Some of the food came out cold and not edible. The pretzel and French fries were very good. Place is brand new and a shame they don't have help. Everything was clean. My grandson didn't touch his favorite chicken tenders after sending back once. Manager gave us a discount on the house but we wished we went elsewhere. Again the manager saved the day but hard to even think about going back anytime soon.

I have been a Chipotle customer for approximately 7-8 years and have eaten at locations throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and Florida. I have always enjoyed Chipotle and have generally had very good experiences. I have also been going to the County Road 220 location for about a year and have never had a problem there until today. I don't eat meat, so I usually order a vegetable bowl. While my bowl was being prepared today, I asked the employee why the black beans were mixed in with the brown beans. She answered, "I don't know," in a very dismissive manner and moved on. Later, when she was preparing the cilantro-lime dressing, she filled the small ramekin approximately three-quarters of the way. I asked if she could put just a little more in the ramekin. I was NOT asking for another portion or additional food. I was simply asking if she could add a little more to the same ramekin. I had recently seen an Instagram video/interview with Chipotle CEO Scott Boatwright in which he said that customers who want more food should simply ask for more. I mentioned this to her jokingly and in a lighthearted way. I was not demanding that she give me anything or suggesting that I was entitled to it. Her response was, "Are you the CEO?" I was taken aback by that response. If she could not give me any more, she could have simply said, "I'm sorry, I can only give you one ladle," or "I can't give you any more." I would have accepted that without a problem. If I wanted more, I would have been willing to pay for another portion. Instead, the interaction became unnecessarily sarcastic and confrontational. I even showed her the Instagram post I was referring to because I wanted her to understand that I wasn't making up what I had said. Even after I showed it to her, she continued to come back at me about it. To be clear, my complaint is not that she did or did not give me additional dressing. She did add some. My complaint is the way she spoke to me and her dismissive and snotty attitude throughout the interaction. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for years and have visited many different locations. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from a Chipotle employee before, which is why this interaction was particularly disappointing to me. I think employees should be made aware of what their CEO has communicated publicly. More importantly, if there are limits on portions, employees should be trained to explain those limits politely rather than respond sarcastically to a customer who asks a simple question.

The bench was not crapped out such that I sunk (also rare). The other chairs were sturdy. The walkways inside were plenty wide. For the handicapped folks, there is not good handicapped parking as that is several store fronts away. Also the parking spots are not made for large SUVs or trucks. If you still want to eat here after the rest of my review and are disabled, recommend going early so you can park close.
