Understaffed, waited 30 minutes for an online order, kids take the fast out of fast food

Food is cold, pay extra for something and don't get it. A steak quesadilla with all sauce, they forgot the cheese and gave me one slice of steak in the corner piece only. No fork and no napkins. What a waste of money! Won't ever spend money at this Taco Bell again. read more

Third time is the charm... or so they say. Came here, AGAIN and didn't order much seeing that I probably wouldn't get much of my order anyway and wasn't completely disappointed which was a surprise going of its track record of things. Didn't go in cuz it was late and the whole building is about as clean as a public bathroom. The nacho fries I got were so unbelievably MID, like if they were just a little more crunchier I would've given 2 star, I really was feeling generous but the fries just killed it for me read more

My wife and I just got the worst chalupas of our live here. Also the worst hard shell regular tacos. They must have made them the night before and microwaved them for us shortly after they opened the next day. When I called to tell them they were rude . Wish I could give minus stars. read more

This used to be a favorite breakfast place, but they don't do breakfast anymore. That is a shame since breakfast was the best thing they made here. We didn't find out they had stopped selling breakfast till we went through the line, they should but up a sign! read more

Sat in line for 15 minutes. They just shut the lights off and didn't say a word and left us sitting there after serving every other customer. Didn't say a word about closing and completely ignored us. Didn't come through on the speaker box even as a courtesy to say they were closing and couldn't take our order. This is the same review for KFC since they are one in the same (or so it seems) Wow, never knew fast food took 30 minutes that's ridiculous! Asked for manager and she would not come out sent another kid out. I get it you're busy but really 30 minutes to GET your food. I don't know why Taco Bell combined with KFC at locations because we've been to several throughout the state of Michigan and there is always some kind of issue. Only reason for two stars is they finally got smart when we left and let people know it would take 30 minutes for food. read more

The last 3 times I have gone there is a very unhappy rude lady in window 2. She never says please, thank you or anything that is even close to being considered nice. She literally takes your order with an attitude. After you pay she opens the window and shoves your food out the window at you! Never saying a word! Then slamming the window. The second time my order was wrong and I had to honk the horn and knock on the window! She was standing there but wouldn't look at me! So frustrating! very disappointed every time I come to this Taco Bell/KFC. We ordered inside and it took 20 minutes to receive our food, all while we watched several drive thru orders go out long after we ordered. Taco Bell married KFC and this is their love child. A bizarre experience to drive up and see both menus. If you don't know what you want, it is going to make it tougher, if you do know what you are "craving," you may have some buyer's remorse, which, considering it is fast food, you will probably have anyway at some point. Service was fast, Doritos Loco taco, or whatever it is called, was sort of interesting, but did not quite agree with me later. Again, fast food, it is what it is. The location makes it a quick on and off the highway, which is a plus when you don't have time to kill and just want to get where you are going. read more

So I go here often and shouldn't expect a ton with fast food but this is more to help them out if anyone read the yelp reviews. Generally I sit in the drive through quite a while, got a chicken sandwich from KFC that was super dry and tough, have had to go back to get food that wasn't in the bag(should've checked), but I've also had good experiences and everything was perfect and fresh. No a bad place but sometimes it's hot or miss. One thing I really wish, was that TB had breakfast at this location. read more

A few buddies and I were making our yearly 86 mile journey on foot to Higgins Lake to honor my late great uncle Steven. My impaired friend Thomas lost his unruly guide dog and we were in a panic trying to catch him. As our pursuit brought us past this Taco Bell, some gracious employees came out to help in this dire situation. The cashier Tony came out and scooped Thomas' dog Charlie right before he trotted in front of an oncoming semi truck. After this fiasco, the well earned meal was prepared efficiently and it was delicious. 5 out of 5 stars. Give Tony a promotion. read more

Tropical setting, easy entrance, clean. Staff friendly restaurant busy. I ordered two chicken burritos and ice tea.

This is the best Taco Bell (Also kfc) location I've ever had. I had quite the large order feeding a car full of boys on a road trip and the employees were so nice and helpful. They did every modification and were super fast. Also sold us a 1/2 gallon bag of the Baja blast which made my boys ecstatic. Amazing workers, food and location. read more

I'm giving it a two star just to be nice I didn't get 2 items and it's not nice of them to be cheap and scam me for $5 yes you be saying it's only $5 but when you say you will do something and saying you will do something for someone that's a promise that they broke and I don't like people when they break promises especially when I'm losing money for it :) read more

Service is EXTREMELY slow. Minimum wait time on any given day is at least 20 minutes, staff is rude and unprofessional. On today's visit I was pretty much called a liar because part of my order was missing, they asked for my bag back which is a fast food restaurant no no, then I could hear the girl in the window saying how she had to remake the whole blank blank order... yeah not impressed!
