Wish I could give zero stars, I've been standing here for over 15 minutes and the employees refuse to help me or even talk to me they help every other customer in line but me, this is absolutely ridiculous, came in here and stood up front waiting and they just look at me and walk away and ignore me completely. Never go here if you expect service cause you won't get it! read more

Food was decent, but the cashier Meranda who was working the drive-through refused to speak to me. I don't know her, but her customer service skills suck. Please get somebody that at least will speak to the customers. read more

This was a drive thru order. I order 3 Doritos tacos supremes. I wanted extra sour cream. Easy enough ... I get home and open my first taco. This was no where near a supreme. I had brown lettuce and hamburger...that's it! I open my next taco ... it had brown lettuce, hamburger meat and a bit cheese. Then I open my final taco.. well this one had hamburger meat, a few tomato's and maybe a sprinkle of cheese and I think that being generous. I emailed corporate. They said the manager would get ahold of me.. I am not looking for free food, just wanted the manager to now how they are making the food. The manager did call, apologized and said that next order was free and I politely declined. I said I just wanted you to know. So that's that. I stand by my rating . read more

I'm here to tell you all that this Taco Bell is pretty good. I love Taco Bell. I have a favorite Taco Bell -this one isn't it, sorry- and I can tell you that this one is definitely pretty good. read more

Had to give one star because you couldn't leave zero stars. This place is awful. Never get the correct food or all of your food. They have a person stealing money and accusing people of not giving the money they gave for their order. I've called to complain, but nothing is really done. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

This taco bell is wack, I'll go to any others but I'm done with this one. I've had a couple bad experiences there but most recently, I ate there with my sister (dine in) & there was a dead bug on that serving plate they put your tacos on. Also the coffee machine is always broke lol if you know you know read more

I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. Getting rid of the quesarito was your biggest mistake! lost a valuable customer today. This dish was the only thing that kept me from losing my last shred of happiness. regards, from a clearly devalued customer. read more

They're lobby has been closed for at least 4 months won't even open for door dashers, causing wait times to be extremely long, also won't pay workers a good wage but complains about not having staff read more

This place sucks. They messed up my order, after I clearly said 3 times, Bean&Cheese burrito only, and it's got beef, sour cream, and who knows what else. If 0 stars was an option, that's what I would put. I usually look for the good parts of a resturaunt, but this place has no good parts. read more

Spent 10 minutes in the drive thru at 12:30 when they are open until 1. Nobody would take the order even though several employees were inside. When I drove away a huge part of their curb was the the drive thru section and I hit it with my car. Went to arbys next door and they say it is typical behavior for this taco bell. I will be calling a manager and corporate. read more

This was the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They messed up my order when I ordered two quesadillas, one was supposed to have sauce, the other was not. They gave me two quesadillas with sauce. I politely told them about it and they tried bickering and arguing with me, telling me I was wrong and that I should just eat the quesadilla. I showed them the receipt and everything, and They then argued with me for ten minutes. Finally, they gave me my quesadilla after I showed them that BOTH had sauce. Once I got my quesadilla, without sauce, I was okay, until I saw that 1/4 of my quesadilla had NOTHING on it! They need to work on the fact that the customer is always right. read more

This Taco Bell has to be the worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. They really skimp on your food. Don't go through the drive thru you could easily wait 30 min. They are very and I mean very slow. I really think they don't care about their customers. If I was you drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Taco Bell on Western Ave. You won't go wrong going there. read more

Is there only one person working here?? The drive through on 12/8 at 10:27 was a total joke. Never waited for 4 tacos this long in my life. And I'm only the 4th car. Not acceptable!!!! Should have gone across the street to the taco place. I would have been been back at my hotel 15 minutes ago and comfortable. This totally sucks. It's been 15 minutes and I'm still 2 cars away from the window. I finally drove away without the food and went to the taco place and got my food. Ordered and received the food as I can see I still wouldn't have been to the window yet. read more

Great experience today. Bear in mind, I rarely get excited about fast food and don't expect much service or quality either. But this Taco Bell was outstanding. I was visiting from out of town. Had a frustrating day attempting to locate an item apparently no longer in existence, as well as a mediocre, overpriced Chinese lunch earlier in the day. By the time I was done, I was famished. Nothing really sounded good. It was that kind of day. Just wanted something cheap, fast, portable, and vegetarian. So, Taco Bell it was. The line was long and somewhat slow. By the time I reached the window, I discovered why- my order was perfect! Keep in mind, I requested substitutions on 3 items. Honestly expected them to be screwed up. But no. My soft tacos had beans, no meat. Tortillas were warm, not raw tasting. My potato wrap had bacon left out and was very nicely grilled. It also was stuffed. I even added a forgotten item at the window, which the cashier politely added to my order. So basically, these guys pretty much made my day. Good service, good food. Definitely worth the wait. Great job guys! Thank you. read more

If there wasn't a start to pack I wouldn't pick one. Sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes waiting for my food when I got it it was cold. No one would take the time to go back into the place it's a mass that the health department there I don't know what they were therefore. they need to get it on the stick they need a manager that knows what they're doing evidently the one they have isn't doing a good job. The food look like it was thrown into the into the packaging. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this Taco Bell location. They give you a survey to do but it's a chance to win $500 who gives a crap about $500 they don't really care. read more
