This was a drive thru order. I order 3 Doritos tacos supremes. I wanted extra sour cream. Easy enough ... I get home and open my first taco. This was no where near a supreme. I had brown lettuce and hamburger...that's it! I open my next taco ... it had brown lettuce, hamburger meat and a bit cheese. Then I open my final taco.. well this one had hamburger meat, a few tomato's and maybe a sprinkle of cheese and I think that being generous. I emailed corporate. They said the manager would get ahold of me.. I am not looking for free food, just wanted the manager to now how they are making the food. Spent 10 minutes in the drive thru at 12:30 when they are open until 1. Nobody would take the order even though several employees were inside. When I drove away a huge part of their curb was the the drive thru section and I hit it with my car. Went to arbys next door and they say it is typical behavior for this taco bell. This was the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They messed up my order when I ordered two quesadillas, one was supposed to have sauce, the other was not. They gave me two quesadillas with sauce. I politely told them about it and they tried bickering and arguing with me, telling me I was wrong and that I should just eat the quesadilla. I showed them the receipt and everything, and They then argued with me for ten minutes. Finally, they gave me my quesadilla after I showed them that BOTH had sauce. Once I got my quesadilla, without sauce, I was okay, until I saw that 1/4 of my quesadilla had NOTHING on it! They need to work on the fact that the customer is always right. read more

Great experience today. Bear in mind, I rarely get excited about fast food and don't expect much service or quality either. But this Taco Bell was outstanding. I was visiting from out of town. Had a frustrating day attempting to locate an item apparently no longer in existence, as well as a mediocre, overpriced Chinese lunch earlier in the day. By the time I was done, I was famished. Nothing really sounded good. It was that kind of day. Just wanted something cheap, fast, portable, and vegetarian. So, Taco Bell it was. The line was long and somewhat slow. By the time I reached the window, I discovered why- my order was perfect! Keep in mind, I requested substitutions on 3 items. Honestly expected them to be screwed up. But no. My soft tacos had beans, no meat. Tortillas were warm, not raw tasting. My potato wrap had bacon left out and was very nicely grilled. It also was stuffed. I even added a forgotten item at the window, which the cashier politely added to my order. So basically, these guys pretty much made my day. Good service, good food. Definitely worth the wait. If there wasn't a start to pack I wouldn't pick one. Sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes waiting for my food when I got it it was cold. No one would take the time to go back into the place it's a mass that the health department there I don't know what they were therefore. they need to get it on the stick they need a manager that knows what they're doing evidently the one they have isn't doing a good job. The food look like it was thrown into the into the packaging. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this Taco Bell location.
