I'm only giving this location at 4195 Chambers 1 star because of poor customer service. I have been ordering the 3 tacos special and substituting black beans for the beef for years and without any issue until I've come here. Twice I've been charged and that's not coreect. It's not adding to taco, which is understandable but merely substituting the beef out. I asked this last time for a refund and the employee behing the counter said no, that's how it's done. Speaking with the shift lead was no help. Supposedly no one here has been there more than six months and no one knows how to do this transition. Funny thing, the location on Tower and GVR knows how to do it. Nope, I won't be back. Besides the other location is cleaner and remodeled. read more

i said hello - no answer. waited for 5 minutes, said hello louder, then comes on a girl asking what we wanted. i said water, she said no, i laughed cuz what do u mean no - i thought she was joking, then she mocked me and i said wait are u joking? and she said no since you "raised your voice" then continued to cuss me out. so i did back. anyways, fuck that bitch and also not answering my calls for complaints is crazy. dont ever buy food from these scallywags ‍ read more

Went late at night and had quick great service. They were friendly and efficient. Out of some things but still had plenty

I placed an order on the app, arrived to check in at the drive thru, was told "Your order has been cancelled, have a nice night." Not offered anything in exchange, not asked if I would like something else. While cars were still in front of me getting there order I pulled up the app to look for the next closest Taco Bell on my way home. I then had two girls come out knock on my window flicking me off and cussing at me for sitting in front of the speaker all while cars were still in front of me. read more

I would advise management to take a look into the night crew that worked on night of 8-1-17, but that would mean they care about the place. Reading other reviews after, guess they don't. Was told $6 something on intercom, then told 7 something at window. When questioned her about it, lady rolled her eyes and took card out of my hand. Opened bag to find potato burrito missing. Taco was missing a lot of lettuce. Also was given 16 hot packets for my 1 meal. Employee theft and employee waste. Excellent employees. read more

This has been our neighborhood Taco Bell for over 10 years and I am so frustrated with their terrible customer service. We believe in supporting our local businesses, but I've finally decided to cut this Taco Bell off. We are a family of 8 and when I need a quick, fast and cheap meal, I often go there because we have 2 vegans and 1 vegetarian & we can all get something to eat. Our Taco Bell has finally lost my loyalty. I'm so tired of picking up a large order and get home to find that something is missing or not right. We sometimes get the Grande Meals with 10 tacos and burritos + extras. However, almost every time I order 5+ burritos they only give us a small amount of beans; they were not burritos, they were bean flavored tortillas. It happened so often that I started asking/reminding them to make sure they give us the normal amount of beans. Which rarely help. Today, my large order included 2 bean burritos with no cheese or onion - they had cheese I had to get back in my car and go back to get what I ordered. I am writing this review while I am eating my bean flavored tortillas that I waited too long for not did I receive an adequate apology. Which leads me to the point that given the many times (I can't even guesstimate, there have been so many) I've had to return for a correction, not one time have I been offered a discount or a coupon for a future visit for any inconvenience caused to me - not one time. I kept hoping they would hire some good managers, but they have incredibly high turnover & I have yet to see a team that looks like they were well trained and managed in a way to provide consistently friendly & good customer service. I'm tired of waiting in the drive through line sometimes over 20 minutes before getting our food. I'm tired of driving up and seeing a taped sign on the order box that says, 'Cash Only' A couple times we HAD to go through the Drive Through as they locked all the doors because they didn't have enough people working. Im usually a easy going and patient person, but I'm tired of dealing with this Taco Bell. It will be an inconvenience to go to a different Taco Bell, but I'm done. read more

Did not receive multiple portions of delivery, this has occurred on more than one occasion.

Stopped by to get some freezies during happy hour. Gave her 20 bucks and left with 22.56.

Everyone sat in the drive thru waiting to order because they didn't have any signs up saying they were closed. Lights were all on, couple of empty cars in the parking lot. The first couple of people in front me in the drive thru sat there and kept yelling at the box. When I pulled up, the menu board was falling apart and their screen was broken (it's been like that for a while), and I said hello a couple of times and pulled forward. The window had one small sign that said "WERE CLOSE"...not closed, but CLOSE! At least put a damn sign up on your broken ass order screen so people pulling into the drive thru don't sit there and waste gas for someone to answer. read more

Ordered a Beefy potatorito and she said they do not have that yet. Asked why it was in the menu then she said we have other boxes. Told her I did not want a box I just wanted two $1.00 potatoritos. She said we don't have that: I said ok so the. Do you still have a potato burrito. She said actually it's the cheesy potato burrito. I said ok so since there's less meat can you charge me the dollar for two of those. She said we can't do that and that they will have the potatoritos up tomorrow maybe. Every mobile order is canceled without explanation, even when made only 10 minutes before I get there. Very frustrating when it takes 2/3rds of my lunch break just to get there and back just to find out I don't get lunch now. Worst Taco Bell I've ever seen read more

Terrible service, rude employees, literally gave me tortillas with barely any food in them. Only put meat and a sprinkle of cheese in my burrito supreme. Barely put anything in my cheesy gordita crunch, the quesarito had like 3 pieces of shredded chicken and a sprinkle of cheese. The tacos had pretty much a spoonful of meat, a sprinkle of cheese and hardly any lettuce. When I say a sprinkle, I mean like you get just enough cheese to know they put some, but there's hardly any on there. Do not eat here. Don't waist your money on the not even half assed service and food. 10/10 would recommend anywhere or anything else. read more

Ok So here I am giving Taco Bell 4 stars. Taco Bell is Taco Bell right. The reason is the customer service I received last Saturday night. I purchased a to-go order. I got to my hotel and I was missing certain key items. Tired, I returned, explained my problem, and asked for the rest of my order. In addition I wanted to buy a few more items. Well, the lady apologized, and replaced my missing pieces. She also made my new order. She again apologized and wished me goodnight. She would not take any money for the extra items I was picking up and explained, that since I had to drive back, it was on her. I hope her manager realizes that in this day and age, the customer service this women exhibited is rare and Taco Bell is lucky to have her as an employee. Thank you. read more

Never get very good customer service at this Taco Bell by my home. Also; they really need to update their menu... I tried to order a caramel apple empanada as I stared at the option on the menu, and the lady informed me that they haven't served those in a really long time. Horrible. Also, the wait time in the drive thru is very long at this location. It's supposed to be "fast food"... read more

Just a word of advice, make sure you check your order before leaving this place. There has not been one time where they have gotten my order right. The last time I Went they had forgotten two of my items and my drink. My fault for not checking and thinking everything was in the bag that they had already sealed. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is decent at least read more

The guy running the drive thru at approx 11:50pm on 11/18/17 needs an attitude adjustment. He was very rude when I was placing my order, when I got to the window, no hello, no welcome, just took my card and handed me my order and didn't say a word. Not a thank you, not a good evening, nothing. No idea what his name is as he was not wearing a name tag but he should be more friendly towards customers. Also the wait time was ridiculous. 15 min from the time I pulled up to the location to the time I drove away from the window. The only reason I'm giving two stars on this review is because my order was correct and it tasted good. read more

Total operational meltdown. The dining room and Long John Silvers portion of the business were both closed at 1 PM due to only two employees showing up for work and the two employees were both visibly sick.
