OK, so we start off by saying it is a brand new Taco Bell in a brand new strip mall area. So the building is clean and new. It is the staff that makes this one better than the others I have dealt with. They are engaging and fun to talk to you. We recently moved to this area, and have not eaten at a Taco Bell in years, so the menu took some time for us to process. They were helpful, asking for a description of what I remembered, and pointing out where it is now. There are no surprises about Taco Bell, the only real surprise is how great the people are. Now with this coronavirus crap going around, all we can use is the drive-through, and they are just as serviceable here as they were actually inside dealing with them face-to-face. read more

I used to frequent this taco bell location, touted it the best taco bell I'd ever been to. Over the last year, it has consistently let me down. I am a person of habit. Always ordering the same thing. It keeps it simple. I tend to drive through dunnigan at least once every 2-3 months. Often times looking forward to stopping at the Taco Bell. But the entirety of this last year after four consistent failures I have stopped going to this location. The last one being the worst. Usually I order my food and get back on the interstate quick as I can as I have a long drive. This time I decided I would check the order before getting out of the parking lot past the tesla charging station. Lo and behold my order was wrong again. So I went back through the drive-thru I explained at the menu that the order was wrong and told them what I wanted. When I got to the window they told me what the total was to purchase the items that I assumed they were replacing. They did not replace them they made new ones and sold them to me and then said sorry for the misunderstanding before this should be the correct order. I don't want nor expect anything for free I just wanted what I ordered and not to pay for more things. But instead I got to pay for the wrong items as well as the ones I wanted and so I had four items that I did not want and ended up throwing out at the ampm nearby. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I felt. As for the restaurant it's quality has dropped significantly. What used to be clean, professional, and pleasant, has turned into another stop off the interstate that you hope has toilet paper and pray that the toilet is working, truly disappointing. I come here once or twice a month when I come to this side of town, for about a year now, and when I say Everytime I come here I mean EVERYTIME they have nothing but attitude. Like girl be so fr, you work at Taco Bell. Put the sauce in the bag and smile. read more

Base my review of not being a huge fan of fast food but when you're in rural cali then deal with it. Kiosk order was ok but annoying how menu set up. Ordered a bowl side of fries and it gets put in the bowl? Hmm. There were beans, cabbage m, well seasoned chicken overall ok sauce weird. Friend had tacos. People were nice. read more

Extremely poor service. Workers seem unintelligent, takes ten minutes to give someone an empty cup. They wouldn't fill our online orders because one person was picking up so multiple orders had the same name, like that matters for some reason. Whenever we tried to ask for assistance they'd scurry away and pretend to help orders that weren't even there in the drive through. The food is taco bell you know what you're getting. read more

Saw bad reviews but we had zero complaints. Clean nice and quality food. (We only went through drive thru.)

We had stopped at this Taco Bell on our way to Oregon and the food was alright but the service was really bad and the place was dirty. All the tables were dirty even though it was not busy at all, we were the only ones there and we asked the lady if she can clean the table for us and she said she would but never came to clean it so we had to wipe it off ourselves with some hand sanitizer on a napkin. All the condiments, napkins, and utensils were behind their counter and the employee did not offer us any sauces. Was expecting a crappy Taco Bell, with mediocre food, and bad attitudes. But oh my god no. This sounds so weird, but I will always remember this Taco Bell. The burritos were HOT and LOADED UP. Only needed one to fill me up, compared too 2 or 3. So 1.) the food is fresh and tasty 2.) friendly and fast staff 3.) didn't even have to ask for napkins, and they loaded us up with hot sauce. Terrible customer service!! We came in and the staff blurted out "oh noooo" and what appeared to be the "supervisor" was like "somebody take this ladies order". Was out of most the menu, and when asked what is available, they said everything. We decided to leave without ordering as the staff was rude and not helpful. Was in the drive thru today 12/11/22 and was told to go to Starbucks next door for a hot coffee and decided to walk-in Taco Bell to order the coffee and was served with no problem is the management aware that the drive through staff are recommending other businesses? Best Taco Bell ever. The Crunchwrap supremes were loaded; one was enough to fill you up which never happens. The chips were warm, crunchy, and salty. Also the worker who served us was very friendly and quick. Great place to stop for a bite. read more

Really enjoyed the steak bowl and my husband had the chicken bowl which he also enjoyed very much. Quality ingredients and amazing service. The manager that was on duty in the evening of 12/29/19 was great, he seemed to know and thank all the customers dining in the restaurant. Truly the BEST Taco Bell I have ever been to! read more

Fast service Larger than normal quantities. The lady that made the burritos seemed like she actually cared, didn't just slop the food in. Had a couple of the same burritos with different variations. She took the time to mark which burritos were different instead of just throwing them all in a bag and you have to eat half of them to find out which one is which. Recommend read more

The worst customer service for them just opening. Today I had a little Altercation with the employees. I just wanted him to correct my order and instead right in front of me he turns around to one of the cooks and tells them what had happened. She gets an attitude and And puts her hands out like if it's not a big deal what if I was allergic to Tomatoes ?? Then my moms order was messed up as well she had asked for no onion and again Jesus turns back around to his cook and tells them this one is not my fault when I'm still standing there. What happened to saying yes to the guess and just fixing it with nothing being said and I would have to waste 5mins of my time doing this stupid bad comment.
