To say we were not disappointed is an understatement; we were stunned at how enjoyable the experience was. Everything.. EVERYTHING about this place is wonderful. Service was very attentive, friendly and helpful (and our waitress had only been working there 1 month.) The overall ambiance was stimulating and captivating. Stimulating because the music Powerhouse 60s hits from Ray Charles, Tom Jones, the Beatles and more was a *perfect* choice to enjoy yet not disrupt quiet conversation. Stimulating because the decor was so unique and interesting. And because just the vibe of everyone in there really enjoying themselves was palpable. What about the food you say? Every ingredient of all 4 different taco choices we made was wonderful; fresh, tasty and well prepared and presented. It's not very close to us but we are already excitedly figuring out when we can get back there - and I'm confident we are going to become regulars. It's a small place so going at peak meal hours might risk waiting. They have about 10 tables as well as another 8 or 10 stools at the bar. We did not drink so cannot review that aspect. We were told the place had come under new management in the last few months. As well as that place seemed to be functioning, we would never have guessed that. PS I didn't know until we ordered that they were giving free tacos to veterans, so that's a really cool mark on their patriotism and sense of community. PS 2 Small warning: The bench seats at the east (entrance) wall cut off circulation in my legs.

Nachos are one of mh favorite foods, so I know good nachos- especially loved the pickled onions and that there were tons of toppings. Next thing I know we and contracted FOOD POISONING that night around 8:00 PM. First I notice my stomach bloating really badly and of course diarrhea and vomiting. I couldn't sleep well that night from being sick. Next morning my niece calls and ask, "hey are you sick"? I'm like heck yeah we BOTH had the same symptoms. I call Pancho Taco Mexican Restaurant and the so called manager didn't apologize for one, nor did he want to rectify the issue. He literally said, "What do you want me to do"? I said excuse me?? Because I'm lost, how are you going to rectify this? "He says he's not"! I said what sir, we come here quite often since being here this past year, karaoke, lunch, dinner dates, my niece comes for margaritas with her siblings and friends and you don't want to at least refund me and my niece's cost of dinner (not knowing at the time my daughter was sick that night also and my five year old niece) since we ate the same thing and live separately and NEITHER ONE OF US ATE ANYTHING EARLIER THAT DAY... He told me no and never!! I'm like sir I paid $80 and I'm not asking for anything but our portions. He continues to say no!! Next myself, my niece and her daughter goes to urgent care and ALL THREE OF OUR STOMACHS WERE RUMBLING the doctor said and gave us Zoltan and said we had to let it run its course. It's so crazy we have a place that got us all sick and I'm getting backlash over $30 or so bucks and he's claiming the chicken and steak was cut differently and there's no way. I'm like sir my daughter is sick and she doesn't even eat meat, and there is a such thing of cross contamination. But it's okay I'll just call the Mansfield Ontario Richland County Health Department and contact the Usda Food Safety And Inspection Service

Probably not a place that I will frequent very often. Overall food was a 3 out of 5. They were super busy so they must be doing something right, just not with the Quesabirria tacos for me.

It's been three tries in a row now and it has SUCKED each of these tries. The first try - something just tasted "off." It was hard to describe. I ordered the supreme nachos and it it had the cream sauce I didn't ask for and it just tasted bad. They also didn't include the chips and cheese dip that I ordered. But like, I said, I was a faithful customer so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second try, it tasted SOUR. Like something was spoiled. Unedible. Today, I tried again. I ordered Rice, beans, sour cream, and guac. It literally looks like they THREW the beans on there and the cheese. There's no rice, and barely any sour cream. Cheapskating on the ingredients and not even including any. Don't order from here.

Pancho's has been open for about three years now, and you can tell they've put a lot of thought into making it welcoming. The restaurant is cutely decorated with Mexican paintings and tasteful little knickknacks, giving it a comfortable, relaxed feel. Even though it was New Year's Day, it wasn't packed -- but there was a nice steady crowd, which is always a good sign. We were seated quickly, greeted right away, and brought complimentary chips and salsa. Both were fresh and really good -- the kind you keep reaching for. I ordered the Pancho's Burrito, which lets you choose your protein. I went with taco meat. It comes loaded with fajita veggies (peppers and onions) and normally topped with red enchilada sauce, but I asked to swap that out for queso cheese sauce instead. There was a small upcharge, but it was totally worth it. The burrito also came with rice and beans, and all of that for $13.99 felt like a great value. The burrito was huge and absolutely delicious -- I could barely finish it. My wife ordered the Pancho's Combo, which included a chicken soft taco, a steak hard taco (she swapped it for ground beef), and a chicken enchilada. It was served with rice, lettuce, sour cream, cheese sauce, and guacamole. She said everything was really good and cooked perfectly. To top it off, we finished with churros, which were cooked to order and served warm with honey and chocolate dipping sauce. A perfect ending to the meal. Service was fast and friendly, thanks to Rina, who did a great job taking care of us. I honestly wish this place was closer to where we live because I'd be here a lot more often. Next time I'm traveling through the area and looking for something to eat, Pancho's Tacos will definitely be my go-to spot. Highly recommend!
