I phoned in my take out order from the comfort of the barbers chair, the person taking my order was extremely friendly. I ordered the chorizo tacos and the gauc without jalapeños as requested by the misses. 10 minutes later I went to pick it up. The shop is clean with plenty of seating if you would like to dine in. The taco left me wanting more. The portion was extremely small and left me wanting more flavor as the taco was a bit on the bland side. The guacamole was also bland with a small portion- I'd call it a dollop. Not sure if I'll be coming back as there are other options in the area with a better product.

The place is lively and kind of quaint and a mix of Hispanic staff and local kids kind of blended together. Our server was great even with a party of 9 (and no up charge for a large table). Great dessert choices as well and a surprise on the bill was less than we expected. All in all a great time.

Versac is a fairly small space with several tables. It has a nice vibe and (not to my taste) rather loud music. I ordered an arepa with white cheese and scrambled eggs, and coffee (served in a paper cup with milk foam). The coffee was excellent, the food very good. Service was a little spotty, but acceptable (not a deal breaker). If I find myself in the area again I would certainly go back for a meal: the menu is extensive and I would love to try several other dishes. Quite an enjoyable meal, and a good value. Recommended.

So yes, by my highly scientific logic, this is also a Mexican spot. The decor definitely leans Mexico, heavy, which its amazing, kept reminding me of my favorite Mexican restaurant. But anyway, we're not here for interior design, we're here to eat. There's a LOT going on here, menu wise and vibe pwise, but in a good way. I ordered the Sandwiches de Miga 'Olímpico' and if you haven't tried them yet, that's a personal failure you can still fix. They're a must. Soft, classic, comforting... except for the edges. The edges were... questionable. Hard/frozen-ish. Not blaming anyone directly, maybe the fridge settings were on "Antarctica," maybe they weren't fully thawed. We'll never know. But that first bite hurt emotionally. It was like ordering a burger without pickles, taking a confident bite, and BOOM! pickle. Suddenly your whole day shifts slightly off center. Service wise: the guy at the counter stared at me, I started my order with zero greeting, felt like human self checkout, and I'm fine with that. Sometimes you don't want conversation, you just want carbs. Despite the frozen edge plot twist, I'm 100% coming back. The food has real potential, the place has character, and I need to try their asado.
