Drive thru is absurdly slow after 10pm - which is the only way to order since the dining room is closed. It's taken me 20+ minutes to wait in line-place order-get food on numerous occasions during late night when all they have to do is help one car at a time. Somewhat OK for lunch during the workweek for a quick drive-thru window pickup lunch while on the road, but never go here at night and on weekends when the teenagers and interns are working there at night. They simply don't know, appreciate or appear to have been trained in any basic tenents of customer service. lukewarm to cold food, dirty tables, slow service, slow drive-thru. I like this Taco Bell but I had a very bad experience with an unpleasant employee. This myopic woman rushed me through my order and stared at me while I waited for my food as if I hadn't showered that day. She visited our table while my friends and I began to eat to see if she could take our trash. It felt like an attempt to hurry us out the door. I will return to this Taco Bell because I typically enjoy the service. But watch out for this woman wearing glasses. read more

Fast food? No, you would have your meal quicker if you went to the grocery store, purchased the ingredients, went home and cooked it yourself. I don't know what's wrong with this place but the last two visits have been 30+ minutes each to get meals for two people. First time we went inside, today we waited over a half hour in the drive-thru. There was only one car ahead of us. 30 minutes. The drive-thru girl apologized for the wait, but she was laughing. This place is absolutely awful. I came here once around two weeks ago and they told me they could make my food but I would have to wait 20 minutes because they "ran out of gloves". This is the worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. The lobby is dirty an disgusting. Complete with sticky floors, overflowing trash cans, rank nasty odor and dirty tables. The service was slow, the drive thru seems to be the priority and we waited a while for our order and they even forgot some items! EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF at this particular Taco Bell! I went through the drive-thru window after work and ordered food to bring home to my family. My husband was the only one who wanted soda, so I ordered enough food for a family of four but with only one drink. When I got to the window, the worker said to me, "Is ALL this food just for YOU?" I've been to this location dozens of times. The employees are ALWAYS pleasant. I make a point to let them know of their great service every time I go. I get what I expect when ordering food from fast food places, but Taco Bell seems to fill you up for less $$. read more

I come here periodically and usually everything is good. I love taco bell especially the fire sauce. Tonight was a different story. I arrived after 10. The drive thru line was backed up to where you order but it was either wait or go in wegmans at 10pm. So I placed my order and told myself that beans, chicken and fire sauce are worth it. It took 5 to 10 minutes for each of the three cars ahead to get their food. It appeared that some of the people ahead didn't get the correct items. I ordered two fresco chicken soft tacos and a fresco bean burrito. Normally I only order one taco and one burrito but it was an extra difficult day. When it was finally my turn up at the window, the girl confirmed with me what I ordered. So now i have clearly said chicken twice to them. Well after leaving and driving home I realized they gave me beef instead of chicken. Gross. Not that chicken from taco bell is high quality but I wouldn't feed that nasty beef to my cat. And by the time I left the drive thru was wrapped around even further. Taco bell owes me a half hour of my life back. read more

I got tired of the dirty dining room, the increasing prices and shrinking portions (in contrast to the gross misrepresentation in the menu pictures). The young guy behind the counter asked me for my order which was a sausage crunchwrap, then proceeded to tell me how "Wow, we just ran out of sausage".
