I genuinely don't know how this place manages to mess up every single thing about a simple order. I waited an absurd amount of time for food that clearly wasn't even mine, because when I got it, half the items were wrong or missing entirely. It's like no one bothered to check the order before handing it out. On top of that, they didn't even include basic things like silverware--so even the stuff I could eat turned into a hassle. What exactly is taking so long back there if accuracy and completeness aren't priorities? If you're looking for slow service, wrong food, and zero attention to detail, this is your spot. I am fairly regular customer at this Taco Bell location at night. The night manager is EXTREMELY rude and unhinged. Their dining room closes at 11PM. I arrived at 10:40PM and ordered a meal to dine in. My food was ready at 10:50PM. Upon getting the food, I sat down to dine and was minding my own business, when about 5 minutes later the night manager literally began BARKING at customers to get out. Not making this up. He kept on harassing paying customers with no sense of decency or professionalism whatsoever. I will give his main store manager a chance to correct or terminate him. If that does not happen, will go to corporate. Paying customers simply cannot be treated this way and such rude behavior by staff cannot be tolerated. read more

Me and two of my friends went at 12:40 am when it closed at 1 am on wednesday the 22nd. we pulled up and waited a couple minutes to even hear anything from anyone in the drive thru. when she finally came over the speaker this older woman it sounded like said "what do you want we only have beans". first of all, that's ridiculous for taco bell to only have beans. second of all the customer service is disgusting! we argued back and forth and she continued to be rude and told us to leave and never come back. extremely disappointed. read more

Don't even bother going to this location. I went there just to get my 5 year old daughter dinner for the night with my boyfriend and the 2 employees that were there that night (a couple weeks ago) were EXTREMELY rude to us. Yelled at us through the drive thru speaker and at the window. All cause we couldn't hear them on what choice of meat for a taco. And my boyfriend asked the guy at the window 3x "is this good customer service?" And the guy had nothing to say and never once apologized while the female in the back was blaming their behavior on not having a break all day. Like that's our fault?! Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! The manager not only screwed up our order, but refused to fix our order. Also, she wouldn't let us pay for (or have) our 2nd order. I used to be really happy with this location, but on pulast visit we were given soft tacos with stale, rock hair shells. One of the others had a slimy wet spot that resembled spit. I have always been polite and courteous to the employees, so I don't know why this happened. The manager is very rude no matter how kind you are. Not to mention that unless you preorder on the app they will not allow you to order in the drive thru or in store. We went here after a long day of fishing. All 4 of us guys were super excited they were open late night as we love taco bell and we were starving. We called ahead to make sure the restaurant was open as we wanted to sit and eat our food. We go there and walked up to the door only to have it locked as we got to the door. The employee says to us drive thru only and walks away. So we get back in our vehicle and go through the drive thru. We each ordered quite a bit of food. We got our drinks but it was mainly ice, and not much soda.. When we ordered we all asked for different sauces. Our order came out and we pulled off as there were 3-4 cars behind us and we did not want those folks to have to wait! We opened our bags to find that not only were our orders incorrect, but we had no sauces or napkins. We pulled back around and waited for like 30 minutes or so behind a few cars. When we finally make it up to the window we tell the lady our orders were wrong, and we did not get sauce or napkins. She gave us this glare like fuck you guys for making me work. We also asked that we get refills for our drinks, and we got a second glare from her. After about a 15-20 minute wait we got our food and drinks. We pulled off to eat our food to find it was not really even warm... We threw away $60 + worth food and went to McDonald's instead. We went 10 miles out of our way to get this food! bad customer service! I went there for breakfast and ordered a bacon crunch-wrap and a bacon burrito. It says on the receipt that I was supposed to be getting both as bacon but the wrap came in sausage. I drove from my home back to taco bell still in a good mood, I asked the worker how her day was and once I told her I was given the wrong food her mood completely changed. Her tone went monotone and told me to just pull up and park and they'd bring it out to me. I brought my receipt and offered to show her it but she didn't want to see, she came out to my car and handed my food to me and said, " Be more clear next time, thanks" and walked away. Its taco bell you cant expect much! However, I do expect for the team to be courteous and respectful. Sometimes I have visited this location and some of the staff say some of the most inappropriate things! It's ridiculous how many don't have common sense anymore. Okay the workers at this taco bell have way to much fun with their job. I was surprised by the voice the came over the drive up speaker. It sounded like some type of Darth Vader from star wars. um this service was one of the worst i have seen. definitely do not recommend. i went through the drive thru today and told the worker that i have 7 people in the car so it might take a while, we continued to order and we could hear them talking badly about us. we got up to the window and she wouldn't make eye contact with us, i told her to have some better customer service and left. after i left i found that every one of our orders was wrong. so annoyed, do not visit this taco bell. read more
