VEGAN TACOS......I have been a Taco Bell customer for many years. I have always enjoyed their food. However, today things were different. I ordered three supreme tacos (a #1) and sadly, when I began to eat the first one, I noticed there was very, very little meat filling in it. I soon realized that the remaining two were similar. A taco shell, lettuce, a few diced tomatoes and a sprinkle of cheese.....about a teaspoon of meat filling, if that much. The prices went up and the meat product content was severely reduced. We were denied service at the drive through for a reason we were not told. And everyone else ahead and behind us was served.

Went in for a late snack and it had been a while since we've eaten here so of course we had a question on the menu. Ordered my lunch 20 minutes ahead of time in hopes of beating the lunch hour rush, instead I received complimentary entertainment from the cashier working the front register. Upon arrival, a couple guests were receiving their meals and heading up towards the front counter explaining that their order had been made wrong; the employees ARGUED with the guests explaining to them that it was their fault their order was incorrect ... ... what????? anyway, the gentleman in front of me was ordering lunch for his co-workers and had a list of their orders on his phone; the employee working the front counter continuously cursed and insulted the man's order throughout the 10-15 minute time frame of taking his order. at one point she even mentioned something about inviting the gentleman to her house ???? very very confused on that interaction, but alas. the lady working the front counter successfully messed up every single order that was placed within the dine-in portion of this location. some people received a drink when only ordering a taco. i waited nearly 25 minutes before being acknowledged by who I assume was management; he was very polite, he seemed stressed, and was almost giving me the look of "help me i don't want to be here". respectfully, i do not want to be here either, sir. i gracefully advise to only come here for entertainment purposes. read more

Best Taco Bell I have ever been to for lunch. Orders are coming out very quickly despite being busy. The most friendly and kind man greeted every customer and had everyone smiling by the end of their order. His customer service alone beats the breaks off Chick-fil-As in the area. After months of being closed for renovations, this location has finally reopened and it's stellar. Most recently, we made an online order on my daughter's birthday because it's what she requested for dinner. She and I both walk inside and are immediately welcomed by the staff. The manager then asked if we were here to pick up an online order and I confirmed. As they went to go and fetch the order, the manager asked my daughter how she was doing. She replied that she was doing great and that it was her birthday. "Your birthday?!?" he asked. "Yup, we asked her where she wanted to go for her birthday, any restaurant, and she said Taco Bell." "Great choice!" the manager said before giving her a fist bump. Someone behind him asked "It's her birthday?" He confirmed, and the staff then sang an impromptu rendition of Happy Birthday to her. She was absolutely beaming. The manager then talked to her a bit more about how her birthday was going, then handed us the food, as my daughter said goodbye to everyone. We got home and our food was hot, accurate, and delicious. Truly a wonderful location staffed with truly special people. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Had really bad experiences with this Taco Bell, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I got two potato tacos from here and the first taco the potatoes were so dry and hard that I couldn't keep eating. The second taco half the potatoes in it were BLACK. I don't know what that means but it can't mean anything good. Although these do cost a dollar I expect for my potatoes to be actual potatoes. I had another experience with this Taco Bell where I ordered a bean burrito and instead got a beef burrito and I'm a pescatarian so Imagine my disappointment when I bit and there was a whole bunch of beef in my mouth instead of beans. It's fast food, you certainly know what you're getting. That being said, basic health codes and standards should be followed. All the hoopla about this newly renovated Cool Springs location and how clean it is and how nice the people are is OVER because the food SUCKS! They need to do some Quality Control and serious TRAINING for their employees on how to properly cook and wrap their food. If you like RANCID food...this is the place for you. I took one bite out of my Mexican pizza and chucked it straight into the trash. Had to brush my tongue for 5 minutes to get that rancid taste out of my mouth. That was a month ago. Today, I really wanted to try the "new" Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco. Went at 11:30 a.m. and there was ONE car in front of me. They were not busy at all. Ordered the combo box. Got home and picked up the dipping taco and it literally fell over my hand limp. Not the hard crunchy taco that is advertised everywhere. It was a gloopy greasy glob of wet mush. The Chalupa Supreme was not even cooked!!! It was an unfried doughy shell with some crap stuffed inside. The burrito was a joke. Looked like a 4-inch flat mushy pancake. Before Taco Bell had their Fresca Menu, back when a 7-Layer Burrito was $0.79, I worked near this establishment and lost nearly 30 pounds eating there. This may have been due to me not being a fan of Taco Bell but being a fan of being able to eat occasionally with what I was making working at a store at Cool Springs Galleria. It also may have been that a diet of taco bell is rejected nearly completely by my body. I don't know. I recently was out there starving and in traffic so I stopped back in as this was the closest, i was on a bike, and was in danger of falling off the bike I was that hungry. The food is still slightly better than most Taco Bells, it was then and is now. That's not saying a hell of a lot, but if you're looking for the best Taco Bell in town, this might be one for you. They also have the longest running streak of not screwing my order up - last mess up March 1993. It's been a long time since I knew anyone who worked there so I can't say if the same is still true, I won't say they had a passion for doing it right and better, more like a dread of what would happen if they didn't. It was a truly interesting motivator that the managers had back then. One of the assistant managers ran some food over to a nearby complex when an order had been screwed up. Horribly unsafe thinking back, but it was what they did back then. The place is looking a bit dated... it's remodeled but the bathrooms are looking more and more authentic south-of-the-border. Their exit sign pointed in and their entrance sign pointed out last time I was there, and the staff seems younger than is possible, but the place worked... for a taco bell. read more

Taco Bell is usually just Taco Bell but had a great experience here. The manager, Evonne, is so kind. Tacos were hot and yummy. My husband ordered a personal pizza. Hot and yummy. Then Evonne came out and gave him a fresh pizza because "that one didn't have enough pepperonis on it." Good customer service is so hard to come by these day and she was awesome! It's Taco Bell. The only negative review I can give is that there's been times where my burrito is cold. Which if you have ever bitten into a cold Taco Bell burrito, ... You know it's gross. This was our third or fourth trip in the past couple of months, and each time we go I keep thinking it must just be a bad day for them.
