I love Mexican, but Taco Bell has gotten too expensive for what you get. The two newest promotional items were terrible. Their old regular menu is fine. Not long ago, I could fill up at Taco Bell for about $5, now I find myself spending over $10 to $15.00 just to get the same amount of food. If it was a nice sit in dinning experience, that price would be fine, but this is drive through, take out. No one item should cost over $2 for the sizes. Burrito Supremes are almost $4.00 each. Even their tiny tacos are over $2 each. If you've eaten them they have a tiny amount of meat then filled up with shredded lettuce, with a sprinkle of shredded cheese. No Tomatoes. More meat and tomatoes and lower price would get me back. I try to steer clear of Taco Bell unless they are the only restaurant open in town. read more

We had a problem with app ordering (again - this might be the 3rd time in a year). Using Apple Pay, the Taco Bell app has issues and states "uh-oh , something went wrong". The transaction goes through on the credit card side, but the order does not. At any rate, the store manager, Joseph, was friendly, understanding, and resolved the issue (which appears to be some sort of conflict between the Taco Bell app and Apple Pay). EVERY TIME!! Every time I try it they always disappoint. We usually have a lot of people to feed so I always order it on the app so that hopefully it helps with errors. Less to translate over the speaker. Every single time we get our order home and we are ALWAYS missing things. Usually it is whatever my 9 year old orders too. Poor kid hasn't had his cinnamon twist that he has ordered the last 3 times (probably over the last 8 months) Food is always a mess like they just through it together and then smoosh it. I only go here about 3- 4 times a year whenever I think just maybe they have their crap together.. I am wrong every time. smh!! If you want eeh food to just fill the void go for it otherwise, yuck! Really unhappy with my experience there a couple weeks ago. And it up not getting what I ordered and had to go back two more times to get the receipt straightened out and to ask why Amy didn't get what I was ordering and there was another situation but it's been two weeks ago so I'm not sure I'm remember what it is I did file a complaint with corporate somebody was supposed to get back with him and nobody ever got back with me my suggestion is just be careful and make sure that what you're ordering is what you eventually get especially if you use a coupon of any kind I tried calling corporate again today of course no answer probably because of the cove advice virus situation not sure anyway will not be going backTo the Cedar Springs store at all hopefully they'll get one closer like in Grant or Sparta that would even be closer for me in the future was really unhappy with the person that took my order and the person I dealt with at the drive-through window as well they seem to be rude and non-customer friendly FYI read more

One of my Cedar Springs favorite affordable food stops! Go almost weekly and never have much trouble, and seems to always be fresh.

Has been great for a long time, But 5-9-16 was by far the worst fast food stop ever. Order for 5 people took just over 10 minutes to get. There were 5 visible employees, 1 at register and 4 in food prep. No more than 10 other people in the restaurant. So as I'm standing with another guy that was waiting we watched a girl who was assembling food taking food from her line and tossing it into her mouth and eating it all while working. Did it 3 times before I asked the kid at the register if this was a typical day at work, Slow and eating while working? He was dumb founded and couldn't come up with an answer. I asked him if there was management in, he says, She(eating girl) is the manager. AMAZING. While waiting another lady came in to place an order. She said the drive thru told her to come in. She asked how long it would take for 5 cheese rolls, the register kid looked around and simply said, I'm not sure. My and my waiting buddy chimed right in and assured her it would be a minimum 10 minutes. She said never mind, cancel that and left. read more
