Very rude. I had to repeat my order many time and I know the order taker was getting frustrated. So I offered if I needed to come to the window to complete my order, but there was some kind of snippy comment but I ignored it completely. The food on the other hand, was amazing, my youngest had zero complaints on the food itself, was disappointing she didn't get the berry one (red and blue one and all the sudden diet mnt dew was out for myself) and the spicy soft taco was a bit over weight for what it should have been for it's portion (I'm definitely not complaining!) back of the house, awesome!!! Absolutely terrible almost every visit. I try not to come here but it's the closest Taco Bell to the house. Tonight I ordered a queso sliders box and waited for about 20 minutes for my food, just to get home and be missing both of my tacos that are supposed to come with it. Went in today for 6 tacos, and it had taken them 25min to do this. Everyone is always doing other things. They never take orders at the register they want you to use their machines and do your own order. Minus well, just make everything computerized and get rid of the employees. Then maybe the food will be made faster came in there over 4 months ago and found a metal piece on top of my Mexican pizza I should have turned them in, but I didn't thought I'd give them a second chance but this one needs help with staff. What In the f*** just happened!! Do NOT go to this location. I REPEAT, DO NOT!! I ordered a chicken & cheese quesadilla with green sauce. I had it Door Dashed as I'm at work. I proceeded to eat the cold quesadilla for one, bc I'm pregnant & starving, two, I can't leave my site. I didn't have time to bring lunch due to the snow this morning & my commute. Had I known what would have happened, I would have been an hour late to avoid this disaster. I ate a good amount while on my computer working only to taste something off. This is crazy I went in to get a nacho fry box combo and the chalupa that came with it was nothing but lettuce, and then the 5 layer burrito was all nacho cheese and barely any meat. And the person at the window was rude didn't say a word just threw the food and closed his window so if you want to know about the service let's just say it's not great. This Taco Bell is terrible. Maybe the worst. They still get two stars though, because it's still Taco Bell. So it's delicious. They are always severely understaffed. To the point where they can't operate. I've gone in for a soft taco before and told it would be at least 30 minutes because they were short staffed. They hold the drive thru line, allowing only one person in at a time, so it's not unlikely to sit at the order box for 10-15 minutes before they say they're ready for your order. If you're lucky enough to actually get food, it will be scant for filling. Barely any meat, cheese, or lettuce at all. Might as well just run across the street and get a bag of tortillas at King Soopers, because that's what their tacos taste like. Will still come here all the time because I'm a fiend. read more

Would give zero star if I could. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. Went to Taco Bell on my lunch break at work. When my coworker and I entered Taco Bell there was only one person waiting in line. Should be a quick trip, right!? Wrong, ordered our food, waited about 25 minutes(we have to get back to work and have already paid) I finally ask where my food is. After the lady(I don't have a name, she wasn't wearing a name tag) told us she didn't see our orders, she miraculously found them and started to make our order. After about another 15 minutes we finally get our. She throws our bag on the counter, does say sorry for the wait. She doesn't say anything. I asked her for some fire sauce because there was none at the self serve. She rolls her eyes at me, comes back with a handful of sauce and slams it on a box sitting on the counter. Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever encountered. There food was under cooked and cold. All in all this was a 60 minute trip to Taco Bell for bad food and even worse customer service. The absolute rudest along with never getting your order right not willing to give you a refund when you call corporate they tell you they're sorry, but they will not do anything to remedy the food that got screwed up or any money being given back to you and I love Taco Bell but this store is the the absolute worst. Trash. I asked for extra flavor if possible and it taste like they added hot water to cold coffee. WORST coffee I've had in my life. Literally black would have been better. Quesadilla was just as cold as the hot coffee I ordered. WHY do I continue to go to this Taco Bell! It's ALWAYS SOMETHING and owner/cooperate office doesn't care! The employees don't seem to know the menu. In addition, two employees were speaking to me while I was ordering. When I left I pulled up the menu on the mobile app and confirm what I wanted was still on the menu. I went back and requested to speak to a manager. General Manager "Judith" informed me that she had been listening the whole time to all of the interactions. GM Judith proceeded to provide me with my $2.19 refund, but only after she stood there arguing with me that I said the wrong thing both times! I DID say the correct thing the 1st time, but I don't need a lecture from GM Judith for a $2.19 refund! This is my favorite guilty pleasure when I'm heading home from a late night at work. For under $8, I can get enough yummy food to completely gorge myself, have ample leftovers, and induce chest pains. The people there have always been ridiculously nice to me. One night, I got there about 10 minutes before they were closing. The door was unlocked, they let my guy and me stay there and eat, and they didn't even lock the door while we were still in there in order to keep other people from coming in. One star off for location. I live in downtown Denver, and the traffic light situation in Commerce City was almost enough to make me never come back after my first visit. If you're making a late-night trip and trying to get to Vasquez afterwards, my advice is to go around the back and get on Dexter rather than getting on 60th. I waited through 4 light rotations without getting a green and eventually ran the light because there was no other way out and the smell of my food was making me ravenous. read more

The last time I went here was about two days ago, around 11pm. We ordered some burritos, tacos, drinks, and a chalupa. We sat in line, waiting to pay but realized - I had meant to get two. One chalupa is too little. We get up to the window and ask the teenage girl if we can get a second one. And she goes "No, because we are already onto our next order!" ... What? Never in my life had I been told that. Did she mean that it's too hard to put the contents together and throw it in the bag? It surely isn't that hard. Nor did the tone need to be so awful.
