The service was severely unaccommodating. We had a huge group, with a bill that would have been close to or over $200. But we were in a large vehicle and couldn't fit in the drive-thru, the staff refused to help us in anyway. We pleaded for them to help us in some way, but again the refused. Just went through the taco bell drive though and the girl ( Kristen) at the window, who took my order and card, had her phone in one hand while she took my card. She then proceeded to start texting and would not make eye contact with me. This is EXTREMELY unsafe and employees should not be allowed to be on their phones while processing payments. Called the store several times right after this and no one answered. Keeping an eye on my bank account, and will be processing charges if ANY suspicious activity happens in my account after this!! I don't know what happened to the management but this has become the worst Taco bell. Went to the drive through for my lunch break and it took 30 minutes to get my food. How the fuck am I supposed to eat my food on my lunch break if you guys are this slow? Lesson learned for sure. read more

I am only giving this location 3 stars. I love Taco Bell but this location is hit or miss!! I live only a few miles away and drive thru frequently! They cannot seem to keep staff here very long and like I said its hit or miss. I drove thru a couple weeks ago and got the best Mexican Pizza I've had in years. Went back two nights later and my order was completely wrong and tasted funky. But Taco Bell is Taco Bell and I do love it so, so I'll be back to this location down the street, and hope that they hit more than they miss. read more

Taco bell is taco bell but i give this one props because they tend to really keep the drive through going fast. It can get really backed up at lunch but they seem to keep it going as fast as they can. Management here is EXTREMELY lacking. Don't bother going through the drive through window. The employees are some the slowest I have ever seen and take do not seem to care at all about anyone. They all seem as though they hate their lives and wish to be anywhere else possible. I've been coming as a regular but I don't think I'll be coming anymore as management is officially horrible. Well decided to get some good old T-Bell for tonight's NBA game. Been to this location before but wrote off that terrible experience as a one time deal. Well they practice to keep that as standard. 28 minute wait, dirty interior, missing ingredients and a food prep "we don't care " skill. Now I know it's fast food but I'll give a place 5 stars if they hit the mark and show they care for you as a valued customer. All four customers ahead of me were missing items. If they hadn't checked they would have walked out with less then they paid for. I walked in for take out just to make sure and everyone before was having trouble. My order was poorly made, not as advertised, and took nearly 30 minutes to receive. Having been a regular Taco Bell customer since old #1 in Downey California in 1964 this location is an example of evolution to the rear. Must be a managed by someone who never managed. This place is the worst excuse for a fast food establishment that I've ever had the mispleasure of visiting. It took me 6 visits to finally write this review. Every time I go there, regardless of time e.g. 7am, 12pm, 7:30pm, 9pm, 12:00am, 2:00am, the food is cold and the wait is atrocious. My visit yesterday included a twelve minute wait to get to the order box where I was asked by the drive through attendant to wait even longer before ordering. It took another 17 minutes to get to the window. The person in front of me only ordered a drink; I feel even worse for them. I've been told on 3 occasions (one of those was by the manager herself- they run Brentwood, Moores Lane and Murfreesboro road - she felt the need to tell me that their disgrace of a business isn't only limited to my closest store) that they were understaffed and out of food - she used these excuses interchangeably in the same visit. I cant believe that Williamson county allows a business like this to stay in operation. I almost feel bad for saying it, but maybe if this store burned down like the one on Murfreesboro rd did a while back then it would change. I will not be returning to the store and I hope that corporate sees how stupid the people who run these stores are and fire them. read more

I've made (2) recent drive-thru and a carry out order from this location and neither was correct and when I tried calling the restaurant no one answered or the phone sounded like it was on fax mode.....not saying that the food isn't good but be sure to check your order before leaving.... read more
