It's an old Taco Bell. Some say the age brings the best out it in the taste ... and other well ya know. all joking aside this Taco Bell is pretty old and has not been updated for a long time. Placed mobile order in advance, and when I arrived i was told by one of the workers that it would be a very long wait for the 7 soft tacos I ordered. Went inside to find dirty trash all over the restraint. Also, there was no ice in the ice machine. Been waiting for 20 minutes for 7 soft tacos that was ordered ahead of time. They aren't serving breakfast anymore. Yet I go to the Taco Bell 14 minutes away and they are serving breakfast still. Terrible communication within the management to its team members. They have a huge sign outside that says breakfast on it yet say they won't be serving it anymore. They clearly should still be serving it but management is too lazy. read more

This location is the epitome of a disappointment. The first time, I gave Taco Bell mercy after waiting an hour for a food which I later found a deceased fly in it. I just went in, there were literally maybe 2 other people and I waited 30 minutes for a drink and fry. They literally forgot my drink so I had to stand there, bewildered, while numerous employees just glanced at me. This made me depressed. On top of this, there were about 5 people coming in and out of the doors reporting that their food was wrong. The employees also looked like I was a menace by ordering at 10 and were not nice to me. My friend wanted to order with cash and had to wait 15 minutes to be serviced; they gave her the wrong sauce too. Went there last night around 9 pm. Waited a very long time in the drive through. When we got to the window, it was apparent that the young man was the only one there working - taking orders, cooking food, packaging orders, cashier, and serving inside customers. He was working calmly and methodically to take care of the customers as efficiently as one could running the entire operation on his own. Was so polite. The food was delicious and the order was accurate. We gave him a tip. But, he deserves a huge raise. I hope he is appreciated for the awesome employee that he is. And I hope the other customers appreciated that he was on his own there. read more

First off, the food is good. It always has been good and I have no complaints about the food. It's the mens bathroom. I live about 1 mile away and go here once in a while. The mens bathroom has a soap dispensary that NEVER dispenses soap. Its been broken for more that a year. Can you imagine the employees going to the bathroom and not being able to use soap to wash there hands. Omg, and I said the food is always good but the fact is the food is always good. The MUST fix the soap dispensary and the little wall thing it hangs on. That wall thing has so many holes and dents in it, it looks like something you would see at a Taco Bell on the South Side of Chicago. Something so small and inexpensive but still broken. It's a crap shoot whether or not this location will be open. They don't post what time they open because they open and close whenever they feel like it without any communication to customers at all. They have the drive thru menu on at 9:15am and this location serves breakfast but you will sit there forever waiting for them to take your order. No one will come on and say they are closed, you just get tired of waiting and leave. If you happen to catch them open, they are not very quick. CoVID doesn't prevent you from posting hours or letting custom now when you are closed/open. It's incredible! read more

Can I give less then one start? This has to be the worst Taco Bell anywhere! Insanely slow service, terrible attention to your order. Repeatedly had to correct the order that came back each time incorrect. While I was waiting a very polite young teenager explained he had been waiting for almost 40 minute to even get his food and now that he did they made it completely wrong. I asked for a manager and was told the manager left them to figure things out on their own hours ago. If it's a craving you want to fill, this is not where you should go!!!! This is the slowest Tbell drive thru in existence. Even if I'm the only customer, it's a 10 minute wait. Any thing more than 2 cars ahead of you in drive thru and you're screwed. Note: This place is a Taco Bell, and also a Pizza Hut in the same restaurant. The seating here is limited. In fact the seats are strangely small and uncomfortable. There are one or two chairs that aren't welded to the table they are around, so I recommend sitting in these if you are 6'5" like me. Got to the location an hour before they were closed according to the hours on google and their door. Dont go here for your late night bite. I am a fan of taco bell, generally speaking, but this is the worst branch I have ever been to. The drive thru is ridiculously slow, even when they're not very busy. I don't think I have every gotten through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes, even when I am the only car. Not much better luck ordering inside. My food is always under-filled and I usually end up with old, hard tortilla shells (for burritos, soft tacos etc.). Luckily there is a decent taco bell about 10 minutes up the road, so if I really want some tacos it isn't unreasonably out of the way. read more

