This Taco Bell is the worst!!! I ask for mild sauce, i get hot. I ask for extra sauce i get 1 total. I asked them to make my fries fresh because I love them and they're awful cold, even asking for them fresh they're still somehow cold. Every worker there is lazy and doesn't follow simple directions and this is why they work at a fast food place their whole life. Went downhill the last few years use to be the best taco bell around now i can't get sauce, hot fries, or even a decent amount of lettuce on my taco. AWFUL!! Never come here. read more

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION! To preface, I go to this TB about every 2ish weeks, and 9/10 times they mess SOMETHING up. Well, between the missing items & incorrectly made food on my order this evening, I'll never go back. My order this eve consisted of: *2 supreme Doritos Locos Tacos (DLT), add spicy ranch *2 regular DLT, add spicy ranch *2 soft shell Cantina Tacos *1 Cheez-It Crunchwrap *1 deluxe nacho, add jalapeños *2 chips & cheese *2 cheesy fiesta potatoes To start, I was shorted a regular DLT. The 3 DLTs I did receive yielded no spicy ranch as requested. Then, the (EXPENSIVE, might I add) Cantina tacos were made incorrectly.. they are supposed to have lettuce, red cabbage, and pico de gallo on them.. only this time they were dressed like a standard supreme taco without the sour cream, no pico de gallo or red cabbage! To add insult to injury, my daughter pointed out that her Cheez-It Crunchwrap did not in fact have the special Cheez-It center, but a standard tortilla shell. Making matters worse, it looked as tho the refried beans and jalapeños on top were DRIED OUT terribly, as tho the food had spent hours under the heat lamp (obviously, but can't someone be bothered to stir them from time to time??). $45 completely wasted. Thanks to the various complaints from all of my kids, half of the food went into the garbage. This location has a bunch of careless teens working it, and it shows!!!! read more

Edwardsburg taco always forgets your SAUCE. Ask for that sauce like you want it bad and then you'll get it. The food is exactly what you want often quick, just forgetting sauce. Service is good on the night crew but sometimes is not friendly. read more

I ordered online 20 mins before I got there and still had to wait 10 mins to get my food. Apparently they don't make ur food till you get there. Why have a mobile order if the food isn't going to be done when you get there!!! Went for a late night dinner run about 10pm last night. They told me that they had just received a large order and could I place my order now. That was nice!! At the drive through the attendant asked how my day was going and I told him it was rough. We are in the middle of moving so it has more headaches involved in this situation than you could guess. He proceeded to tell me that he knew a miracle would happen and make things turn around. He proceeded to give me lots of encouraging words. Just this little bit of humanity makes me want to eat there everyday! If more people were like Mario this world would be a better place to live in! I have lived in Edwardsburg since a kid and taco bell Is the place to go eat. now I'm 38 now for the past 7 years the orders are never correct and I had a male take my order and week ago, I asked for something grilled he said "sure". The first time through the drive thru, we spent 10 minutes waiting on our order, in which we had asked for 6 tacos, a crunchwrap, 2 drinks and a chicken power bowl. Once we finally got to the window, the child working did not give us the correct change. We gave 20.07 for an 18.07 bill in which he handed us 1.97 back. He did not give us a receipt after which kelly asked if everything was ok, and we realized we only had one taco. We did not order the crunchwrap meal, we ordered a crunchwrap and 6 tacos so this did not make sense. She told us we had to pull around and reorder, which took 20 minutes of waiting on the poor person in front of us who had to call the store from their car in order to get their food. We decided to eat while we waited since we had been thru once already, when we realized the chicken power bowl did not in fact have any chicken anywhere and also had like 2 beans on it. When we asked for hot sauce, they tried to give us fire, but we asked for hot. Also, on the first lap around, the manager had to walk over to open the register again, and decided to yell about not watching the new hires but also immediately went back to the back and did not do anything to help or assist the situation. read more

Went through the drive through got the party pack of taco's and nacho's and cheese . Asked for Jalepenos got something that looks like chipolte sauce and no Jalepenos . Absolutely terrible service! The dining room was an absolute disgusting mess!!!! When I receive my food my order was wrong and when I went back up to the counter to tell them they were completely confused. He told me they would remake the food as a stood there waiting and 10 minutes later no food has been brought to me a question them. read more

Got 2 taco suitcases, each time we have visited the service was wonderful and taco's just yummy! No issues.
