I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:28 and was promptly greeted by a young lady who asked if I could wait a moment. I waited. And waited. And waited... No one ever returned to take my order. I finally said 'I've waited long enough' and was lucky enough that no one else was dumb enough to come in so I backed out of the drive-thru. When I was backing out, you could see the staff run over to the window to see if I was really leaving. There were three cars ahead of me when I pulled in, and by the time I drove around to leave, there were only two. Not sure what they were doing exactly, but it certainly wasn't working! I pulled out at 9:35 (5/15/24). I went home and made myself a fantastic bean burrito just the way I like it and saved myself some money! I paid extra for steak asked for not lettuces tomato or sour cream. We spent almost $50 for our food so we checked to make sure all items were in bag. I open the bag to see my almost 10 dollar protein bowl to look like this. We were still at window waiting as they weren't walking over to us until I waved them down to ask for help, The manager came to window and I asked him to please remake my bowl as I've had this exact bowl many times and it's never been so empty. He said the portions are correct but he can give me a side of my beans since those were missing. I was disappointed in multiple ways when I stopped here one afternoon for lunch with my family. We checked our order to make sure there were the same number of items we ordered, but we forgot to look to see if they put the hot sauce in as we requested after they asked us. This Taco Bell promotes FALSE ADVERTISING. I was in the Drive thru and the sign said "Free Chicken Cantina Taco" if you get the App and sign up for the Taco Bell Rewards. When I asked the drive through employee about it, he didn't have a clue and would offer no assistance (with the new wage increase one would think we could get better service but nah!) Anyway, I couldn't figure it out and I didn't have my wallet so no taco for me..Until, I tried again after smelling the aroma of tacos and leaving empty handed. I finally got the App to work and I went through the Drive Thru again. The message on the App said "to pull up and give my name and my order will be ready." So, I do just that. Except, I get the low level sexist (says he's a manager) Ben who refuses to give me my taco. He claimed that "they" the employees don't like the app (so, what does that have to do with me). After my order didn't "show up" I literally show him the screen on my phone that I am entitled to a free taco and he changed the story to that "I have to put in a payment method." So, Ben, tries to convince me that I am forced to put in a credit card for a FREE ITEM. The App said nothing of the sort. I wasn't born yesterday and if I was a man, I would have left with my taco guaranteed. I told Ben if I was the owner of this Franchise, he would no longer have a job.
