Food was good but the use of AI is crazy. The whole time through the order I didn't talk to a person, just AI. I get to the window after being frustrated with the ai and get told (by who I'm assuming is a manager) that the workers can hear what is said to it and to be more respectful to it. Respectful to the ai hahahaha. Employ another person dude. I know a Taco Bell by the ocean brings in enough revenue to have enough staff to not use that AI and keep up with the extra taco an hour of wage increase per employee. So I picked another item and was told the same thing. then the employee said well thank you and didn't want to help me anymore! I said hello help please and I tried to order a non boxed item and asked to sub a hard taco for a soft taco and again was told no and they don't do subs. We had two orders in the same car but the ai stopped working we waiting about 5 minutes for a person to say something and they never did so we pulled forward and figured we would just tell them at the window we had another order. There was 2 cars in front of us and we ended up waiting 55minutes to get to the front window at this point Evan told us we needed to come inside to get our food so we went inside and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the food. When we got inside i asked Evan how long it would take for my order to be done and he just walked away. Our other order everything was wrong in it so we again went up to Evan and told him about this issue and again he just looked walked away. After over an hour of being there we finally got our food. Horrible customer service. And this worker Evan is such a horrible worker I have never experienced that bad of customer service in my life. Good lord, first of all, me, my boyfriend, his friend , and brother went to Taco Bell and when I went up to order I got an automated ai robot attendant, we ordered nacho fries, a baja blast freeze, a grilled cheese burrito, a cantina chicken quesadilla, and a crunch wrap supreme. The screen came up with everything expect the quesadilla and when we tried to add jr to the order it said our order is ready and to go to the window. So when we went to the window they wouldn't let us add it to our order and they were actually assholes and high out of their minds. They gave us NOTHING from our Oder and said there is nothing they can do. Our order was supposed to be like 25-30 dollars and I payed almost 40. Absolutely awful experience. Every single item in our order was wrong. The bathroom was filthy. Meanwhile, a group of female employees were sitting right outside the front door on the curb, openly vaping weed pens like it was their living room. Over 30 minute wait even though I ordered through the app. I Went to see if my order was done because I thought the app wasn't updating and they had the door locked and nobody would let me in even though I selected in store pick up. Waited a few minutes and my husband went to try. The man told him they're no longer doing in store pick ups and to go through the drive through even though They had other people in there waiting to pick up... the drive through didn't move much at all for over 45 minutes We asked to cancel our order and we were told there's nothing they could do in store and to cancel through the app. I didn't see anywhere on the app to cancel I don't recommend coming to this location. read more

I will never come back, I waited behind 2 cars in the drive through for 25 minutes, when I got to where I ordered they said "I'll be right with you" after 5 minutes I started asking "hello?" After a minute of this I drove up to the window, I waited there for 5 minutes before someone appeared and started taking the person behind me's order. I got their attention and they looked confused, when I told them about this experience they finally took my order, I drove up to the second window and waited 10 minutes, then I finally got my order. Ok, what to say about the Taco Bell that we visited along our road trip. We were looking for a quick bite and this was our opportunity to get our fill on fast food joints where we hardly ever visit. Apparently there's an app online where you can get your order in early but unfortunately this still required us to pull into the drive through to confirm before they fill the order you already paid for online. Either way, the burrito, chalupa and soft shelled taco really hit the spot after a long day of driving. Service was quick and I'm not sure if I would necessarily be looking for "attitude" when being served at a Taco Bell but I thought service was great. Had a fun experience tonight. I order from there a few times a week. It's been a good place to eat rarely is there a mess up and usually easy fix. Tonight order 7 items went down picked them up. I got half way home and realized something was missing. Turned around went back got the item. Got home actually opened the items to find not one item was made right. Not only was every item made wrong but the extra topping they charge you for was nowhere to be found. I'm not making a third trip all the way down there so it all went in the trash. Went on app to let someone know they need some better training or something and I find out that the app won't actually let you contact them. It says it will it asks a bunch of questions and about 10 mins of filling it all out you hit submit and it says this page cannot be found. I can understand mistakes but after seeing that you are literally stopped from contacting them I'm done. I will not go back to any taco bell now. Anyways good luck to anyone going here. I don't even know where to start... every once in a great blue moon, I decide I'm going to attempt Crescent City's Taco Bell. I have never, I do mean NEVER, gotten a correct order. Having recently downloaded this App, I decided to state my piece of mind. Starting in the drive-thru: an extremely long wait for "fast food" 25 minutes total, there were 2 cars ahead of me. The talons on the window girl had even my child questioning sanitation. As she takes my card, and kept it for 3 minutes, she asks if I'd like sauce, then before I can reply, begins speaking to another employee. Eight minutes later our food arrives. Nacho Bell Grande: someone dumped every ingredient in the middle, I got it home, every chip that touched sour-cream, nacho cheese, meat, and what I assumed were beans left over from a month ago (Dry, white, crusty flakes) were a soggy mess. Please eat with a straw. The chips that manages to escape the pile of crap in the middle were stale. 2 bean burritos, 1 ground beef burrito: fine, they're whatever. All burritos wrapped the same, had to pull them all apart and STILL could not tell which was the beef, they put beans in it after they said they did not. Finally tempted fate and had to bite into each burrito. The one that tasted like sand, that was the ground beef. 1 Small Sierra Mist: this is soda. To start with, it did not get into the car. The rate at which the window-girl handed me back my card and eventually the food, the only thing I could do was PRAY she was not handling food. Her dragon-claws did not look well put together, nor clean. I was glad to be leaving, until my child mentioned the soda. Into the "restaurant": keep on mind, I know I'm not getting a fine dining experience. I'm appeasing the palate of children. I ask the girl at the register for our soda, show receipt, and wait. I take a look behind the counter into their open "kitchen" and wonder several things. Who is responsible for picking trash up from the floor? When was the last time the floor had a REAL cleaning? Does Taco-Bell have a uniform requirement for clean uniforms? A few minutes later, we receive our soda, get into the car and leave. Child takes a sip of the soda and gags. There's no syrup. Carbonated water. We ended up eating at Jack In The Box. Maybe we'll try again in a year or so, or just stick to out of town TacoBells.
