So typically when one puts things into a bag, they tend to make sure that the heavier items are on the bottom. This is a time honored concept passed on from grocer to bagger throughout the ages. Perhaps this location's employees require a more detailed training program. One that could challenge and stimulate them, even reward them for completing said program, maybe with a trophy.
