Had to try the breakfast... it was better than McDonalds breakfast burritos but barely. It was mostly tortilla but at least they toast it. McDonald's is usually dry if not sometimes stale. This location was pretty fast. The egg and sausage was almost identical to McDonalds. I ate in the car.... And portions were small but I (think) they use cheese sauce. read more

I ordered a quesadilla and hash brown in the drive thru. The quesadilla was not cooked. It had been in a press for some amount of time but the cheese was not melted and the temperature was cold. I returned and asked for a complete refund because the meal was not acceptable. It was sad and not worth the money. read more

What happen to basic custom service? Last night (April 7, 2018 at 8:30 PM) after traveling, we stopped by Taco Bell for a quick taco. We walked in and the young female manager looked over at us angrily I might add, failed to greet us then yelled an employee from the back to come up to take our order. The entire time we were there...she yelled and talked down disrespectfully to the staff. They all seemed scared and miserable. I understand dealing with the public can be challenging and customers can be disrespectful and they " aren't always right". But, your job is in the service industry and customer service should be your priority- smiling, being nice, showing common courtesy and respect is a must. When customers walk into your establishment, you are the face of that company. Everyone has a bad day but it is true...one bad apple can ruin the entire bushel. read more

Checked their website to see that they're open until 4:00am.. drove up around 2:00. All the lights were on and the drive through menu was lit up. Nobody came to take our order so we pulled to the window where the hours listed say open until 4:00am. Someone looking very confused came to the window to tell us they were closed. I said "I thought you were open until 4:00" she said "yeah we aren't staffed well" as I saw 4-5 people inside the window. My friend mentioned they shouldn't have all the lights on if they're not open and the girl said "ok dear I'll get right on that." Displeased that they weren't open when they were supposed to be, displeased that she wasn't polite. By the year 2015 it will still cost 99cents, however it will be the size of thimble. They have some new Cantina tacos. The chicken one was actually not bad and I didnt get Salmonella poisoning, like some people. I think its a 1 in 1000 risk so really good odds. I sometimes get the beans placed on top of triangles, I have had it on a crunchy circular thing, also with this yellow/orange pudding like material that I believe is cheese. If you put a penny in a hot sauce packet after awhile the penny will be shiny and new. if they get your order wrong they correct it when you tell them. they have diet mountain dew. the ice likely doesnt have enough bacteria in it to make you sick. prices are pretty good. I think this is a pretty good review, makes me hungry for a double-decker taco. read more

I was having lunch Sunday w/ children. The lady on the food line, I'm assuming a manager, since her shirt wasn't like other food line workers or cashiers, was talking and using explicit language, that can be heard in the dining area. This was nothing towards other coworkers, she was telling a personal story of something that happened. If this is the language she uses on a regular basis, then she needs to be aware this type of talk is not acceptable in the work areas. Sometimes the chatter gets over the top and customers should not be subjected tot he vulgar language used. The lobby was dirty, hardly tables fit to sit at for lunch with my kids. And we soon left after the language got so bad and loud. This happened on 4/26/19 @ 1:20p.m. according to my cash register receipt. There is "no tolerance" for that type of language in public places. read more

I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes for my Mexican pizza WITHOUT MEAT!!!! And they put meat on it. Not even worth it to spend the time to go back in to have them make me another one. So hungry... hangry... not cool to mess up the order of a vegetarian who is tired and hungry after a long day of work. I'm reminded why I haven't been to a Taco Bell in years. This is the second time I went to Taco Bell and messed my order up. I talk to a manager Kim and I talked to her boss Megan they redid the first order last week and refunded my money as well. We went in Friday night and this is the second time they messed up our order I talked to Kim and she said they would do the same that they would replace the order and refund. When when we went in today Meghan told me that they do not refund that they would replace the order. So if anybody knows and area manager please respond to this post also calling corporate office. The way Megan spoke to me and in front of her employees is unacceptable. I don't how people get away with this how they can talk to a customer the way that she did today. read more

I don't understand how the heck taco bell gets less than 4 stars. Like foreal, who doesn't love eatin a chipotle chicken loaded griller at 1 a.m?