Hello, Today, July 13, 2016 at approximately 6:00pm, we were greeted by one of the nicest girls I have ever talked to in your drive thru. I was accompanied by my friend, Tony, and we were going on a "food run". We previously met up because be left his wallet on my dash... HAH! Anyways, back to the review. This unnamed woman gave my friend and I the best greeting I have ever heard. It started with a jittery, "Hi! And welcome to Taco Bell! How may I assist you today?" I was already stunned by such a great fast food employee! Now, with a happy persona, I wanted to be more involved with my order. That being said, I noticed more appetizing items on the menu causing me to order more. All of that just because she seemed pleasured to take take my order... Doesn't seem like much, huh? The reason that I was so impressed was because I, myself, work in the food business. I would consider Panera bread a platinum quality fast food restaurant. So, I teeeechnically work in fast food and I have to deal with customers, food, etc, just as every fast food employee does. I am the worker that likes to exceed in customer service because I know that it is a long term win for the company. This girl knows it, too. She knows that her wonderful drive-thru personality will provide greatness for her company. The next thing that caused me such happiness that I am writing a Taco Bell review was the fact that she actually seemed happy to hand me my food. Well, Tony's food, that is. I was too broke to buy Taco Bell; yeah I'm that broke. Anyways, she handed me Tony's gargantuan-sized bag of his (not) food. Just kidding, guys. I eat your food all of the time. So, when we grabbed the food, she looked out of the window, and with a dog like face on, she asked, " Is everything satisfactory?". I looked back as if she was the cutest cat video. I quickly responded, "Oh, everything was wonderful". I then drove away and took a sneak peak of the Cinnabon delights; were they delicious... "TOO MANY RACIST THOUGHTS" My husband and I frequent this location a few times a month and we've let a lot of things slide. The drive thru lines is almost always insane, our order is always messed up but we've chalked it up to, "It's Taco Bell, what do you expect?" After tonight, we won't be quite as nonchalant. Here is what I wrote on the survey: My husband and I frequent this establishment a few times a month. We typically go through the drive-thru for the convenience, however today I made the mistake of going inside to order. I was greeted by Tabitha C behind the counter and the encounter was tolerable at best while she attempted to take my order. Truth to be told, I was just glad that the encounter was nearly over and I began to walk away when the visit really took a turn. Tabitha asked for my name to tie it to the order, to which I responded, "Karen". She looked at me quizzically and asked how I spelled it. My response was, "Oh, just the traditional spelling. K-A-R-E-N." She then began to giggle to herself which confused me as I looked at her. As she giggled, she said "I misspelled your name. I spelled it K-A-R-O-N." After I told her that misspelling it was ok, she said "I had too many racist thoughts in my head." YES, you may read that again because it certainly caused me to pause and replay the last 15 seconds several times before I made the conscious decision not to make a scene in a busy restaurant. "RACIST THOUGHTS" don't go well with customer service or an "ethnic" restaurant. Who says that and how is THIS allowed? It's no longer, "It's Taco Bell, what do you expect?" Fast food chains are what they are for me. Their taste seldom varies significantly between locations. This restaurant was fairly clean with good service. The location can be difficult to exit especially if you are turn left. The breakfast taco was what I expected and nothing more. read more

I came to this location a little after 10pm and ordered 2 soft taco supremes and 1 chicken Gordita supreme. The employee did not know what I was talking about and put it in as a Chalupa. He then told me to repeat what I wanted. I asked again twice for a chicken gordita supreme and then he asked if I wanted the chicken shredded. Seriously, dies it come any other way? After all that he put the gordita on the screen. I ate the soft tacos which were not supremes and the chicken gordita supreme was cold and the chicken was rough and it felt like I was eating jerky. These employees get paid decent, but they do not know how to take orders and prepare the food. Not going to this location again. It used to be good, now it is not the same anymore.
