The outdoor patio was a great place to relax, with a DJ providing live music and a fun atmosphere. I ordered the house margarita, and it was excellent--fresh, flavorful, with just the right touch of spice. We were planning to stay for lunch, but the Colorado weather had other ideas. Out of nowhere, gale-force winds, rain, lightning, and thunder rolled in. We quickly placed a to-go order for two tacos, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Despite the wind whipping through the open kitchen, they cheerfully prepared our food and got us on our way. By the time we made it back to our campsite, the tacos were still warm and absolutely delicious. We only wish the weather had cooperated because we would have happily stayed longer--and I definitely would have ordered another margarita. Great food, friendly service, and a memorable stop. We'll definitely return the next time we're in the area.
