I didn't know what to get so my waiter recommended two of the bollykick tacos (chicken shawarma and chicken tikka) with a side salad and then I saw they had tamarind margaritas so I got one. AMAZING!! The meat in that tacos were so good and my margarita was the perfect ending for a long day of travel! What really got me was just how amazing the service was. I was there pretty close to closing and all the workers were extremely kind and patient with me while they were setting up a party. If I have time, i will definitely be back just because the service was amazing!

Upon arrival, a friendly host found us comfortable booth seating behind the bar. The waitress not only answered our food allergy related questions pertaining to certain dish prep but the manager came over to our table to assure us that she would be double checking our order to make sure there was no allergen cross contamination. Such a kind, thoughtful gesture! Mom and I ordered the sampler to split - a huge tray filed with delish gluten free chips, a delish bowl salsa verde, a delish bowl of homemade guacamole, and a delish bowl of homemade cheese sauce. For my lunch, I got two of my favorite tacos on their menu still, the California Club ones, large tacos filled with roasted chicken, a tasty like crema, and avocado. Not as hungry as I, Mom got an Oy Vey Taco, another longstanding goodie, a brisket based taco, which she enjoyed. Our later than planned Wednesday lunch was perfect.

Service at the counter was friendly; the menu was well laid out. To be fair, you don't come here for traditional Tex/mex. This place is called Birria Broz for a reason. They sell Birria. And the Birria was good. We got three quesabirria tacos with rice and beans, the Birria grilled cheese, and a mixed Birria appetizer platter. The meat was tender and juicy. The consommé was a little under seasoned; it could use a little salt. The house provided hot sauces (red and green) were wonderful. It was not as inexpensive as we thought it would be given the low rent location, but it was a reasonable value for the price charged. Recommended if you need a Birria fix in the Dalton, GA area.
