We eat at this Taco Bell at least 2 times a month for over a year. It's one of our kiddo's favorite go-to spots. The service here has been consistently decent, even though ordering is driven by a kiosk, the staff is quick to give us our beverage cups whereas at other places we frequently have to ask. The orders have been right 95% of the time. One time they forgot a salsa, another time they put lettuce on our kiddo's taco. Parents with picky eaters will know what I mean . Best of all the lobby and restrooms have been well maintained. They aren't always spotless, but they are clean. Cheers to the manager for hiring a solid crew. read more

Best fast food experience I have had in awhile okay I don't eat fast food often but my SO called in a panic saying he tried to get service at another location and gave up. This store has always served good food. If you like Taco Bell, you'll be happy with the food. The service can be very hit and miss. Some of the drive thru employees are friendly and very awesome. Some....not so much. There are two young ladies that need to find a job that doesn't involve working with customers. Just plain unfriendly and borderline discriminatory. Food is made very poorly. I ordered 4 of the same item and they only managed to get the steak on one corner of the Crunchwrap, not to mention there was hardly any steak on the crunch wraps to begin with, only my last bite had steak on it. They asked me if I wanted to donate to charity, when I said no the person working the drive thru then became very rude and when she handed my food she just said "here" and just slammed the door before I could reply. She also didn't seal my bag properly and just handed me an open bag. read more

Stopped at this location on July 3rd at 11:58pm. Small line was formed. A young woman by the name of Shyannah took our order. I know there was probably a 100 other places she would have rather been other than work. She greeted us with a warm chipper welcome. Its rare now day. She just made our night before a long ride home back up to Duluth. This young lady deserves a shout out and some recognition. Keep up the great customer service. You will go far. This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in my life I went through the drive-through I spent $20 for togo food asked for fire sauce they missed that and one of the items that I ordered and I waited 18 minutes in the drive thru line for them to mess up my order after I got home I drove back went to talk to a manager which an individual said he's a Manager but he was not the person that was at the window at the drive thru after a few minutes the worker in the drive they came up and apologized for missing what I ordered and also wanted to give me a free taco coupon I said I didn't want it anything I just wanted to bring it to there attention! After I was walking out I got In my car and I saw a customer laughing at the situation! I don't usually do this but I walked back in and said to the customer.Has this happened to you? She laughed and in a minute this individual walks out of the back behind the counter it looked like a dishwasher and she says I'm the manager I said OK I said what's your name she said I'm not gonna tell you I said no problem what's your first name I'm not gonna tell you that I said Why? I said call the police it's totally poor business to have someone represents a business that is not in the role and knows how to interact with people that are paying customers I will never ever ever be back to another Taco Bell or any one of Yum's companies in my life I don't want anything I never asked for anything the person that came out of the back was rude and disgusting and should be educated on how to treat paying customers that pay for their wages! read more

Workers in here literally getting paid to act closed lol. Free money for them I guess. Night crew is constantly disappearing and acting closed in order to stay on the clock and not work. Brand new Taco Bell is now open, awesome location. I prefer taco bell over a lot of the other places, the staff is much friendlier than the competition. My first visit to this new location was quick & speedy which I wasn't really expecting since the place just opened. Food was alright, nothing to write home about it's Taco Bell after all. That said they do have a mobile ordering app which I haven't tried at any Taco Bell but it's a good idea to make fast food even faster. Nice new building and they didn't mess up my order. Easier to get to this location than the Taco Bell off of Round Lake. Nice addition to the area. read more

As well as most other Taco Bell's, this location is backed up 10-20 cars every time I go there for DoorDash.. and they always. Always do their best to mess up every order I deliver and when i bring it up, they said "it doesn't matter, just deliver it". It doesn't matter????? You get paid per hour just to blow off every single order you get? And to work nonchalantly making important people wait for god knows how long, I used to nod off to sleep in line with my car turned off... that's how long the wait is. If u want Taco Bell for breakfast, just get in the drivethrough the night before and go to sleep then you'll wake up in line still, to hopefully good workers who can actually make a damn order. You get what you pay for, and they get paid for nothing. read more

I love Taco Bell! I've had good and not so good experienced at this location. When I order breakfast, it's always piping hot/ fresh and super tasty which is great. However, more often times then not- the food my boyfriend orders with no sour cream, tends to still come with sour cream on it. And sometimes the drive-thru line gets crazy long and time worthy. There is an employee that tends to work mornings, she goes by Ms. Char, and she's truly the best! read more

The last time we went the guy dropped our food when handing it through the drive thru and we had to go park and wait for new food. I have been to this location many times, finally thought I should review it. The food is usually a little off tasting compared to other Taco Bell locations I've been to, when ordering the same thing's. There are a few really good employees that work here; vary helpful and kind. However there are many other employees that have left me with a sour taste in my mouth (no pun intended). These few employees have made me reconsider dining at this location, cause of their rude and disrespectful behavior. Such as making random, and odd noises through the drive-through speaker, which made me feel like they were messing with me. I have even been told twice that I couldn't order breakfast here because "the computers don't work properly" which to me sounds a little odd, considering that both times the parking lot was full of cars and the people in front of me in the drive-thru had received their order. I will give them credit where credit is due, the dining room of this restaurant is always tidy, and clean. Furthermore, I feel that I could have received much better customer service, and better quality of food. Also considering I have been to many other Taco Bell locations for the past 26 years, and have never experienced this kind of poor service. To anyone with problems I recommend informing the manager of this store, or even if you would like to take it one step further, there is a complaints page near the bottom of the Taco Bell website, where you can voice your problems/complaints.
