Went to this Taco Bell around 12:45 pm - I expected it to be a bit busy as it was lunch time. I had 5 cars in front of me but only 2 in front of me till I got to the speaker to order. It took 5 minutes for someone to come on to the speaker for the person 2 cars up of me to order....it took another 2 minutes for that car that ordered to be able to pull up as the line hadn't moved. I finally got to order another 5 minutes after that. I ordered a chicken Quesalupa and 2 chicken and cheese melts. The guy who was at the window wasn't pleasant and looked like he hadn't showered in weeks. His pants were down around his thighs, underwear showing completely. I paid and took another 2 minute from paying to get my food. The two chicken and cheese melts were hot and delicious. Will be getting these again. I drove thru the drive up today and waited about 20 minutes. I paid for my order with cash and was handed my food. I wasn't given my change back so I reminded the employee that he still owed me change. He wouldn't look at me in the eye and said there wasn't any change. I asked him again what he said in disbelief. I then asked if there was a manager on duty and he came over and repeated to me that they didn't have change. That means every customer paying with cash doesn't get change back. This is so wrong for so many reasons. Is this even legal? Taco Bell should have a hand written sign telling customers this news or a sign telling customers they need change while we wait at the drive thru lane. I love taco bell as much as the next early 20s college student, but today's experience really stood out to me. This one stood out particularly because of one employee named Jeanie. Not only was she very sweet while taking my order, but she went above and beyond too. While grabbing my large order, I got an important phone call, and I suddenly got very frazzled while trying to carry my food and drink will holding my phone and car keys. Jeanie got from behind the counter and held the door open for me on my way out, just because she saw i was struggling. I drive for doordash and order here enough and every order i pick up or place is always wrong, cold, or no sauce. The night crew and night manager have no respect for thier customers. Constantly have people outside hanging around talking to men in there cars with no mask on while the drive though line is almost to the street them go back in have watched them go right to touching another order without washing thier hands sanitizing or even putting new gloves on. I had great friendly service and good fresh made food when I have stopped in here. The only thing I find wrong is I've noticed that the employees park in the spots right next to the entrance. I think these spots should be for customer. There is no reason the employees can't park behind the building in those spots and leave parking near the entrance for customers who need it. read more

Husband and I pulled in at 10 am this morning which is their opening time. Going around the building to the order speaker and drive by two cars parked with two women inside eating and smoking. Tried ordering - no response. We pulled up to the window and knocked on the window and honked the horn - nothing. Pulled around seeing the two cars with the two women still parked and repeated the process, nothing, no response. I told my husband to park the car and I'd try going inside. He parks a short distance from the cars with the 2 women and I get out and go inside as the door was unlocked. I heard yelling behind me but didn't look around. The door opens and one woman from the cars comes in and the other woman starts screaming at me, I mean SCREAMING, that I wasn't aloud inside. I was really startled and just stared at her red, yelling face. I pointed out that I wouldn't be inside if they had been open at 10 am as advertised to which she said that they were "running behind" followed by shrieking that I had to GET OUT! "Running behind" smoking and eating while sitting in their cars and ignoring their jobs. They should both be fired. We live in Epping but will never, ever come back and will spread the word. read more
