Sometimes it's funny how low your expectations get the later in the evening you find yourself at, and that's usually when you know it's time for a trip to Taco Bell, Lol.     From what I remember about this night, I had a few mouths to feed and it was late so my options were pretty slim so I headed over to the drive thru window and ordered: the Taco Party Box, a bag of Chalupas, and some Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos. Everything was received as ordered and every mouth was fed and in some cases overly so. Gotta also add that we were all surprised at how good the food was and I'm not totally sure it was because it was late and our expectations were low but whatever the case, this place definitely got the job done. Order then wait in the parking lot...I get it with the long lines at the drive thru and no inside service BUT the order in which they fill the orders has 0 to do with the order in which it was placed. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 tacos only to have multiple orders (and many sizeable orders as well) brought out while we still waited. It was brought up to the people who were running orders to no avail. When we got the tacos they were soggy and fell apart. Slow service. We waited in line inside for 10 minutes and left. There was only one person in front of us but the order taker was also taking drive thru orders without regard to how long we were standing in front of his register. Poor training and management results in lack of customer service which is what you will find here. It's not the first time this has happened either. We walked out and they lost business. Ehhhhhh....it's a Taco Bell. I don't understand what the big deal is. If this area needed another fast food place, I would have preferred something more fast casual like a Chipotle or Moe's. It's not like there isn't a Taco Bell for hundreds of miles. Succasuuna, Phillipsburg, and Columbia (Bet ya forgot there was one in Columbia- granted its in a truck stop) are an easy drive from anywhere in the H'town area. I guess it's the novelty of having one close by and having something other than greasy (sort-of) burgers as a late night snack. I stopped here about a week ago. They opened a few days before Xmas, so it was still a mad house at lunch time. The line to order moved quickly (the drive thru wasnt open yet) and all the employees were friendly and appeared they were really trying. The real wait started after you ordered. I waited 20+ minutes and began seeing people in line after me getting their orders. I said something and they happily filled my order ASAP. Apparently they called the wrong name AND receipt number for what was supposed to be my order. I'll chalk this up to a learning curve. Three stars for friendliness and trying. I'll come back for my once in a blue moon fast food fix when the "novelty" wears off. I'm sure the quality of (non)service will eventually be on par with every other Taco Bell. read more

This place can never get your order right!! I went through the drive-thru ordered a taco and asked them to add sour cream. Also ordered a power menu bowl. I was asked if I wanted steak, chicken or vegetarian, I said vegetarian. When I got home with my food there was chicken in my power bowl and no sour cream on the taco. Sep 4, 2 pm. Nice clean place. The girl at the counter was very nice and professional, her name was Shakima. During a quick conversation she said the place opened earlier this year and she "loves it". She even gave me suggestions since I hadn't been to Taco Bell in a long time. There was a glitch in the computer that caused a delay in the food, but Shakima and her manager were both so nice which made it ok. The food was hot and delicious. Lots of soda selections. I go to this taco bell quite frequently, and never have left there with such a bad taste in my mouth over the food and the staff. Everything around was closed (9:45) so we walk in and there is a table of 4 that was just getting there food and sitting down, and a table of three eating as well. We had the intentions of getting are food eating real fast to catch are 10:10 movie. The staff member pants hanging off his ass, shirt half untucked, and hat off to the side seemingly mad that we walked in. He greets us with we are closed in 15 mins, we told him we were in a hurry that we would be fast. I ordered, then my very( kind, lovely, beautiful) movie date got a large sum of attitude from this guy about her order( it was a basic order not subs/alterations). We sit down and this guy goes to every table saying "we are closed in a minute you need to leave". We get are food at 9:54 the quality was not near up to standard, and we were missing three items that we had ordered. We decided it was best not to say anything due to the time and the staff member. The guy again comes over to remind us he is closed in his angered voice( as we are trying to choke down are food). He walks back behind the counter to talk shit to the manger who was working hard. The manger tells him to let us finish are food he waits till he goes to the back a min later 10:01 and says you need to go or i am going to have to kick you out. Mean while i have like 2 bites left of my food as well as my date and where about to leave for are movie. Not the best way to treat your customers that both go there so frequently we should be share holders. I have been in the restaurant business for the last 12 years and a executive chef the last 6. I have seen a lot of shit over the years but the disrespect to all the customers, and raw hatred for his job is not going to profit your business in any aspects. Today, June 22nd at 2PMish, we had a wonderful experience. I think the staff deserves some credit when they do well. The girl who took our order was exceptionally polite and attentive. The food was prompt and hot. Overall, for taco bell, I was pretty happy. I do have to say, the chips were a bit 'flat' and perhaps stale. Aside from that, smothered my food with hot sauce and all was well in the wolrd. You want lunch for $5.00 or less? You get what you get and don't get upset! Wow, just wow. Where do I start? I have been here twice and it was a mess up both times. The first time the food was cold and the taco shells were so stale they crumbled. I gave them a second chance and it was even worse than the first time. I'm allergic to milk and after I specifically told them no cheese and no tomatoes they put extra on . It's a shame that I won't be returning to this location, because I really wanted to like it. I also brought my father with me.
