I like this Taco Bell for the occasional Taco Bell fling but I don't like going in. It's always something with them. Last time, there was some argumentative drama going on between the staff spilling over into the front of house. In the fracas, they forgot to give us a drink cup and when I went back and asked for it, that somehow translated into meaning somebody else stole or picked up my order [my daughter] and I wanted them to remake it. She was impatient and basically didn't listen to anything I was saying, scowled, and went about remaking my order anyway ignoring me until she threw it on the counter forgetting the drink cup again. Overall, their customer service was great. I will definitely give them that. But when I asked for easy beans on my bean and cheese burrito, they gave me extra beans. Not so cool. It was so full of refried beans i could not taste NOR see one iota of beef. What about the onions, cheese, tomatoes ? Smashed within the beans so intensely I could not identify nor taste. I miss the old style Taco Bell building of the pasted, also miss the Bellbeefer and Enchirito, but today I was hungry and was in the Elkcam area so I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal to go. I ordered the Taco and Burrito Supreme combo meal with an iced tea. A few years back these two items would fill you up but today, I really don't understand why they call them supreme due to the smaller portions. The person taking my order was polite and got my order correct the food tasted good, actually not like as in the past, less ingredient amounts and at a smaller portions. I have been to this Taco Bell 2 times in the last 2 months, they have really ramped up there service! The line is not long like it used to be, the food is great, my order has been 100% correct with nothing missing, the woman who handed me my drink even took the time to fill it all the way to the top when it wasn't and without me asking, I spent a max of 5 mins in the drive through! We got some burritos in the drive thru on Thursday 8/11/22 and ate them at home. While I was eating one I bit into something and found that it was a staple. I called the Taco Bell in Deltona where I got it from and spoke to Nicky the shift lead. He proceeded to tell me that couldn't have happened because they don't have staples in Taco Bell. He dismissed my issue and told me in the 2 years he's worked there nothing like this has ever happened. He was infuriating. I called the corporate complaint line and spoke with Jay and she told me a District Manager would contact me. I have never had anyone reach out to me. As you have probably noticed from the reviews, this restaurant is really hit or miss. It really depends on the time of day; if you come here during dinner service, you might want to drive to Orange City instead. We made an online order on Friday, November 16. We arrived at 6:00PM and had our order finalized and in the system at about 6:10. Our niece came with us. She ordered hers at the counter. Her order was ready (although had items that were incorrect) at 6:06PM. So around 6:36 PM and our food wasn't up yet, my wife asked the clerk what the hold up was, while I sat and watched our newborn. We ordered: 3 value items for myself, and a chalupa box, NOTHING custom or complicated/special order. It should have been a very easy and quick to prepare order. We both have low blood sugar, so the wait was already starting to make me nauseous. During our wait, we witnessed a very loud worker complaining and about half a dozen disgruntled customers complaining about the wait and their order being wrong. At first the clerk tried to make the excuse that we had to notify them at checkout we had an online order. I noticed what was really going on, in order to catch up on orders they were pushing the orders off the screen to focus on orders they could make quickly, until our order was completely pushed off the screen. Somewhere way after 7PM we finally got our food. At this point we could have went to Orange City and ordered food twice and eaten twice in the amount of time this order took to prepare. I really don't see going back there again anytime real soon. It is a shame too, this location is just around the block from us. So if you really want to throw the dice in both order accuracy and service, then I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant - heck misewell keep it exciting right?!? But if you want consistent service and accuracy, I suggest you skip this store all together, at least until they do some housecleaning or re-training. I really hope the manager reads this review. I don't make it a habit to complain, but this store was so bad it actually warranted me contacting corporate, which I try to never do. EDIT: Just a quick sidenote too, the drivethru is probably one of the worst ones I have EVER seen, thats why we park and order to go. Also they have a habit of closing early or just ignoring you at the drivethru when its late at night. Its so bad, I honestly stopped even trying to use their drivethru service. read more

I've been in food service for over 20 years, I can count on my hands the food service workers I've encountered who go above and beyond. I had the pleasure of personally being taken care of by Peyton (shift leader) when I walked in the this place was busy! Before I knew her name I seen this lady moving around helping out wherever she was needed. Then she would come out wipe a few tables and do a quick sweep. For a Taco Bell the ambiance was fresh and clean. That made me feel more comfortable about where and what I was eating. I waited a while due to the business being busy but no longer then 10 min. After placing my order and receiving it I noticed I was short a few items but before I could even say anything Peyton promptly asked me what I was missing and personally had my whole order remade! FRESH! Like wow even for Taco Bell standards this food was GOOOOOD! Peyton THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this experience one to remember even after being in the industry for over 20 years it's great to see Leaders like Peyton who take their job to heart and provide the best service to every guest. My family and I have frequented this location around two times per month over the last couple years. REGULARLY, the staff forgets an item or two (most frequently the cinnamon twists). Since the roll out of the mobile app, I've been using that method to order, since it takes a person (variable) out of the equation, and provides less of a chance of order error. Even doing that, the store routinely forgets items or sauces. The quality of food has always been good, which is the only reason we keep going back. Once I receive my food in the drive through, I usually sit there until I verify that all my food is in the bag. Our last visit on 12/27/2021, I checked the bag, saw the cinnamon twists, and what appeared to be the rest of my order, and since there was a line backing up in the drive through, I pulled away without verifying every item. When I got home, one of my burritos was literally open at the bottom of the bag. The nachos were soggy and were disgusting. And apparently I should have checked, because I was missing items. It doesn't end there. I went back to the store. I was told that because the order was placed through the mobile app, they couldn't refund the order. I was directed to contact customer service through the app. No number was available, so after submitting my mobile complaint, I found an 800 number for customer care on the internet. He took all my information, and indicated that I would hear something back in the next five business days. Here we are over three weeks later, and nothing. I contacted the store today, and spoke with a female who identified herself as the general manager. She indicated that per Taco Bell policy, they could not provide a refund, and directed me to contact 1-800-TACOBELL. Guess who doesn't open until 8:00 Pacific Time. I'm done with this horrible store. If I want Taco Bell in the future, I'll drive to a location that isn't garbage. read more

Probably the most expensive place you can go to when it comes to fast food. $10 or more for ANY meal. But the quality is better and more consistent than any major fast food chain you can go to. This is one of the Best Taco Bells I've been to. Fast friendly service!!! Foods always fresh and hot. Dining rooms always clean and trash is never overflowing like you see in most restaurants. You can even see the work area and it's nice and clean. If not it will be they clean as they go here. Try the breakfast menu. My favorites are the am crunchwrap with sausage and the flat bread sausage. I grab a coffee and hashbrown to go with my meal and i'm full. Price is very reasonable. Sorry McDonalds but Taco Bells my favorite now. read more

I went to the taco Bell on Enterprise and ordered my normal chicken nacho box and a PLAIN GROUND BEEF BURRITO W EXTRA ONIONS and this woman gave me a beef and bean burrito then upcharged me for it!
