Stopped by for a snack with my son. The ambiance was clean & tidy. I ordered the $5 cravings box plus a side of pico (50¢) on the app. I went to the counter & asked them to put the sour cream & pico on the side (the app doesn't give you that option). The food came out quickly & I received service with a smile. The crunchy taco & 5-layer burrito were made with a generous amount of fillings. I also got my free senior drink. This store is almost totally automated and lacks any human contact. You MUST order from the kiosk - there were no employees visible at the counter. When you order is ready, someone appears from "behind the screen", calls yur name, hands you your order and disspears behind the screen again. I HATE ordering from these kisoks. I had to specify what I wanted to drink and what sauces I wanted - yet they hand you a cup and you do self-serve on your beverage and the sauces are all self serve. Based on the ordering kisok and lack of personal contact, I would rate this as a 1-star. BUT - the food was good and it was served HOT, so I'm grudgingly rating it as a 2-star. read more

I usually love Taco Bell! But this location was SO SO SO skimpy on the ingredients it was absolutely ridiculous! Looked nothing like the pictures on the menu.. had like a 4th of the amount of what was pictured on it. Spent a decent amount of money to get mostly a mouthful of tortilla shell-and very little meat or other ingredients. My crunch wrap was SO small I thought they forgot the chicken as I couldn't even taste it 3 bites in.. I opened it up and there were, no joke, like 3 little pieces of chicken on the entire wrap. The beefy 5 layer burrito which I typically love was SO SO SO small.. again mostly tortilla shell-and barely any meat or any other ingredients. I've ordered these things at other Taco Bell locations and they've been great with the size/value! But unfortunately this was not the case here at this Taco Bell. I would say save your money and drive to another Taco Bell or go get real Mexican! I'm highly disappointed.. :/ Crappy service also.. since when I got home I discovered all this-plus was missing sauces that I paid extra for, and toppings that I also paid extra for. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever seen. the workers are slow and and never give us ENOUGH FIRE SAUCE . They always give us are order wrong or tacos upside down. The floors are sticky. The workers at night are cool. read more

I just finished a six-day, one trip to the hospital & two to the doctor stint recovering from a visit to this place. This was the only place I had eaten, so it was pretty easy to narrow down where my feeling like complete and utter death came from. In six days I lost 15 lbs., had to be rehydrated by IV, & take three different types of medicine to prevent vomiting & fluid loss from the top-end (gross...I know). The sad thing is this sort of thing happened to my mother & sister about 10 years ago, so you'd think I would've known to stay away. But COME ON PEOPLE...10 years! I ordered the vegetarian black bean crunch wrap last Saturday...and I literally just had my first semi-real meal today. We ordered online and you got our whole meal WRONG. We asked for a chalupa, no sour cream, and guess what? SOUR CREAM. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO READ. Then, we ordered a Doritos taco. Guess what? We didn't even get it even though we PAYED FOR IT. Not only this, but this Taco Bell will always get your order wrong. Literally every time we go there, the order is wrong. One of my family members has a dairy allergy and 1/2 of the time they put cheese on a taco that was ordered not to have cheese. This Taco Bell is just not worth even stopping at anymore. We went tonight and I came straight home (about 12 minutes) and it was as as I had let it sit overnight. The tacos were soggy on the bottom and the burritos had a very small of anything in them. We haven't been in a while because we hoped it would be better than the last time but I think we've learned our lesson. Don't go to this one. read more

Ok, so we wanted Taco Bell and this was the closest one Yelp said. But then I mentioned it had two stars. Well, now I know why. When we walked in the floor was dangerously slick in the entry and the rest rooms. When looking for a clean table (I had all of them to choose from) I could see the swipes indicating they had been wiped, but they were not clean. Food took a while to make. My hubby's fries certainly didn't look like the promo posters in the window let's say (fewer and broken). My power bowl was good to average. But to me, atmosphere means a lot, right up there with cleanliness, so I'll stick with two stars. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is filthy and the service is awful. My cheesy bean and rice burritos were inedible as the rice was over cooked and very hard. Absolute worst, most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever been to (and that is saying something, because it's taco bell. The building looks derelict. The floor in the back was absolutely covered in food. Do your employees not know how to use a broom? Apparently not. It was a bunch of kids who didn't care about my food or my experience. They got our order wrong. We waited over thirty minutes to get the correct food. Fiest Charra across the street is quicker than that! When I went inside to exchange my incorrect food, I could not believe how absolutely disgusting the building was. They need new managers or owners or something. This Taco Bell location needs a serious renovation and better staffing. As a previous poster noted, the location is run-down, and usually not kept very clean, with dirty windows, floors, etc. The restaurant looks like it was last updated 20+ years ago, with decor falling apart and dingy finishes. The service is often slow as well, but that depends on the time of day and is often unpreditable. I've been in there before when there was a line of customers waiting to be served, while a couple staff members were outside doing "something" with the signs. Really? Noon on a weekday and you're not focused on service?! Other fast food restaurants in town seem able to run a cleaner and more professional operation, so Taco Bell ought to be able to do the same. And one final word ... tray liners would be nice. It's a little sketchy to have my food laying on a tray that might be dirty, or haphazardly wiped with a towel that might or might not be clean. read more

I like Taco Bell! The food is good although sometimes they don't make it right ugh. I don't know how many times I have gotten a spicy tostada and got home to find a MOUNTAIN of beans just plopped down in the middle which made it soggy and it broke in half when I picked it up to try to eat it! Also the sauces ooze out off the tostada and end up in the box. Every once in a while I will get one actually made right though lol nice bean coverage edge to edge, sauces spread evenly over top and a nice helping of lettuce and cheese. I love the DLT's there wish they had a DLT tostada :) Nothing worse than a soggy taco shell or one that breaks into pieces as soon as you take a bite and your topping all fall out which is why I like tostada's better! The box they put them in doesn't really help much with the taco's. Love the food though it tastes good and as the only other "Mexican" joint in town is NASTY a$$ Fiesta Charra I'll take Taco Bell any day! read more
