "yes, what would you like?" How would we know if there's no menu up? Things I can remember about this drive thru in 2021. they take walk up orders. They smoke at the window with their friends when they think no one can see them. They take forever!!! They care more about a TIP JAR then giving back exact change. They never give me my receipt. I always have to ask. Just makes me wonder, are they even ringing up orders or pocketing money. While ordering at the window, I told the worker that I wanted a Baja Blast. Keep in mind, I wanted the freeze instead of the soda. But she never asked which one I wanted and I definitely forgot to mention that I wanted the freeze. But once we pulled up to the window, she had the Baja blast soda out and I told her "Sorry my fault I wanted the freeze." The worker gave me such a disgusting look and said "Oh my God." Almost as if she was about to throw a tantrum over a drink she could've just easily made. I worked at Taco Bell a few years ago and it was such a common mistake, but I never blamed a customer for something like that. She then handed me the freeze and I apologized and I heard nothing in return. Super rude and bratty lol. Don't work if you can't provide good customer service. I was still talking to make sure she got my order correctly, and she cut me off and gave me my total. So I pulled over to the window, and she looked so damn scared because she knows she was guilty of her poor customer service. I asked for her name, because she was not wearing a name tag, and I think she told me a phony name. So I asked for a receipt and she said the machine was broken! Not only that, but the last time I went, they turned me away 20 minutes before the posted closing time saying they were closed. Forget about using the Taco Bell app here too, because every time I've tried, I've had to wait WAY longer than if I had gone inside or just ordered through the drive through. Plus they will get your order wrong 3 times even though you told them 3 times what you wanted. There are about 2 employees there that are actually good.
